Application for the Authorization and License in Norway Reseptarfarmasøyt (Prescriptionist)
Step 1: (Documentation) Following documents are required for the authorization and license of Pharmacist: 1) Passport 2) SNIC 3) 8th class School leaving certificate (IBCC verification is optional) 4) Matric certificate (Respective Board and IBCC verification is compulsory) 5) F.Sc. certificate (Respective Board and IBCC verification is compulso ry) 6) Pharm-D Degree (HEC verification is compulsory) 7) Pharm-D transcript (HEC verification is compulsory) 8) Pharm-D DMC (HEC verification is compulsory) 9) M.Phil Degree (HEC verification is compulsory) (Optional, if you have M.Phil degree) 10) M.Phil transcript (HEC verification is compulsory) (Optional, if you have M.Phil degree) 11) Clinical pharmacy clerkship 144 credit hours (Optional and attested by Secretary Punjab Pharmac y Council) 12) Pharm-D final prof clinical pharmacy research project 13) Pharm-D syllabus issued by HEC (According to your Pharm-D session) 14) Prospectus eligibility criteria (According to your Pharm-D session) 15) Category (Attested by Secretary Punjab Pharmacy Council) 16) Category renewal (No need of attestation) 17) Letter of Good Standing 18) Experience letter (Attested by Secretary Punjab Pharmacy Council) 19) Recommendation or reference letters (2-3) (From department or from emplo yer) Note:

All documents (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,15,18) mu st be attested from Ministry of Foreign affairs. Scan all attested documents from both sides (Front a nd Back). Prepare separate sets of each document in pdf format (Front and Back). a. e.g. 1 pdf file of Matric Certificate (page 1 =front and page 2=back side).
Step 2: (Application process) The form for applying for authorisation and license as health personnel in Norway may be b e found in the Norwegian form portal Altinn. Follow the following steps: 1) Visit www.sak.no 2) Click on “Information in English English””
3) Click on “Apply for authorization and licens licensee (altinn.no)”
4) Click on “Proceed “Proceed to alternate log in method” method”
5) For registration click on “Register “Register as New user without personal ID number/D number (limited acce ss)” ss)”
6) Create an account.
7) Then click on “P “Password” a new window appears. Enter user name and password to log in.
8) Select language “English” on right on right top corner of web page, if language has changed. 9) Click on “All forms and services”
10) Search for “Authorisation “Authorisation”” a list of forms will be displayed. Select “Application “Appli cation for authorisation and license license as a healthcare professional”. professional”.

13) Fill the column “Applicant” and “Applicant” and press press “next”. 14) Fill the column “Address” and press and press “next”
15) In “The application concern” please concern” please follow given steps (1-5): 1. Click on Add authorization in country co untry (Add pharmacist registration information from your Category-A issued by Pharmacy council) 2. Click on Profession 3. select “Prescriptionist (Reseptarfarmasøyt)” 4. Click on Approval type 5. Select “Authorisation” “Authorisation” and and click click “next”.
16) Kindly complete “Education and work and work experience experience columns” carefully.
17) Click on “attachments” and the “Check form”. If there is any problem Red colored indication will be appeared otherwise you will see a green colored “tick” with “Main form”. 18) Then click on “list of forms and attachments” and attachments” and follow steps: 1. Download application form by clicking “Print version (pdf)”; Print (Colored) your form; Sign form with form with black or blue pen; pen; Scan signed form and make one “pdf” file. 2. Select “file attachment type” to type” to upload your documents as mentioned in “Step 1: Documentation on page number 1 of this file ”.
3. After uploading all documents, click on “Check all”. If there is any problem Red colored indication will be appeared otherwise you can move to the next step “Proceed to signing”. 4. Click on “Proceed to signing”.
19) Proceed to payment: 1. Only “VISA/Master/Credit Card” is acceptable for online payment. 2. Contact your bank to activate “International online transaction” for 2 hour s with minimum 2 or 3 number of transaction chances and reserve at-least 50,000 rupees. 3. Complete payment process.
20) Last step is to click on “Signature step 1” and 1” and download your submission receipt and you will receive an email of confirmation of submission of your application.
21) You can see your submitted submitted application form “My message box” in “Archived column “Archived column”” on your altinn account.
22) You will receive a letter “Documents receiving” in hard copy by b y Pakistan post from the Directorate of Health Norway within 1 month. 23) After the successful completion of your registration process, you will receive “License” of Reseptarfarmasøyt (Prescriptionist) from the Directorate of Health Norway at your mailing address by Pakistan post. 24) You can also check your registration online by using the link “https://register.helsedirektoratet.no/hpr ”. ”. Select your date of birth and write your family name or last name. For example“Kashif” ex ample“Kashif” in “Prince Muhammad Kashif ”
Step 3: (Visa Application)
Before submitting application for visa in “Norwegian Embassy” you must have “Residential con tact letter from Norway”.
You can contact your “friend in Norway” Norway” to get a residency residenc y letter from Norway — or---you or---you can book your residency in “Oslo University” University” for Norwegian language course---or--- in any other “Norwegian language institute” for learning Norwegian language course.
Account statement of “14“14-15 Lac” from your bank is required, just to show that you can manage your expenses while learning Norwegian language course in Norway and attach this balance statement with your application.
Submit your application in “Norwegian Embassy” in Islamabad, Pakistan along-with along-with all original documents and wait for 2-6 weeks to get “VISA”.
Step 4: (Travel to Norway)
After receiving Visa from the embassy, you can book or purchase ticket for Norway within 30 days of VISA issuance.

If you want to get admission for Norwegian Language course in any Norwegian University, IELTS with at least 5.5 Bands is compulsory.
