Leaders are also tasked with protecting the employees under their supervision from internal and external threats, including everything from political backstabbing to ph ysical security. Engr. Nicolas Aisporna, a licensed mechanical engineer is such an effective leader. But then exact minimal wastages in materials and time were noted by the department. All workforces including the supervisors and the employees are also paid in a regular basis. During slack seasons, workers are engaged only from 50%-75% of their normal working hours due to lack of sufficient job orders. On the succeeding month, orders were received at more than the normal capacity of the company thus it requires working overtime. Overtime is work done by hourly employees beyond the regular work hours per week. Any work over forty hours per week for an hourly worker is considered overtime. Employers should remain sensitive to employees' needs and responsibilities outside of the workplace, and should recognize that employees may not always be willing to volunteer for overtime. And for Engr. Nicolas he unsuccessfully realizes the consequences to the move he had made. There must  be an equivalent equ ivalent overtime pay for his employees emplo yees to work with enthusiast. Because of the strong  positive feelings many employees have about the opportunity to earn overtime pay.
