D espite allthe step s taken to m ake the ove n safe, the safety is dependent on the correct installation and the fact the user unde rstands how to u se an d m aintain the oven. Th e inform ation in this section shou ld b e u sed as a rem ind er that the ove n is safe an d that anyo ne w ho uses it m ust rst read the instructions for use in o rder to b e able to use the o ven correctly an d o btain b est resu lts.
SAFETY To avo id injury to you rself and dam age to the appliance alw ays w ork to the follow ing rules w he n servicing an ove n. A lw ays disconn ect the plug from the m ains b efore starting w ork. If there is n o plug sw itch off the electric supply at the co ntrolbox. W he n you h ave nishe d se rvicing an ove n b efore you reco nn ect it to the m ains, m ake sure that: - allthe internal co nnections are co rrect - the w ires are insulated and n ot touching the door or the cab inet or anything sharp - allthe earth co nnections are electrically and m echan ically sound - do not m odify o r anyw ay interfere w ith the safety d evices b uilt-in to the oven - m ake su re that each rep lacem en t part you use con form s to the m anu facturer´s speci cation s D o not start a repair if you h ave any doubt as to yo ur ab ility to co m plete it.
