Introduction Concorde currently has links to two acquiring banks: FNB and Nedbank. Occasionally there can be connection problems with these links but they must also be monitored closely by Concorde staff. Please connect to the VPN using openVPN before using the Analyzer Double click the TRADEROOT ANALYZER icon on the desktop
The following screen will will appear Click on the “Green Tick”

Then enter the Username and Password that was issued to you and enter the “Green Tick ”
Now the main screen will appear

Click on the “Status Analysis” Tab on top of the window This screen will show you Services and bank links running on the different servers: We are focusing on the bank links (FNB and Nedbank)
As you can see on the screen dump above I have highlighted all the bank links: You will see that the FNB Router is GREEN so it is up.

We only see one link for FNB on our side but have Primary and Secondary Link on FNB’s side
For NEDBANK we have a Secondary and a Primary link on our side so we can see them As you can see below the Secondary link is red, as it only kicks in when The primary goes down. Primary is GREEN.
This is one way to check the links The other way is to Phone NEDBANK or FNB on the following numbers To ask if there are any problems with the links. FNB link is called the TENDEM LINK and Nedbank don’t really have A link name. FNB : Tendem Support 011 889 4949 Nedbank: 011 500 4359 or 0860 114 966
