Unclog Your Brain to Win the Game of Money Hey Friends, I’m so glad you’ve joined me or this series, Winning the Game o Money. You don’t want to miss ANY o these special video trainings. You’re going to learn how to retrain your brain to win the inner game o money, so you can achieve the nancial success you desire… the OUTER game o money! You’ve heard me describe how ears, doubts, excuses, stories, anxiety, lack o condence and uncertainty can really clog up your “brain pipe”, aecting your lie and your ability to achieve nancial success. First let’s look a little deeper at what causes these “brain clogs.” Fear is one o the biggest items clogging our “brain pipes”. We all have die rent kinds o ears in our lie. How you handle y our ears determines your belies, your habits and the resulting actions that drive your successes and your ailures. Some ears you know, but other s are subconscious, always running in the background. They can all stop you dead in your tracks, and seriously slow down your progress to nancial reedom and independence.

Let’s look at just one common ear as an example o how all o these “brain cloggers” can impact your lie and shortcircuit your nancial success:
One o our clients, Terry, had a ear o ailure. Whenever he worked on a project he imagined himsel making a ool o himsel, appearing stupid or dumb. Although Terry eels like he is a smart man, and made good grades in school, he never elt as smart as some o the other kids. At home he was constantly criticized by his ather or not trying hard enough and or making constant mistakes. But this caused him to eel that didn’t deserve to achieve nancial success, or that he was ever “good enough” and to top it o, he also elt like he was an embarrassment to his parents. No matter how hard he tried, he never really made progress, and it seemed like the liestyle he wanted would never become a reality. To protect himsel rom the embarrassment o ailing, Terry never gave 100% eort… he always held back a little. This gave him the “out” he needed to accept mediocrity and achieving less than his personal best. His negative sel-talk, procrastination, doubts and sabotaging behaviors kept him rom taking the actions he needed to achieve his goals, desires and dreams o a better lie. Terry became used to his comort zone and his lie o underachievement. This conditioned his brain to deal with the world with the assumption that he’d never really succeed. But i he truly wanted to succeed, he COULD choose to give up his old sel image and sel sabotaging behaviors, couldn’t he? And guess what? I he did that, his brain would comply—and change.
This ear o ailing is oten the basis o not giving everything your 100% best eort. The underlying “inner dialogue” is: What i I try and still don’t succeed? What will others think o me? What will I think o me? Do I really want to put in that much eort only to have to redo it or try again? All these inner dialogues cause you to sabotage your actions and stay in your comort zone. And every time you do, you strengthen the “ailure” circuits in your brain a little more. You neurologically give up beore you begin. The message sent out by the deep emotional parts o brain are saying, “Why bother? Nothing’s going to change.” It’s a neurological lie based on a alse belie.

Can you see how even the most basic ears, doubts, excuses, and other alse belies can completely stop up your lie, clogging the tube between your “knowledge” part and the “do it” part? Remember, whatever YOU CHOOSE to believe directly infuences the reality-ormation circuits in your brain, so what you perceive as real to YOU becomes the reality in your lie. Fears, worries, and doubts set o a chain reaction in your brain, slowing down key areas in your rontal lobes that make important decisions that directly aect your desired goals. This sets o a series o ancient, primitive responses that shut down our motivational centers, making us ght, fee, or reeze. Think o a cornered animal rozen with right… These deeply emotional responses are programmed on a genetic level to protect you rom harm. Look what happens in your brain when all this is going on. Your brain literally goes “crazy” with one side o your rontal lobes increasing in activity while the other side slows down. This imbalance sends a warning signal to your amygdala—the “watchdog” section o your reptilian or limbic brain—“Wake up! Pay attention! Something’s going on…it could be dangerous, or interesting or exciting! But it’s not ‘N O R M A L!’” Your amygdala releases stress neurochemicals to prepare you to run or ght or just do nothing. It doesn’t know the dierence between real or imagined ear, it’s just trying to protect you like it’s supposed to do.

You may THINK you’re being positive—proactive— decisive, but that’s not what’s going on inside your brain. In act, this ear response directly intereres with your ability to be proactive or make smart strategic decisions: You can’t act; you can only RE-act. You may eel tightness in your chest, your breathing may get shallow, you may even eel like that cornered animal… but it’s all just a natural process o your old emotional brain. Dozens o unconscious ears, anxieties, and doubts foat in and out o your consciousness every moment and your rontal lobes stay busy creating imaginary scenarios o success or ailure, achievement or loss. All these rambling thoughts interere and choke your ability to think clearly and wisely. So how do you unclog your brain and release these toxic eelings and thoughts, so you can take control o the decisions and actions that will determine and signicantly enhance your nancial uture? Neuroscience has shown you can start this process with 3 easy simple steps. These are in your transcript and workbook so you can reer to them later. 1. Next, rerame each negative thought as a powerul, positive declaration, like this: “I KNOW I have ALL the power and intelligence I need to make ALL the money I want RIGHT NOW, AND I deserve it more today than ever beore in my lie!” See what mean? See the dierence? Now say each one o them out loud 4 or 5 times. Which eels better, the positive or negative ones? Which thoughts do YOU want to consciously ocus on? Hearing yoursel repeat these declarations embeds them deep into your long-term memory. Your brain will begin to access these new thoughts rst, leaving the old negative ones inactive. Imagine where you will be 10 years rom now by continuing to believe and act on these reramed thoughts.

I you ocus on your doubts, ears, and anxieties, you’ll eventually damage those parts o your brain that regulate your emotions. But when you consciously ocus, over and over, on the positive reramed thoughts, you can actually SHRINK the size AND Reducing The POWER o the amygdala to cause you emotional stress. You can even increase the thickness o your neocortex and the number o brain cells in those parts o your brain that are involved in making important decisions, making those sections stronger. As you clear away the neurological clogs, you ree your brain to help you achieve the nancial lie and secure liestyle you’ve always wanted.
