By def ault all Buy signals are green, Sell – blue; Af ter the appearance of a rectangle (any type) trader sho uld wait f or breakout s ignal (displayed as arrow) and af ter t hat placing an order or he can place pending order higher/lower at a certain dist ance f rom maximum/minimum of a bar with rect angle signal. The Breakout signal will appear when price go higher then bar’s maximum with a rectangle signal (or lower than bar ’s minimum) o n certain number of pips (in t he original 1 pips). To sho w where trader s hould place a pending order (using new f ractal signal) – the indicato r draws dot ted line. General Information about Awesome Oscillator Awesome Oscillator (AO) - is a 34-period simple moving average, plot ted t hrough the middle points of the bars (H+L)/2, which is subt racted f rom the 5- period simple moving average, built acros s t he central point s o f the bars (H+L)/2. It s hows us quite clearly what’s happening to the market driving fo rce at t he present moment. Signals to buy Saucer T his is t he only signal to buy that co mes when the bar chart is higher than t he nought line. One must bear in mind: the s aucer signal is generated when the bar chart reversed its directio n f rom the do wnward to upward. The s econd column is lower than t he f irst one and is colo red red. The t hird column is higher than the s econd and is co lored green. f or t he saucer signal to be generated the bar chart sho uld have at least three columns. Keep in mind, that all Aweso me Oscillato r columns sho uld be over the no ught line f or the s aucer signal to be used. Nought line crossing T he signal to buy is generated when the bar chart pass es f rom the area of negative values to that o f pos itive. It co mes when the bar chart cros ses the no ught line. As regards t his signal: f or t his signal to be generated, only two columns are necess ary; the f irst column is to be below the nought line, the second one is to cross it (transition f rom a negative value to a po sit ive one); simultaneous generation o f signals to buy and to s ell is impos sible.
Two pikes T his is t he only signal to buy that can be generated when the bar chart values are below the no ught line. As regards this signal, please, bear in mind: the signal is generated, when you have a pike pointing down (the lowest minimum) which is below the nought line and is f ollowed by anot her down-po inting pike which is s omewhat higher (a negative f igure with a less er absolute value, which is theref ore clos er to the nought line), than the previous downlooking pike. the bar chart is t o be below the nought line between the two pikes. If the bar chart cros ses the nought line in the sectio n between the pikes, the signal to buy does n’t f unction. However, a dif f erent signal to buy will be generated — nought line cros sing. each new pike of the bar chart is to be higher (a negative number of a lesser abso lute value that is closer t o t he nought line) than t he previous pike. if an additional higher pike is f ormed (that is clos er to the nought line) and the bar chart has no t cros sed t he nought line, an additional signal to buy will be generated. Signals to sell Aweso me Oscillat or s ignals to sell are ident ical t o the s ignals to buy. T he s aucer signal is reversed and is below zero. Nought line cros sing is on the decrease — the f irst co lumn of it is over t he nought, the second one is under it. The t wo pikes signal is higher than the no ught line and is reversed to o.
