INSTRUCCIONES DE MANEJO DE LA SERIE DE ANALIZADORES
ST - 2002 - 2004 - 2005 Este producto ha sido sometido a un proceso riguroso de calidad en todo su proceso de fabricación. Nuestros Analizadores se caracterizan por tener manómetros regulables, visor para ver el gas refrigerante, mandos rápidos y de fácil manejo y percha de sujeción.
PRECAUCIONES ✔ Compruebe
que todos los acoplamientos, no hay hilos de rosca dañados, suciedad polvo, aceite ó grasa. ✔ Si
es necesario quite la suciedad y el polvo a los cristales de los manómetros con un trapo limpio y seco. No utilice detergentes ó desinfectantes agresivos. ✔ El
Analizador no debe se modificado sin previa conformidad por escrito de fabricante. Cualquier reparación debe ser efectuada por personal técnico cualificado y autorizado por el fabricante. STAG S.A no

Conectamos la manguera amarilla a la botella de refrigerante la cual estará cerrada. Conectamos la manguera LOW (azul) al lado de baja presión del Sistema. Conectamos la manguera HIGH (roja) al lado de alta presión del Sistema. Abrimos la botella. Cuando las mangueras estén llenas de gas procederemos a purgar el aire de las mismas desenroscando uno de los extremos para luego volverlo a apretar.

Con todas las llaves cerradas. Conectamos las mangueras HIGH (roja) y LOW (azul) del Sistema al Analizador. Abrimos el Sistema. En los manómetros podremos leer las presiones de trabajo.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANIFOLDS SERIES
ST - 2002 - 2004 - 2005 This product has been subjected to rigorous quality checks in all its production process. Our manifolds are characterized to have adjustable gauges, sight glass to see the refrigerant gas, easy handling quick controls and holding hanger.
CAUTIONS Check in all the fittings that there are not damaged threads, dirt, dust, oil or g rease. If it is necessary clean the dirt and dust from gauge glasses with a clean and dry cloth. Don't use aggressive detergents or disinfectants. The manifold must not be modified without previous conformity in writing from manufacturer. Any repair should be made by qualified technical personnel and authorized by the manufacturer.
STAG S.A doesn't become responsible for any incident if these premises had been unfulfilled.
STAG S.A. GUARANTEES ITS PRODUCTS FOR 6 MONTHS AGAINST ANY MATERIAL OR PRODUCTION DEFECT AND IS COMMITED TO REPAIR OR SUBSTITE THEM ACCORDING TO THAT ESTABLISHED IN THE GUARANTEE CONDITIONS.
PURGING OF HOSES. 1. Connect the yellow hose to the refrigerant tank. Bottle must be closed. 2. Connect a charging hose from LOW fitting in manifold to low side system’s service valve. 3. Connect a charging hose from HIGH fitting in manifold to high side system’s service valve. 4. Open the bottle. 5. When the hoses are full with gas purge the air of these unscrewing slightly one end and tight it again.

READING OF WORKING PRESSURES. 1. Start with all valves closed. 2. Connect the hoses HIGH (red) and LOW (blue) from system to the manifold and purge them as explained above if necessary. 3. Open system valves. 4. Read in the gauges the working pressures.
