The Bentec deadline anchors are engineered and fabricated as integrated part of the overall drilling technology system. The in-depth know ledge of the process including drawwork, crown, drilling wire, deadline anchor and drill line reel enables Bentec the production of deadline anchors of different sizes and capacities, which are especially made for the required drilling rig specifications. Bentec is in the position to provide standard types types of deadline deadli ne anchors anchors (please (pl ease refer to detailed data sheet on next page), but also special customer requests can be investigated and brought into reality. Bentec will integrate the weight indicator which is preferred by
the customer customer,, and also the operability operabil ity when the drilling wire is reeved will be doublechecked by Bentec engineering. Bentec deadline anchors are made from high grade structural steel, for operation in harsh environment from -40° C to +55° C. They are made in the Bentec own fabrication yard with its high quality management standards. The deadline anchors are calculated, engineered, fabricated and tested in accordance with industrial standards like ISO, DNV and API. And of course each deadline anchor is delivered with all relevant technical documentation.
