The following chart gives account of my performance along my pedagogical experience as a training teacher in online environments with date entries, link of the recorded videos in YouTube through Google Hangouts, and my reflections in regards of my strengths, weaknesses, aspects to improve, feelings, observations, comments, etc. Nr.
Reflections about the lesson and observations The activity was very good, because although some students have better skills in English, some other students do not have it and this helps so that they reinforce the different knowledge they have. They did not attend the first meeting. It was very important to do this activity because although many can understand what is spoken in English, there are many cases in which the sound or the correct pronunciation of each letter of the alphabet is not yet recognized. They did not attend the meeting. The group is very dynamic and the objective was achieved, besides this I find great importance in the formative evaluation that is made as the students present difficulties because it makes them strengthen the confidence in themselves and improves the confidence of the student to tutor.
Reflections about the lesson and observations Although one of the students had difficulty with the connection and also to watch the videos; it was possible to work in a dynamic way and the objectives were fulfilled. I can observed that there are some grammars that have not been understood and that are of great importance for this subject. The group is willing to collaborate. The student demonstrates the effort to learn what is being worked on, however teamwork is very different from individual work because vocabulary can not be extended, and learning does not have the same dynamics. The students show respect towards their classmates when we start with the song. Many difficulties of understanding were encountered in the topic; even as a tutor I observed that I also have doubts in the grammar. They did not attend the meeting. On this day I could not do the class because I had problems with the audio of my computer, which we agreed with the students the meeting for October 21 from 1:00 pm until 2:30. The topic was very extensive, which I did not complete the objective. The topic was a bit complex; however with online activities students were able to understand the topic. Reflections about the lesson and observations superlatives, then I decided to complete it in this class, achieving the proposed objective. The topic did not have many concerns, because these topics have been seen in school. From my point of view the objective could be achieved. In addition to this I noticed that the students were connected to the class and participated actively. The student shows enthusiasm and commitment to the activities, making it easier to explain the topic.
