1. Safety Issue

2. Piping around Cooling Tower 

Proper arraignment is required for  stress-free installation installation of the Ex-Joint.

Recommend to fix the check valve with support in order not to introduce start-up movement into Ex-Joint.

3. Cooling Tower 

Stainless Mesh Screen is recommended to install this opening (opposite side as well).

4. Gas Duct Supports

TYPICAL

Support plate shall be fit to the slope of the gas

TYPICAL

Ex-Joint shall be installed with stress/tension free conditions. This Ex-Joint is Support shall be mounted on right place.

5. TG Building Ventilation

Currently, no ventilation is observed. Heating up inside the building without ventilating system is concened.

6. Plant Piping

If valve is opened, hot drain water comes out from higher  position and may cause burn

Remove concrete so that the sliding plates should work after hot gas in. 9. Gas Damper at Outlet of AQC
