Messiah Seed 34 Do Not Worry Messiah, know the difference between constructive problem solving and worrying. Worrying is an expression of fear. It has many colors, spanning from Self-punishment, to the thought that you must be a very noble person to worry so much. Realize the perspective from which worrying is an intellectual extrapolation of a physical survival instinct that no longer serves you. See how the act of worrying is the giving of your energy to your fears and, as such, actually serves to manifest them rather than prevent them. To worry is to show that you are not trusting in your Self. Know that to cease to worry is to release the need to control your reality. To cease to worry is to be confronted with your fear directly, rather than experiencing it through the guise of a worry that you have determined to be justified. To will your Self not to worry is a useful tool to identify and release fears. In the release of the process of worrying you are surrendering to the divine flow of your life and giving over trust to your being . This will release you into ever greater freedom. Know that worrying is an expression of fear through which you try to control your reality from a perspective of pain avoidance. It is, therefore, to some extent coming to define your life and your choices from a definition of pain rather than joy. Worrying is currently the most pervasive form of fear expression and, if you give it your power, then that power will come to contain and limit you. Realize that you have the power over which thoughts you give your energy to. Do not berate your Self for having worrying thoughts. When you identify them as such, simply let them go. If letting them go brings up a fear, then work with that fear directly, and not on its manifestation as worry. Free your mind from worry. Do not fear that to not worry is to live in delusion or idealism. To not worry is to live in total inner trust, joy, and love. Choose spontaneous being, not worry. Choose love, not fear. Worrying is not constructive problem solving. Worrying solves nothing.
