Why Some Students Cheat Nowadays, there are many popular ways for students to cheat in exams. Some students take their notes into the examination rooms. Some students ask their friends the answers by whispering while taking the exams. And some students just try to copy the answers of students who sit in front of them without caring how similar to giraffes they are. It is interesting to focus on the question that why some students still keep cheating in exams even though they know that the punishments of university are getting so tougher and tougher that every single semester many students have to drop their education. There are three main reasons why some students cheat in exams; being afraid of failure, having no ability, and wanting to take risks. Being afraid of failure is the most important reason for some students to cheat in exams. Some students think that if they fail the exams, they will have a lot of the following problems. For example, their parents will complain them about bad grades, their friends will look down and laugh at them, and they guess that the light of their educational futures will be darker too. They will get stressed if they cannot do the exams as well as they hope. And those factors will lead them to cheat in exams. In short, some students are afraid that they will have many problems if they fail the exams, so they start to cheat. Having no ability to do exams is the next reason that causes some students cheating. There are a few cases for this reason. Some students do not have their own self-confidences. Some students cannot do the exams because they are too difficult. And some students unreasonably judge themselves that they are not smart enough to pass the exams. Instead of studying hard, paying
attention to classes, reviewing lessons, and doing exercises, they try to cheat in exams. In fine, some students do not try hard enough to pass the exams and it is terrible that their solution is cheating. The final reason why some students cheat the exams is because they want to take risks. It sounds unbelievable and crazy but it truly happens. Some students just want to show-off to their friends. To show their abilities is looked like fun activity for teenagers. Without thinking thoroughly, they try to show their dishonest tricks in the examination rooms. These students probably think that cheating the exams is challenging and makes them cooler. Besides, they will get incredibly good grades if they succeed their cheating plans too. Therefore, to dare the punishments, some students cheat in exams for their pleasures. In conclusion, there are many reasons for students to cheat in exams, being afraid of failure, having no ability, and wanting to take risks, including the reasons which I did not state. And until today, we still cannot guarantee that there are ways to help students stop cheating. However, to those who are thinking to cheat the exams, you should think about the punishments. No matter what your reason is. Does it worth for being caught and got punished from both university and society? You all know the answer. Although you are not smart enough to have excellent grades, you should be proud of yourself that you try to get

Stress could be good for Human Body.
As we know that, everyone experiences stress. There are many reasons of stress; stress can arise for a mixture of reasons. Such as marriage related, job related, money related or exam related. However, the main question is how stress affects human body and health. There are positive as well as negative effects of stress. Here I am giving same positive effects of stress for human body. There are long-term and short-term types of stress. Most of the time long-term stress is bad for health, but short-term stress can help to function better and good for health. Short-term stress motivates to greater heights and never gives up, for example at time of competitions, stress at time of playing sports, stress at time of performing on stage. Stress experienced in challenging or difficult situations helps to perform best. For example, stress during the following situations: examination, job interviews, losing a job and searching a new job. Stress drives to achieve more, to ask for a raise, to fight for justice, to improve the quality of life. This type of stress even boosts the immune system, but it will not for longer time. Short-term stress can also be mentally healthy. Low-intensity stress could help for extend human life. Positive stress provides a defences against infection. Acute short-term stress helps to reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s.
Stress in unmanageable or problematic situations will converts into energy and helps for greater focus and concentration. The main aim is to manage stress so that stress helps for excellent performance and happiness in life.
When Stress is Good and When Stress is Bad Stress came about as a result of the need to help the human body cope with the problems of life. When danger is felt then the body experiences a natural “fight or flight” response. This is way in which we prepare for battle.
The adrenal glands kick off and flood the body with high doses of adrenaline in order to provide energy. The heart rate increases as well as the blood flow and this gives the major organs of the body and the muscles a whole lot more oxygen. Endorphins may be released as well so that they can perform as natural pain killers. Breathing also increases and digestion slows down. All of this occurs in order to help you cope with the struggles that you face in front of you. This is natures way of handling something bad that is coming your way and it is great when you are trying to deal with a serious problem or emergency. Where the problem comes in is when the stress levels are continually on the increase meaning that these fight or flight responses remain throughout the day. A battle with your spouse, an illness or problematic coworkers may all be reasons that these fight or flight responses stay unnaturally. The nervous system can sense prolonged tension as well as danger and may continue to pump hormone and chemicals into the body which may deplete the natural reserves of an individual making them feel sick and tired most of the time. Some small stress can be great but too much is a bad thing for anybody. Good stress allows us to get a job competed or allows us handle difficult situations on our won. Bad stress on the other hand strips us of the confidence and the powers to handle our daily problems. Too Much Stress Is Bad.
Excessive bad stress or stress overload may cause great problems with the immune system of a body. This makes the body more susceptible to simple illnesses such as colds and flu’s or other more serious problems such as
infection, diabetes, high blood problems and gastrointestinal issues. Stress is also linked to a higher rate or things such as cancer, heart disease and stroke in a number of patients. Excessive stress in other people may lead to serious mental and physical problems as well. What Causes Bad Stress? People react to stress in different ways, what may bother one person can easily be avoided by another. concentrating, anger and even feelings of agitation and tenseness may all be symptoms that your stress levels are reaching critical levels. -Feeling Unwell. Physical symptoms of stress can often be very hidden and not pronounced such as an upset tummy, or trouble eating. Sometimes they can be more sever such as extreme fatigue, throbbing headaches, chest pains, recurring diarrhea, or even angina and/or heart palpitations. -Behavioral Changes are another sign that the level of stress you are experiencing may be reaching critical levels. Overreacting, anger, acting on impulse, withdraws and the feeling of a sudden need to quit or change jobs may all be the result of stress overload.
