In brief, t!is also constituted buildin" up of a ban# of emer"ency s!elters in a re"ion prone to cyclones and eart!Bua#es. 'et Airways, t!erefore, considered t!is as an investment for t!e future too. Alternatively t!e tents can also be used as stora"e or cattle s!eds once t!e villa"ers !ave moved to t!eir reconstructed !omes. etween 'anuary 2% and Debruary &, 2$$1 t!e airline, apart from t!e daily Mumbai0!uj0 Mumbai fli"!ts, operated seven additional fli"!ts to facilitate transportation of relatives of victims and representatives from relief or"anisations to reac! !uj, and also carried over ;$ tonnes of relief car"o includin" foodstuffs, blan#ets, medicines and rescue eBuipment.
