INTRODUCTION
Blackstar Sapphire with the energy of this stone is very useful for a protection, is said to remove negative energy from the chakra it's placed on, improving the mental and physical health of the individual. It's worn to ward off the "evil eye", and to help one to rise to success in life despite obstacles. It is also often used by those wishing to awaken their kundalini power. The star that appears in the stone when kissed by light, represents the light of spirit into inner darkness. This energy pattern helps to ground and balance the individual, relieves stress and doubt, and allows one to trust in their intuition.

WORK WITH THE ENERGY : For Yourself : 1. Sit on meditation pose or in a chair, keep straight the spinal column. 2. Think : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy !” 3. Don’t think about the process, let the energy flow. W ill be more better if you doing a meditation. W hen you feel that the energy is not running anymore or you somehow get a feeling that you are done, end the session. Drink a glass of water. For Anothers : 1. Make whatever positions like as usually you are doing to start give a session for anothers. 2. Think : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy !” 3. Don’t think about the process, let the energy flow. W ill be more better if you doing a meditation. W hen you feel that the energy is not running anymore or you somehow get a feeling that you are done, end the session. 4. And before you stop the session, mentally say : “Cut the energy connection, now !” 5. W ash your hands and drink a glass of water.
GROUNDING : 1. Do this Grounding Exercise after you have finish all sessions like as above. This is very usefull to balance yourself and your energy, also will either relieve you from being over energized or recharghe and refresh your energy. 2. Stand up straight, stable position on the ground. Or if you don’t have access directly with the ground, just visualize that you’re standing on the ground. 3. Mentally say : “I'm ground, now !” 4. Feel the energy flow in your body feel . 5. This process will run approximately 3 – 5 minutes.

MEDITATION : 1. Sit on meditation pose or in a chair, keep straight the spinal column. 2. Place your attention in the Root Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Root Chakra !” 3. W ait for 1 minute. 4. Place your attention in the Sex Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Sex Chakra !” 5. W ait for 1 minute. 6. Place your attention in the Navel Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Navel Chakra !” 7. W ait for 1 minute. 8. Place your attention in the Heart Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Heart Chakra !” 9. W ait for 1 minute. 10. Place your attention in the Throat Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Throat Chakra !” 11. W ait for 1 minute. 12. Place your attention in the Third Eye Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Third Eye Chakra !” 13. W ait for 1 minute. 14. Place your attention in the Crown Chakra, then mentally say : “BlackStar Sapphire Energy remove all negative energies in my Crown Chakra !” 15. W ait for 1 minute. 16. Mentally say this affirmation : “My chakras and auric field is cleansed, energized, balanced and filled with Light, and I carry and share this Light with all whom I encounter.” 17. And enter the deep meditation state. Doing this meditation as long as you can. Is not have a time limit for doing this meditation.

ATTUNEMENT : How To Receive : 1. Take a position that make you comfort and relax, but always keep straight your spinal column, but i’ll suggest you to sit on a meditation pose. Close your eyes, deep and slow breath. 2. Say mentally : “Now, I’m ready to receive “BlackStar Sapphire Energy attunement from … (Mention your teacher’s name). Thank you !” 3. Do a meditation approximately 10 minutes.
How To Pass : 1. Take a position that make you comfort and relax, but always keep straight your spinal column, but i’ll suggest you to sit on a meditation pose.
