Venue Promotional Agreement This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on ______________, 2008 by and between ________________ (“Promoter”) and ____________________, (“Venue”). Parties hereby agree to the following terms for the use of [VENUE NAME AND LOCATION] 1. 2. Venue will allow Promoter to maintain the hours of 9pm-3am on The Event night and allow Promoter entry into the venue at least 1 hour prior to opening for set-up and preparation. 3. Promoter has the right to use the Venue’s name and logo on all promotional material and media. Promoter will allow Venue to proof all promotional materials and media prior to printing and broadcasting. 4. Promoter will be responsible for all promotional expenses. 5. Venue will be responsible for all in-house expenses, including security, DJ and bar staff. 6. Promoter will control and maintain 100% of the door revenue. 7. Venue agrees to run a drink special(s) throughout the night of the Event and an open bar on select liquors for the first hour of the Event. 8. Venue will provide Promoter with 10 drink tickets to be used for complimentary cocktails for himself or special patrons.
9. Venue agrees to compensate Promoter a bar commission of: ______% at $________to $________ ______% at $________to $________ ______% at $________to $________ ______% at $___________+ Commission is to be based off of “gross bar revenue”. Venue agrees to show Promoter x-tapes/bar reports hourly throughout the night. Commission is to be paid out at the end of the Event night. 10. Promoter may pre-sale and sale VIP sections, bottle packages, and birthday party packages at the rates and terms that are in agreement with Venue bar management/ownership. 11. This contract may be terminated prior to the conclusion of the contract term only if both parties are in complete agreement to do so.
