I personally do not take Vaak Sidhi as a separate s idhi, because it is attained automatically with progress on spiritual path or wi th other siddhis. Saraswati is said to be sitt ing on his tongue and his words carry so much power that what ever he says happe ns.... giving boons or curse was such siddhi which our rishis used a lot 2- When a person has developed enough on the spiritual path, his mind is attuned to the System and he speaks only what System wants him to tell others.... for e xample if such person says it is going to rain... it will rain surely This is no t because he said and Nature obeyed... it is because he is attuned to the Nature and his mind knows what is going to happen. This is actually a bhavishya darsha n... but common people take it as Vaak Sidhi. How to attain ? There are many mantras like Gayatri Mantra, Saraswati Mantra or Kali Mantra which can help in attaining Vaak Sidhi...if done with this purpose. 2nd lord in a Satya Peetha aspected by Guru In a horoscope, there are two places of absolute Truth where the illusion (maya) cant influence. They are the Lagna and the 7th house, and are known as the Satya Peetha (seat of truth). This is why, the Arudha of a Bhava can t fall in the Lagn a and the 7th house from the Bhava. When the 2nd lord occupies one of the Satya Peetha i.e., Lagna or the 7th house, and simultaneously aspected by Guru, the na tive attains Vak-Siddhi.
