Ok so this month I want you to get used to drinking 1 litre of milk everyday, taking cod liver oil and glucosamine supplements. As well as continuing with your Stage 1 stretches, Stage 2 hanging, Stage 3 diet changes and Stage 4 Squats from last month.
So3In the next 30 days you will be doing:1) All the stretches from Stage 1. 2) 6 minutes of hanging from Stage 2. 3) Drinking 2 litres of water everyday. 4) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your bodyweight in pounds (lbs). 5) Doing 100 squats every 3 days as shown in Stage 4 6) Drinking 1 litre of milk per day, taking cod liver oil & glucosamine supplements

Ok so3for the next 30 days you are going to be including 3 new items to your diet3 Milk, Cod Liver Oil and Glucosamine. You Should be able to get hold of all these with no problems. The good news is that they are not stupidly priced either. The reason why we are having these 3 is that it is going to help with bone growth and the synthesis of bone growth. These 3 together are a real Power Stack for growing taller.
If you can3 try and take 1 capsule of cod liver(1000mg or more) oil and 1 capsule of glucosamine(1500mg or more) in the morning3 then again at night3 The time doesn’t really matter as a rule I would say morning is up to 10:00am and night is anytime after 06:00pm3or just an 8 hour gap between taking them.

As for milk3I don’t expect you to drink 1 litre of milk in 1 sitting but, you can if you wish3maybe divide the litre in to 2 or 3 separate drinks throughout the day. As a guideline try to get a similar milk that I have used as an example3it’s exactly what you need. The Number of CHEAT DAYS allowed this month = 2
