FEASIBILITY STUDY Level 1a estimates are prepared during the feasibility phase of a project. The main objective of a feasibility phase is to demonstrate technical and economic feasibility. The level of definition in the feasibility study shall be limited, however in some areas it may be necessary to develop in considerable detail in order to demonstrate feasibility.
