In addition to declaration of all his connections by the customers, the licensee can also verify from its records the details of existing connections working in the name of the same subscriber before activation of new SIM. 2.13 The licenseesshall maintainthe list of actual users of such such mobile connections connections.. All charges must be paid in full without any deduction, set-off withholding. OTHER MATTERS 11.1 Where two or more persons persons constitute the Customer, Customer, their liability is joint and several. 11.2 This agreement is amenable to the jurisdiction of Courts at the only location of office of Chief General Manager Telecom, Telecom, BSNL of the area concerned & laws of India. 11.3 Thescope of thecellular services is governed by the Statutory Statutory Guidelines issued by the Telecom Regulatory Regulatory Authorities & Govt. of India within the parameters of License Agreement executed with Ministry of Communications, Govt. of India.
