When you are in a couple, you don't rush. And you shouldn't over-sensitize your penis so that the lightest of touches gets you off.
In looking at men who suffer from the opposite I discovered something that shocked me, but which makes a lot of sense. We're going to go into it later, but it's called the Death Clamp. House Rules To embark on this journey, you need to abide by a few rules.
How long you keep to all of these rules depends on how bad your situation is. If you ejaculate on sight - i.e. no touching is required - you need to do a total brain reboot.
If you just ejaculate quicker than you’d like, you need to rewiring. These are different things.
Anyhow, the First Rule is: No more pornography. Do not watch it. It’s not natural for people to spend hours upon hours every week watching people having sex. It gives your brain a heightened state of sexual arousal. And, when you have that, you are encouraging your body to ejaculate quickly. The sexual neurotransmitters NO, Acetylcholine and Norepinephrine build up, and they need a release (orgasm) very quickly.
Incidentally, I want you to keep this up until you have complete control over your orgasm. Then you can add porn in and control your orgasms with porn as a distraction.

This rule sounds weird. You may be wondering why. However, it’s a simple case of real sex not being into your hand. Real sex is with a vagina. So, if real sex is with a vagina, why do you train using your hand?
Training with your hand is as crazy as Wilson Kipsang doing 100 meter sprints to prepare for a marathon. It doesn’t make sense.
My advice is to use a sex toy for men that feels like a vagina. This way, you can practice for as long as you wish. You can train for every position. You get a realistic feeling. You learn to cope with the sensations, and how and when to push orgasms back.
Failing using a sex toy (which I HIGHLY recommend) you should always only use the Death Clamp. The Death Clamp will desensitize your penis over time. If you don’t want to lose any sensation at all, then a sex toy is what you should use.
The only time your hand should touch your penis is when you go to the bathroom - or do stretches, which I’ll get into later.
The best sex toy you should use is obviously one that feels realistic. But we actually want more. We want it to feel even better than a vagina. We want you to be able to have ultimate control with that, so when you’re having sex with a woman, you find is easy to get and maintain complete control.

Rule 3: Train for Pelvic Equilibrium It’s very important that you reach Pelvic Equilibrium. The lie that’s been perpetrated by the ‘premature ejaculation’ industry works to make your control worse, not better. With these Equilibrium exercises, you can reverse the damage done if you ever followed traditional kegel exercises…
I’m going to give you exercises. You must follow them. Some are stretches, some are flexes. Make sure you do them. They are the things you use to keep control during intercourse, as you’re soon about to find out.

Grades of Premature Ejaculation The first thing we need to establish is what kind of ejaculator you are. If you’re as unlucky as I was, you’ll be an Instant Ejaculator. This is where you orgasm from a woman pulling down your boxers. It’s the most embarrassing thing that can happen.
I think back to the times it used to happen to me and I feel queasy, even today. And I’ve managed to kill premature ejaculation for years.
Instant Ejaculator If you’re an instant ejaculator then we need to reboot your brain. This is a simple process. It requires a lot of restraint though.
You’re banned from ejaculating for a month. Seriously.
Remember the other rules. No porn. No masturbation with your hand. Work on Pelvic Equilibrium and exercise.
What you ARE allowed to do is use a male sex toy. BUT, you’re not allowed to ejaculate at all. So you can bring yourself close. This teaches the brain that you can have erections without ejaculating. That you can have stimulation without ejaculating. That ejaculation isn’t something that has to happen.

Until now, you’ve almost certainly tried to reach ejaculations quickly on your own.
If you don’t have a sex toy yet, you can use the Death Choke. But, you MUST stop before ejaculation. It is simply not allowed.
Fast Ejaculator If you are a fast ejaculator then you, too, must follow all the rules above. I recommend that you only ejaculate once or twice a week.

Human Anatomy in the Pelvic Area Here is a diagram of male and female pelvic muscles. As you can see, there are many muscles here. However, our main interest is in two. The PC muscle, which you’ve probably heard something about in the past.
Please try to squeeze it now.
It’s essentially the muscle you squeeze when you’re desperately trying to hold in an number 2.
Interestingly, the people who spread lies about how to cure premature ejaculation use the PC muscle as the muscle you should strengthen. Sure, it has a few benefits…
However, anyone looking at the above diagram will notice there’s another muscle that’s important to your pelvic equilibrium. This is the muscle that we want to try to target independently of the PC muscle. And it’s the muscle that we’re going to work hard on, so that it can push back the feeling of orgasms.

Pelvic Equilibrium The danger of ‘kegel’ exercises If you’ve ever had sex, you may notice that when you’re especially turned on, you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. (The pelvic floor muscles are the muscles that you use to stop the flow of pee, mid-flow.) When you’re aroused they also makes your penis harder and more sensitive when you squeeze them. Many men have got into the habit of squeezing these muscles (also called kegels) when they’re aroused.
Squeezing your PC and BC muscles causes a buildup of NO, Acetylcholine and Norepinephrine. This is important because these are the sexual neurotransmitters that cause you to ejaculate.
For some of you, this alone will be a huge wake-up call. Perhaps when you’re engaged in sexual activity, you’ve made a habit of squeezing your PC and BC muscles because they give increased sensitivity. It feels better…
But the problem is that if you do this for long enough it no longer becomes a conscious act. Instead it becomes part of your muscle memory. Every time you’re aroused you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles. And - BAM you have premature ejaculation.

How many men learned this bad habit From time to time, every normal, untrained man who looks at porn, and masturbates too frequently will ejaculate too soon. So what do guys do when that happens?!
They Google it!
And what do most articles on Google tell them? ‘You need to work your PC muscle to have more control.’
So guys are working their PC muscle. They think it’s helping. They think it’s great.
They start to notice a real change if they keep it up. Their erection strength increases slightly.
They think, ‘Damn, it must be right. I notice a difference already. I have harder erections! This is INCREDIBLE!!!!’
But there’s bad news. Because now, every time they get hard, they squeeze their pelvic floor muscles. And sure enough, their situation with premature ejaculation gets even worse. And they have no idea why.

Squeezing the PC muscle causes the build-up of the Holy Trinity of ejaculation biochemicals. You don’t want those to appear. But the more your muscle memory takes over, the more you squeeze. And the more your body learns to ejaculate as quickly as possible.
Three years later it’s ingrained. You’ve learned the worst habits possible. You were trying to help yourself out. Instead, you’ve ruined it.
Put a woman in front of you and you’re doomed. Three minutes, max. Unlucky. She’ll be dreaming of a ‘real man’ before you can say, ‘Sorry.’
That’s the way it goes. In a while I’ll tell you of an advanced technique that you can use to get a second wind. This is a contingency plan and requires a strong PC & BC muscle combo. However, the thing we truly want to overcome premature ejaculation isn’t a tense and slightly strong pelvic floor. We want a pelvic floor that’s able to be completely relaxed.
When it’s completely relaxed there is a far lower risk of the Holy Trinity of ejaculation chemicals building up. The way to stop NO, Acetylcholine and Norepinephrine in their tracks is to be able to consciously relax these muscles when they want to be tense.

I just want to clarify what a Kegel is, before we continue. Kegel is the broad term used to describe tensing of the PC muscle, the BC muscle or both. When people kegel, they tend to contract both at the same time. The BC is in front, the PC is further back. It helps to isolate, although this is tricky.
Involuntary Kegels Even though you may never have noticed before, you are probably guilty of performing involuntary kegels when you go about your day. One time that it’s voluntary is when you squeeze out the last drops of pee. However, most guys go about their day doing involuntary kegels without realizing it.
Why the heck is that bad?

I did it hundreds of times per day. All without realizing. One thing you have to train your body to do is to combat pelvic floor squeezes and counter them.
This is actually very simple.

Now I want you to become totally tuned in to what your pelvic floor is doing at all times. You’ll soon notice how often you perform kegels.

Alcohol’s Magical Properties to Overcome Premature Ejaculation
Many of you will be nodding your head at the title just above this sentence. A few of you may be concerned that alcohol is one of the things I recommend to increase your stamina!
It’s not.
Yet, alcohol has some interesting qualities. Its power is in its ability to completely relax the body. I imagine you’ve seen people who are so drunk their heads flop around. That’s because their muscles become so relaxed that they can’t control them.
Alcohol also completely relaxes the PC and BC muscles. Therefore, guys who were, before, minute men can last a good 10 minutes or more.
I actually got drunk on my own just to understand what’s happening to the PC and BC muscles when intoxicated. And sure enough, there wasn’t even a hint of involuntary kegels. My body became totally relaxed.

We can learn something from being drunk without having to be drunk. We can perform as long as when we are drunk without having to get drunk too.
And it all comes down to the ability to stop and nullify tension in the pelvic floor.
A little exercise Here’s what I want you to do, right now. I want you to relax fully and feel if there is any tension in your pelvic floor muscles.
Really take 10-15 seconds in doing this.
Then I want you to squeeze it as hard as you can for 5 seconds, then slowly release the tension.
Feel it.
Tune into it.
Make it your sole focus.
Now I want you to do the opposite of a squeeze. This is actually a stretch. When you pee and you increase the flow, you naturally do this.

But don’t force the stretch to full strength. I want you to ease it out as slowly as possible.
Go to full strength for a few seconds.
Now, release it and relax fully.
Now stretch it out again. This time I want you to stop when you feel that there is a perfect balance of tension and stretching.
Many people will find that you have to stretch a little to find the balance. What this means is that you are not balanced as you should be. Your pelvic floor is currently more tense than relaxed.
This is a cause of premature ejaculation. You need to be balanced properly to avoid ejaculating too quickly.
The first major part of this system will teach you how to get your PC and BC muscles relaxed. This alone will give you lots more stamina than you’re used to.
Before we discuss that I want to discuss the theory and practice of what’s spread all over the internet, about having a strong pelvic floor and dry orgasms.

The Problems with the Kegel Myth I believe that the Kegel premature ejaculation ‘cure’ that is all over the internet is actually a myth. People who engage in hardcore kegel exercise make their pelvic floor even more unbalanced than it was before. This means that your ejaculations actually happen more quickly than before.
The theory that’s propagated online is that you get a pelvic floor strong enough to squeeze throughout an ejaculation. The theory dictates that the sperm then travels to your bladder, instead of being ejaculated, and you can carry on with intercourse.
However, there are a few drawbacks.
1, It’s very, very hard to stop any sperm from leaking. 2, Your body thinks you’ve had a full orgasm, so many people lose their erection. 3, Constant emphasis on squeezing your kegel means you bring about orgasm faster. 4, This promotes total pelvic floor imbalance.
The first two of these points mean that sex after your first orgasm becomes quite difficult. The body doesn’t differentiate between sperm that is ejaculated or forced into the bladder. There is a technique that I use as a backup. I’ll talk about it later, and although it works, it has its drawbacks and it won’t work for everybody.
The problem with teaching guys about kegel exercises is that they do it relentlessly. And as it becomes habit, the muscles then involuntarily tense. This is seen as a good thing by the man. And it becomes both second nature and undetectable.
It’s not a good thing at all. In fact, it’s a terrible thing. And the result is that you make your premature ejaculation a lot worse.
Many guys who learn about kegels also start using kegel squeezes when they masturbate and have sex. The stronger your kegel is, the quicker you’ll bring about an orgasm. If you had a scoring system from 1-10, with one being the furthest away from an orgasm as it’s possible to have while still being erect, and 10 being having an orgasm, a kegel squeeze can take you from a 2 or a 3 to an 8 or a 9. It’s pretty hard for men uneducated in ejaculation killing to get away from a 9!
This is why stop-start methods have become popular. ‘Just take a breather. Relax for a minute or two.’
However, stop-start is total BS!

Because all the good work you’ve done before you stop, in bringing your woman closer to orgasm, is ruined as soon as you stop.
Women, more than men, need the constant application of stimulation to orgasm. Incidentally, the reason why women say men who can dance are better in bed is because rhythmic, metronomic consistancy with stimulation leads to orgasm in women. As soon as that is broken, they go from an 8 or 9, back down to a 1 in seconds.
(Don’t worry, by the way. You don’t need to be a good dancer to be good in bed. You need to be good in bed to be good in bed. You need stamina. Being good at dancing will help you attract women though. But there are many other things that help with attraction too…)
That is a tip for the bedroom, by the way. Be consistent with stimulation after the teasing phase. This applies to oral stimulation, using your hands and full sexual intercourse. ;-)
If you speed up, you then need to maintain that new speed. Don’t drop off, and DON’T STOP.
Stop-start is something you shouldn’t do during intercourse. The only way to get away with it is a position change.

Physiological Affects Affects of Pelvic Floor Imbalance If your pelvic floor is imbalanced it could lead to a few problems. What you’re about to learn is going to show you why the common suggestion of overcoming premature premature ejaculation - kegel exercise - is so damaging to guys who want to increase their stamina.
There are two ends of the scale with pelvic floor imbalance.
First, there is too much tension.
Second, there is too much weakness.
If you have too much tension then premature ejaculation is very likely to become a problem for you. You may find that you frequently involuntarily kegel. (I was guilty of this.) this.)
If you have too much weakness then there may be a complete lack of involuntary kegels. This will mean that you always have delayed ejaculation, and even, perhaps that you are incontinent.
I am aware that I’ve made involuntary kegels sound like a bad thing. They aren’t necessarily the enemy. enemy. They serve a few purposes. They cause your semen to leave your body, and urine as well.

However, a complete lack of control over when you have involuntary kegels is the bad thing. If you can’t control when your pelvic floor muscles tense, you’re going to have very quick sexual sessions.
What we aim to do is to attain Pelvic Equilibrium. This means that you can completely control kegels, both in tense and stretched states, so that you are able to consciously control your ejaculatory reflex. When you do this properly, you push any approaching orgasm back with Reverse Pulsing. (We’ll get more into what exactly that is shortly.)
Your Your first job is to become aware aware of involuntary involuntary kegels at all times. Not only when you’re aroused, but also when you’re going about your day. I want you to have a full conscious understanding of when you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles so that you can consciously counter it before it happens. When you do this every single day, day, two things will happen which are fantastic for your bedroom stamina.

Now, this isn’t just some clever bio-hack that you can use to gain confidence or to put yourself in a good mood. It tells us something important. Physiological problems cause the brain to react differently. If you’re majorly over or under-developed pelvic floor muscles, your libido will suffer. When you learn Reverse Pulsing later, you’ll realize that you can cause quite a big drop in your erection hardness if you do it incessantly. That’s how you gain control. Physiologically impacting your body, consciously, gives you power over the unconscious processes of your brain.

• The natural state of your pelvic floor muscles when fully relaxed is that of no tension and no stretching. A neutral state is attained and maintained. • You never involuntarily squeeze your kegels during masturbation or sex. • You have full control over stopping involuntary kegels, if you wish to. • You can last for as long as you choose, sexually. • Your erections are always very hard. Training for Pelvic Equilibrium First of all, I want you to ascertain if you have either too much tension or too much weakness.
If you’ve done kegels before, I’d be very comfortable in suggesting that your problem is too much tension. The most likely scenario is that you’ve brought on your premature ejaculation through vastly imbalanced pelvic floor exercises.
However, be aware of your pelvic floor for the next 24 hours. Some of you will be sitting there now and realize instantly that you have a tense pelvic floor. If that’s the case then we need a strong routine of reverse kegels and our hidden weapon - penis stretches.
If You Have a Tense Pelvic Floor At first your ratio of reverse kegel exercises (the movement you make when you speed up the flow of pee) to standard kegel exercises (the movement you make to stop the flow of pee) should be about 3:1.
If you’re truly tense, you should only do reverse kegel exercises for a month.
If You Have a Weak Pelvic Floor

If, however, you have a very weak pelvic floor (far less likely if you have premature ejaculation) then you should focus 1:3. Doing kegel squeezes more than reverse kegels.
Do this for about a month, and then gradually move to a ratio of 1:1 (50% kegels, 50% reverse kegels.)
Being your own instructor It goes without saying that I can’t consult you one-to-one on this. First of all, you wouldn’t want me in the room with you. Secondly, I wouldn’t want to be there, either! :-)
So, because of those funny facts, you need to be your own instructor. You need to reach a new awareness about your pelvic floor. You also need to gain an understanding about how you’re advancing with premature ejaculation. (That’s easy, even if you’re not having sex. We just use a male sex toy to give the ultimate stimulation.)
You need to keep a close eye on where you think your imbalance is. So if you feel that you’re very tense, you need to be comfortable doing mainly or wholly - reverse kegels. If you overdo it, and your erection quality suffers, then you should move back to doing more standard kegels, until you reach the right balance.

There is a key skill that it really helps to learn. Isolating your PC & BC muscles both when tensing and stretching will greatly help with your control. Because these muscles are linked, it’s quite difficult. However, the aim is to decide which is dominant. So ‘isolation’ is about which muscle you have the most control over at a certain time.
Let me give you an example.
When you’re having sex with a woman, you want to reverse kegel slightly to Reverse Pulse - to push orgasm back. Let’s talk anatomically now. Without being able to properly isolate the PC and BC muscles, you may be pushing your anus. That’s because you’re pushing the PC muscle. What you want to push is the BC muscle.

The way to separate them is to slowly try to squeeze and release each. The key here is to use your muscles in tiny increments. Don’t fully push out or squeeze. Do it slower. Then you’ll get more of a feel for each muscle.
When I first started doing it - and this will sound weird! - I imagined only the front moving, then I’d do a tiny flex. Then I’d imagine just the back moving and test that too. And I’d gradually build up the strength of these kegel and reverse kegel movements until I had managed to isolate.
Do a BC squeeze, then go into a BC push. Then do the same for your PC muscle. Remember: Your BC muscle is more important...
No one on the planet can totally squeeze one while the other is totally relaxed. However, the more control you get over this, the better you’ll be able to deflect orgasms.
The keys that you need to try to uphold are:
- Keep your back straight. - Don’t tense up your muscles. - Try it either standing, sitting or lying down. Different people find different positions easier.
- You can influence BC reverse kegels with your diaphragm - push it out, keep your abs relaxed.

- Don’t go to 100% squeeze or push immediately. In sex, you’ll won’t do a BC reverse kegel fully.
- Keep every other muscle relaxed - many use abs, thighs, buttocks etc when tensing or relaxing… Try to isolate!
- Keep breathing. - Don’t reverse kegel when you’re working core muscles (except for sex) as this could strain you.
Risks of Exercises There are some risks. They are also about balance. Some of you will want to do hours of workouts per day. Some will overwork the pelvic floor muscles. Overtraining is bad! It doesn’t help. In fact, it can hinder.
Avoid overtraining.
The other is undertraining.
I take my training process from muscle building in traditional gym-style workouts. I often don’t exercise every day. I do about 15-20 minutes, every other day. If I feel aches, I don’t work out again until the aches have gone.

If You’re Confused About Your Ratio If you have any confusion about the ratio of kegels to reverse kegels to use, I have some very, very simple advice for you. Just do an even split.
Maybe you think that you’re way too tense for that. You can shift the ratio as you see fit. But even if you do a 1:1 of kegels to reverse kegels, you’re still going to use an unsung hero of ejaculatory control to swing your pelvic floor towards being more relaxed…
Here’s what I’m talking about:
Penis Stretches Anyone who has ever tried to increase the size of their penis may have done penis stretching. Please note that the penis stretching I encourage here is different from that. We’re not trying to stretch your penis. We just have to grab your penis to make the stretch.
Instead, we want to stretch the BC muscle. And the only way to stretch the BC muscle is to firmly grab your penis near the base and pull.
The harder you pull, the more of a stretch you’ll get. Please don’t yank your penis. Any pressure should be controlled. However, you can actually apply a very significant amount of pressure when you do penis stretches.

The beauty of penis stretches for premature ejaculation killing is that they are the exact opposite of tension. They are like penis yoga.
You can penis stretch every day. Many guys spend 10 minutes doing it in the shower. There are two good reasons for that. First, it’s a great time to be able to stretch your penis without interruption. Second, the warm water offers a perfect environment to do stretching. This ensures that you don’t pull a muscle.
If I know that I’m going to have sex later, I sometimes spend 5 or 10 minutes doing a series of penis stretches to ensure that my BC muscle is totally relaxed.
As you can see, we’re building up a picture of things you can do before you enter the bedroom to make your body fully prepared for a fulfilling sexual encounter. If you are in a restaurant or a bar, and you’re going to have sex shortly, you could excuse yourself to the bathroom, take a cubicle and spend 3 minutes or so doing stretches.
Just remember that at that point, you want to be fully aware of nullifying any involuntary kegels that you may have.

Training Center These exercises are designed to give you balance. Please do them in a balanced way. Don’t overdo one aspect while completely ignoring the other.
I want you to do the exercises in bursts of 10. That way you can keep to your ratio without having to think too much.
If you’re doing 60:40 in favor of reverse kegels, then you can go like this:

While I started by doing exercises every day, I recommend that you do no more than 5 days per week of exercises, even when you start out.
If you feel lots of aching, wait until it subsides.
Do these exercises for 10 minutes per day. As you get used to them, increase the timeframe for each exercise.
If you find that your reverse kegels are far more difficult than your squeezes (this is common) then you are going to have to concentrate and work at it until it almost becomes muscle memory. This is not a weakness. This isn’t opposing muscles - like the biceps and triceps, for example - it’s one muscle. You are just struggling to relax it.
A standard kegel is easy. You simply squeeze and hold. Reverse kegels will become easy too. They just require a little practice.
Front (BC Muscle) Reverse Kegel Level of force: Light to firm Penis hardness: Soft to medium
Either stand, sit or lay down - whichever is easiest for you. Take a few deep breaths to relax your body fully. Then focus purely on pushing out your BC muscle, while trying to do nothing with your PC muscle behind it.

If you struggle, please hold for 5 seconds and then release for 5 seconds.
IMPORTANT: Some guys when doing a reverse kegel move immediately
into a standard kegel. Don’t ever do this. Always leave at least 2 seconds in between before you switch from one to the other. This is because you don’t want to train your body to go from reverse kegel to kegel. That defeats the point of doing light little reverse kegels during intercourse!
This exercise simply gets you comfortable with isolated reverse kegels. This single exercise helps dramatically with pushing orgasms away, so learn how to do it standing, sitting and laying down over time.
Once you’ve mastered this exercise in one position you’ll then be able to do it in others until you’re able to do them while moving around and barely even having to concentrating on doing them.
Back (PC Muscle) Reverse Kegel Level of force: Light to firm Penis hardness: Soft to medium
In the same way as the previous exercise, I want you to begin doing this routine in the position that makes it easiest.

Take a few deep breaths again to relax your body fully. Then focus on pushing out your PC muscle, while trying to keep your BC muscle totally relaxed.
Hold this for 10 seconds. Leave a 10 second gap. And do it again.
If you struggle, hold for 5 seconds and then release for 5 seconds.
You should gradually build up skill at holding these reverse kegels for longer periods of time.
Remember: You don’t need to fully push, as far as you can.
Advanced Reverse Kegels Level of force: Light to firm Penis hardness: Soft to medium
Now, instead of doing an exercise for reverse kegels in total isolation, we can reverse kegel the PC and BC muscles consecutively. This is more difficult. It also requires more concentration.
First you want to reverse kegel the BC muscle. Hold it. Release. Then reverse kegel the PC muscle. Hold it. Release. Repeat.

remember that BC muscle reverse kegels are the most important, so if you struggle, concentrate on those.
NOTE: Don’t do either of the following exercises just before you’re about to have sex. You need to leave as long as possible between doing these workouts and having sex. At least 2-3 hours is recommended. I’d prefer to leave 6 hours personally, but sometimes that’s simply impossible…
If you realize you’re about to have sex, and you haven’t done either of the following exercises in the last few days, don’t worry. Skip them...

The BC muscle kegel is what would do if your penis was hard and you wanted to move it with no hands.
The routine structure is exactly the same as for reverse kegels. Squeeze and hold for 10 seconds. Then release.

The PC muscle kegel is the one you would use to stop yourself from passing wind. Please follow the exact same structure as before.
Isolate the PC muscle. Squeeze. Hold. Release. Pause. Repeat.
Work Your Way Up You’re going to get used to these exercises pretty quickly. So, it’s important that you challenge yourself more as the weeks pass. Really focus on being able to do the reverse kegels in any position. (In the next section we’re going to look at this more.) You can get up to 30 minute routines with 30 second holds.
If you are finding that you don’t have enough control over when you ejaculate, sway the exercises more in favor of reverse kegels.
Finally, we need to talk about breathing:
Breathing With Kegels When you have sex, being relaxed is very important to stamina. I want to give you two breathing skills in this Premature Ejaculation Killer system. The first is simply for these exercises. The second is for sex itself.
Both are going to stand you in good stead. Both are very helpful at getting your body relaxed.

When you do the exercises above, I want you to breath deeply and slowly. People who are into meditation say you should breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. I find this very relaxing.
As you do the exercises, adopt this breathing. On your in breaths, push out a light reverse kegel. On your out breath, relax.
It’s that simple.

Penis Stretching - Equilibrium Hack Standard Stretch Penis stretching is, I believe, the most significant discovery in extending your ejaculation time (without practicing on life-like sex toys or actually having sex.)
The reason it’s so significant is because it stretched the BC muscle without the need to find, isolate or exercise. Instead, you just pull on your penis.
(Don’t think that you can ignore doing BC muscle exercises. They are VITAL to lasting longer in bed, as you’ll discover in the edging section of this system.)
Penis stretches are very, very simple. Firmly grip your penis near the base. Then you have to pull out hard. Don’t yank, remember. Instead, slowly build up the pull.

That seems a little extreme to suggest for most people. I recommend that you start by doing it for a few minutes, before gradually building up.
The point of doing this is that it relaxes your BC muscle. It helps to readjust any imbalance.
When you’re in the shower, you begin by pulling directly outwards from your body. Make sure it’s quite a firm pull. You need to feel the stretch in your BC muscle. Then you can go around the world. That means, all the way around.
I normally pull directly outwards for 5 or so minutes. Then I go clockwise all the way around, over the course of a few minutes. Then I tend to move from left to right while going up and down. This covers most of the degrees that the stretch can reach. It ensures that your BC muscle is stretched properly and completely.
When you’re in bed, you can just pull in one direction and hold. Find the direction that gives you the biggest feeling of being stretched. Hold it for as long as you wish. Then release and fall asleep. Some people hold it for 30 minutes daily.
Remember to breathe properly when doing this stretch. Don’t hold your breath.

When you pull on this stretch, you can do light reverse kegels. If you’re particularly tense now there will be an added benefit of about a half inch penis size increase.
After the exercise, you may experience muscle twitches, spasms or other small things that may freak you out! Don’t worry, it’s normal. It’s your body reacting to a new situation with your pelvic floor. It’s your body getting one step closer to ultimate bedroom control.
Tennis Ball Stretch The tennis ball stretch simply uses a tennis ball to completely relax your PC & BC muscles. All you need to perform this stretch is a tennis ball and a chair.
Put the tennis ball on a chair and slowly sit on the tennis ball. It should be touching the back end of your BC muscle.
Now the stretch is about moving around on the tennis ball so that it massages your BC and PC muscles. I don’t recommend you do this when people are around. It looks kinda like when a girl is on top and doing all the work! :)
I also recommend that you should do this on a wooden chair. Cushions tend to make it harder to move the ball around - although it is possible.

As you do this exercise you may feel popping, or your muscles getting relaxed. This is exactly what you what to happen.
Finally, focus on ensuring that only your PC, BC and IC muscles are being massaged.
You can do this for 5-10 minutes. And as it’s a massage as well as a stretch, you can do it before or after any exercise routine.
Pillow Stretch This next stretch is designed to relax your pelvic floor as you just lie there. It’s really about lying down and holding the position for 15 or so minutes.
Put the pillows under your buttocks. Then lie down and spread your legs wide.
Stay like this with proper breathing.
It really is that simple. After a while of doing this you will feel your pelvic floor muscles stretch. You can even read a book while doing this, or watch something on your phone, or an iPad, or something similar.

Mentality - From Curse to Blessing Many men have accidentally caused mentality problems because of the habits that they engage in. While you may think that an erection is an erection, that’s not actually the case.
Some men become addicted to watching porn and masturbating. And they start stimulating themselves fully when they’re not even hard. If you think about it, this doesn’t make sense from a natural perspective at all. In fact, it’s a little crazy. Yet, so many men are guilty of this.
You may be guilty of having over-sexualized your brain. In the real world, sex isn’t something that we indulge in 24/7. It’s only with the advent of pornography in the late 19th Century and more specifically the internet in the late 20th Century that people have been able to immerse themselves in porn during every free moment that they have.
The problem with this is that you are mentally aroused due to compulsive behavior. Mental arousal from compulsive behavior is only going to lead to one thing. Premature ejaculation. You’re constantly overloading your brain with sexual biochemicals. And, guess what?
That’s totally imbalanced. It therefore pushes you to an extreme. And that extreme for you is premature ejaculation.

When you spend so much more of your life exposing yourself to sex than we’ve evolved to expect, you’re causing the buildup of sexual neurotransmitters that cause ejaculation.
This is the reason for my rule:
Stop watching porn.
To find a rebalance of some of these issues, I want you to stop using pornography to get aroused.
I also want you to stop masturbation with your hand (with one exception.)
From here on out, I want you to not ejaculate every time you stimulate yourself. I want your brain to get used to stimulation without the necessity of an ejaculation. This can lead to ball-ache, or ‘blue balls’. However, despite that hardship, you want to learn stamina. This is the path to increasing stamina.
A mental erection is something that you create in your over-sexualized brain. It’s when you’re turned on because of habit, not because of actual sexual excitement.
A physical erection is when you get aroused from something first, prompting you to masturbate.

Please note, thinking, ‘I’m gonna have a wank,’ then loading up some pornography is a mental erection, not a physical one.
What I want you to do now is to completely cut out porn. And to cut out orgasms. Instead, you’re going to revert back to your brain. And then, later, in the Edging section, when you’ve shown yourself that you’re ready, you can reintroduce porn to test your stamina with stronger stimuli.
We’ll get onto Edging in a second…
First…
I want you to rely on your mind or real-life women to cause erections. And we’re switching something else too. You’re going to edge for stamina and for the pleasure of the stimulation. The goal when you stimulate yourself is no longer orgasm.
Orgasm is something you earn. Not something you deserve every time.
With all of this in mind, there is another rule for you. You’re not allowed to stimulate yourself at all until you naturally get hard.
If that’s impossible and you have to rely on pornography then you need a reboot.

If you can get an erection without touching your penis or using stimulation other than your brain, then you don’t have to reboot your brain. However, even for you, you’re only allowed to ejaculate two or three times a week for the next few months.
This is to retrain your brain to realize that ejaculation isn’t that important. It’s not something you rush towards. It’s not something your brain has to trigger or to be anxious about.

Endurance Testing We’re now going to look at actual practice. I suggest that everyone gets a realistic feel male sex toy. The best ones are those which offer more sensations than a vagina. It needs to be at least as realistic. The more sensations you’re able to deal with in practice, the better you’ll be able to last during sex itself. Endurance testing is simply testing and working on your endurance. The technique we use for this is edging.
Edging is the simple concept of practicing sex without ejaculating.
We’re going to use all the techniques that we’ve spoken about. Complete relaxation of your pelvic floor muscles is key. Then we can do something I’ve briefly spoken about called Reverse Pulsing…
Reverse Pulsing Reverse Pulsing is lightly reverse kegelling with your BC muscle. This technique keeps your ejaculations at bay. However, if you do it too much your ejaculation might lose hardness. Again we’re back to balance.
One of the main points of edging is to learn how your body works. To understand the feelings. To know you’re close to ejaculating before you reach the point of no return. If you fully understand when an ejaculation is coming, you’ll be able to reverse pulse and deflect it.

Different people require different lengths of each reverse pulse. Whereas I use about half-second reverses, some people swear by 2 second reverses.
Edging Guidelines There are some edging guidelines that I’d like you to adhere to.
You can reach the point right before you ejaculate. If any more stimulation will cause you to ejaculate, STOP.
When the feeling has subsided, you may continue.
I suggest most people have only 3 stops in each session. I want you to be able to go for at least 30 minutes. As soon as you become good at this i.e. you can quash ejaculations before they happen without stopping - you can really ramp up the speed and level of stimulation.
If you’re then able to pump like crazy for 30 minutes and still push back ejaculations, then it’s time to bring pornography back into the mix. Then and only then, mind you!
Porn isn’t used for you in the same way that it used to be, at this point. It serves to help you gain complete control.

A no-hands practice session is best. Figure out ways to replicate real life positions, so you’re thrusting and not using your hands to move the sex toy. This way, you are making things as difficult (read: realistic) for yourself as possible.
The ways in which you lock in the sex toy so that the angles and sex position are realistic will require some thought. You can use gaps in your bed for doggy between the mattress and the bed itself. For missionary, I know one of my students created a mount that attached to his bed slats. Another put a hole in his mattress and stuffed the sex toy in… (I don’t recommend this. He said that every time he finished he had to flip it over, incase he’d have company that night!)
The point is, you need to set everything up so you can thrust as realistically as possible.
Edging and Involuntary Kegels There is a way to train yourself out of muscle memories. What it requires is very slowly doing something and making corrections before the bad thing happens. When you learn to play an instrument, the best way to learn is to very slowly go from one note to the next. What doesn’t matter is the sound that you make. What matters is that you teach your muscles the combinations. Once you’ve mastered things at a very slow level, you can speed up.

It’s the same with ending involuntary kegels. At first, using your sex toy, you should slowly thrust in and out, countering any involuntary kegels as you do. Then you should gradually build up speed until there are no involuntary kegels anymore.
This teaches your body to innately quash involuntary kegels during intercourse. Soon you’ll be fully able to concentrate on how good sex feels without worrying about whether you’re going to have involuntary squeezes.
Another thing that guys train themselves to do is to reverse kegel on the in-thrust, and relax on the out-thrust. This means that when you push in (usually a time for many men to squeeze their BC & PC muscles) you do the opposite.
Again, start off slowly. This isn’t a masturbation session. This is training. You’re in the sex-gym, preparing for the real deal. Don’t think about how good it feels to get off! Think about training your body and your muscles to be able to give you full control.
Edging is very enjoyable, sure. But the only time your focus should be solely on enjoying the sensations of sex is after you’ve trained yourself to almost subconsciously deal with what you have to learn, and when a woman is in bed with you.

Your orgasms alone don’t matter. Cut them out. Orgasm 2 times a week at the maximum. Maybe 3 at a push.
The only orgasm that matter to a real man is the orgasm he has after delivering multiple orgasms to the woman in his bed. That’s it.
Wanking is just the thing that boys do to get off alone.
Edging is the thing that men do to learn how to gain ultimate sexual control.
I say all this because if you are near orgasm, and you let your desire take over and ejaculate, instead of using the techniques I’ve described to gain mastery over sex, then you’re not going to improve.
The way to improve isn’t to rush to orgasm. The way to improve is to teach it like work, not play. To methodically try to improve your muscle memory until you naturally reverse kegel on the in-thrust, or until you use reverse pulsing when you feel that you’re getting too close.
Incidentally, you don’t have to reverse kegel on the in-thrust every single time. It’s your way on maintaining a plateau of sexual pleasure without going further towards orgasm. If you find that you’re miles away from orgasm - perhaps even too far away - then you can stop with any sort of reverse kegel.

You should really be edging at least 5 times a week.
And you should try not to orgasm at all during these sessions. Having orgasms trains your body to think that stimulation always leads to orgasm. That shouldn’t be true for a sexual athlete like you...
In the first week of edging just go very, very slowly. I want you to get a focus over any involuntaries. You should also spend time before you start setting up realistic ways to use your male sex toy without holding it.
Death Clamp Warning: This exercise is not for everyone. If you don’t want to lose sensitivity in your penis, focus on the other techniques.
The death clamp is to be used to reduce the sensitivity of your penis. This is the only time you can use your hand to masturbate. However, you must use a form of lubrication. Don’t do this ‘dry’.
The Death Clamp is so called because you need to grip your penis very, very tightly.
The majority of men who suffer from premature ejaculation touch their penis lightly. The death clamp is what men who suffer from the opposing problem - delayed orgasm - have in common.

The aim of the Death Clamp is to desensitize the penis. Please don’t focus on orgasm. You can and should use reverse kegelling as you Death Clamp your penis.
Remember to use the full length of your shaft when you Death Clamp. Use exactly the same principles as with a sex toy, but make sure that you are tough with your penis. This is about taking away feeling, not being gentle. Being gentle may well have got you in the premature ejaculation trap in the first place!
Discovering the right grip is important. At first, I want you to spend time working on which hand is best. Should you use the traditional grip? Try to reverse it and see if that gives you a stronger clamp.
Please don’t think this is an excuse to watch porn. It’s certainly not. I also want you to do this without any other stimulation than your brain, until you are erect.
I’d suggest Death Clamping for about 30 minutes per session. People with more time on their hands can do this for an hour. It may seem like quite a boring thing to do. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you also work on reverse kegels.

Start very slowly, once you’re lubed up. You can also use the thrust inreverse kegel, thrust out-relax pelvic floor technique.
Again, this is training. The aim isn’t your pleasure, or ejaculation. You are going to feel pleasure. That’s a happy side-product of your training. All I want you to focus on is why you’re doing this.

A Cheat What happens if you leave it slightly too late, and the point of no return is reached?
This is a cheat that flies in the face of what we’ve covered so far. There is a moment where you reach the point of no return, but the resulting orgasm is very weak. If you feel that coming and you’re having sex with a woman, pull out immediately, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles tight until the spasms of orgasm subside, then insert your penis back inside her. This is a cheat because you should never reach this point. However, after you’ve squeezed and inserted yourself back inside her, you need to reach full erection strength again…
...This is where you thrust harder and deeper.
Once you’ve achieved a full erection again, you will find you last longer this time around.
I don’t recommend relying on this. It’s just a cheat for if you take it too far when you’re with a woman.
