e is probably an immigrant and even though he is better at grammar than some of the guys in the group, he has a pronounced accent and seems somewhat foreign in the group# $hough it is an unfortunate situation to be in, it can be often observed in practical life# e also has a tendency to ramble a bi t which might mae the audience lose focus and interest# A precise and concise approach will help &nability to dig deep# $hins prosecution attorney did a stellar !ob# )ot focused at the tas in hand as he eeps wandering o8 to doodle or tal about his ad agency# Lacs conviction, is not cut out for the !ob as is evident from him changing his vote on three separate occasions#  $houghtful, contemplative# e is the only one who is thining about the !ob at the hand at the start of the movie when the attitude of the rest of the group can only be described as borderline +ippant at best# &s :rm but doesn’t get into confrontations even when baited into one but he is %uic to !ump into action when he sees people playing some game instead of discussing the case# ?ene:t of doubt# e has no authority over the others when the :lm starts beyond what he seemingly vests in himself via logical thining and the presence of a reasonable doubt# $his shows that you don’t need a formal title to assume the mantle of leadership# umility @ e never gets into confrontations# e hardly indulges in small tal and there is a stubborn refusal to tal about anything other than the tas at hand i#e the case# Logical deductions# &t is pretty tough to argue against logic even if you have biases# e eeps arguing di8erent points but his focus never wavers away from the central point that he wants to prove that there is a presence of reasonable doubt# emonstration lie the diagram of the apartment# e is able to mae precise points which mae more of a dent as compared to some others who tend to drag a bit# e is compassionate and shows empathy when he is the only one staying bac after everything is over o8ering the (uror 0 his coat#
