Alle Dichtungen erneuern. Nur ORIGINAL BRUEN INGHAUS HYDROMATIK HYDROMATIK -Ersatzteile verwenden. Replace all seals. Use only ORIGINAL BRUENINGHAUS HYDROMATIK spare parts.

Alle Dicht- und Gleitflächen auf Verschleiß Verschleiß prüfen. Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflächen z.B. durch Schleifpapier kann die Oberfläche beschädigen. beschädigen. Check all seal and sliding surfaces for wear. Attention: Rework of sealing area f. ex. with abrasive paper can damage surface.

Triebwelle abkleben. Protect drive shaft. (e.g. tape).

Sicherungsring und Scheibe ausbauen. Remove retaining ring and shim.

Blechschraube in die mit Gummi gefüllten Löcher eindrehen. Mit Zange WDR herausziehen. Screw in sheet metal screw into the holes fitted with rubber. Pull out seal with pliers.

Dicht- und Staublippe, Wellendichtring Wellendichtring leicht einfetten. Wellendichtring Wellendichtring und Scheibe mit Montagehülse einpressen. Einpresstiefe beachten! * Marke für Einpresstiefe. Sicherungsring einbauen. Press in shaft seal ring and shim with bush to stop. Take note of press-in depth! Install mark for press-in depth of safety ring. Lightly grease the seal, dust lips and shaft seal ring.

Triebwerke montieren Re-fitting the rotary group Die Gewindebohrungen müssen frei sein von Öl, Fett, Staub oder anderen Verschmutzungen, welche die Schraubensicherung gefährden. The threads must be free of oil, grease, dust or any other contaminants which may impair the locking of the screws.
