The 112 techniques of Meditation, as given by Shiva in `Vigyan Bhairav Tantra´ : 1. adiant !ne, this e"#erience $ay da%n bet%een t%o breaths. &fter breath co$es in 'do%n( and )ust before turning u# 'out( * the beneficence. 2. &s breath turns fro$ do%n to u#, and again as breath curves u# to do%n * through both these turns, rea+ie. -. !r, %henever in*breath and out*breath fuse, at this instant touch the energy* +ess, energy fi++ed center. . !r, %hen breath is a++ out 'u#( and sto##ed of itse+f, or a++ in 'do%n( and sto##ed * in such universa+ #ause, one/s s$a++ se+f vanishes. 02. 3hen eating or drin4ing, beco$e the taste of food or drin4, and be fi++ed. 0-. ! +otus eyed one, s%eet of touch, %hen singing, seeing, tasting, be a%are you are and discover the 8ver+iving. 0. 3herever satisfaction is found, in %hatever act, &ctua+ie this. 00. &t the #oint of s+ee#, %hen the s+ee# has not yet co$e and the e"terna+ %a4efu+ness vanishes, at this #oint Being is revea+ed. 0. <++usions deceive, co+ors circu$scribe, even divisib+es are indivisib+e. 05. niversa+ %aves %ith us. 2. 3herever your $ind is %andering, interna++y or e"terna++y, at this very #+ace, this. -. 3hen vivid+y a%are through so$e #articu+ar sense, 4ee# in the a%areness. . &t the start of sneeing, during fright, in an"iety, above a chas$, f+ying in batt+e, ine"tre$e curiosity, at the beginning of hunger, at the end of hunger, be uninterru#ted+y a%are. 0. The #urity of other teachings is an i$#urity to us.
5. @ere is the s#here of change, change, change. Through change consu$e change. 6. &s a hen $others her chic4s, $other #articu+ar 4no%ings, #articu+ar doings, in rea+ity. 7. Since, in truth, bondage and freedo$ are re+ative, these %ords are on+y for those terrified %ith the universe. This universe is a ref+ection of $inds. &s you see $any suns in %ater fro$ one sun, so see bondage and +iberation. 59. =onsider your essence as +ight rays fro$ center to center u# the vertebrae, and so rises D+ivingnessD in you. 51. !r in the s#aces bet%een, fee+ this as +ightning. 52.
