We specialize in converting hand drawn sketches, fully detailed MEP drawing or a concept into accurate and precise 2D drawings. Some of the input formats which we accept are PDF files, AutoCAD files, GIF or JPEG files, pictures, photos, scanned images, hand-drawn sketches and electronic files. We use AutoCAD, CADian and Revit MEP software. A formal corporate quality policy with total commitment from every individual in our organization is the backbone of our quality initiative. Description of Work: We receive your requirement along with CAD files. You can send the CAD files by courier, email or upload them on our secure FTP server or DropBox. We review and evaluate the inputs received. In case of any clarification, we contact you so as to avoid unnecessary delay and rework. We send you a time and cost work order (quote). Once the quote is accepted, we start your project and finalize the delivery model. We allocate a project manager for each project who distributes the work to the concerned team and informs them about standards, specifications or your requirements.

On completion of work, it is passed to Quality department which follows three tier checking system. We allocate a quality controller for each project who is aware about the client requirements and is the first tier of our quality checking system. The quality controller compares the original drawing with the completed drawing.

Infrastructure: At TEC we have world class infrastructure for handling the corporate projects. We have PC’s with latest configuration which enables to handle the large scale 3D models and files. We have power back up to save our esteemed client’s projects files from crashing due to power failure. We have internal Email system for monitoring the status of the projects on daily basis.

SCOPE OF WORK FOR MEP SERVICES HVAC DESIGNING & DRAUGHTING SCOPE OF WORK We specialize in providing high quality, cost effective and prompt HVAC system designing & Draughting services. Our customer friendly approach and ability to offer timely and value-added services is what distinguishes us from others. We can efficiently handle HVAC projects with complex requirements. Our HVAC engineers ensure that your designs and drawings are accurate and flawless in accordance with your requirements or standards.

Our HVAC services include: - Load Calculation (Cooling & Heating) using HAP 4.5, Elite Software or E20 form. - Using the ASHRAE standard to determine loads and air-flows. - We ensure that both latent and sensible load components are accounted for in load calculations. - Refining Estimation & Costing for a complete project.

HVAC Duct Design & its L ayout

- Determining the register locations and types, acoustic calculations, ESP pressure drop calculations (internal and external), duct lengths and connections required to produce layout given construction constraints. - Specifying the material for ducts and their size according to SMACNA standards. Design and layout of accessories such as diffuser, dampers, grilles etc. - Layout of duct system on floor plan for Air-conditioning & Ventilation System, accounting for the direction of joists, roof hips, fire-walls and other potential obstructions.

Pipe sizing & its Layout

- Calculating required water flow, pipe sizing by using McQuay, decides fittings locations and dielectric isolators where needed to design the piping system. - Specifying piping material and criteria for pi pe sizing. Waste Water System - Assigning fixture unit to each plumbing fixture according to your usage and concern codes. - Sizing sanitary drainage / vent risers according to the number of fixture units to be carried. - Determining if sump pumps or sewage ejector pumps are required - Estimating the number of sanitary and vent risers. - Sizing horizontal of sanitary drainage / vent run according to the number of fixture units to be carried and permissible slope from code. - Designing septic tank, soak away pits, dispersion trenches, oil & gr ease trap.
