I. INTRODUCTION In correlation to this course, this paper is an exercise in a way that individually we can apply a perception of our own code of business ethics. We are to form a hypothetical company which we basically own and manage and create a set of rules or ethical statements which will act as guidelines for the parties involved to be proper members of the workplace for the sake of those in the company and the company co mpany itse itself. lf.
II. THE COMPANY AND ITS CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS
The name of the company is Katarina is Katarina.. It is a company which sells beauty products, clothes, bags, and shoes. This company co mpany is a startup which means it is on the growing stages of business. The following are the company’s code of business ethics.
The company and its members should comply with the law. All actions must be lawfully complied. The company and its members should compete fairly and ethically. No actions must be considered harmful or unjust towards other companies. Integrity is a top priority in the dealings of internal and external matters. Decency should always be present in every situation in order to have a peaceful and effective workplace and business environment. The company and its members are to work together to have a safe and healthy workplace and business environment. The company and its members should not cause any harm and disorder towards the workplace, nature, and humankind. The company and its members should be able to contribute to society. The company and its members should be able to participate in good causes for the better. The company and its members should continually maintain and/or improve its finance and service. The company should provide necessary resources and treat its members with respect and care.
