Some people believe law changes human behaviour. Do you agree/disagree? Every citizen is subjected to abide by the country's law. Laws are meant to be implemented for social security, peace and order, systematic governance and so on. Besides these, there is another common school of thought on law; it can be used as an effective tool to control human behavior. People's nature and thoughts are highly affected by national rules and regulations. People are unlikely to break law and get penalized for the same. For instance, Singapore has imposed punishment against throwing chewing gums in public places. Thus, Singaporeans are trained to that habit ,and they are likely to follow it wherever they go. On the contrary, People from countries where public smoking is not banned tend to break law against smoking on foreign country. The government, bearing social responsibility, should formulate creative laws that restricts people to indulge in bad habits. But the problem with most of the countries are that they are so much overwhelmed in their major problems that this kind of responsibility becomes a trivial matter. Nevertheless, an educated society always expects behavior-changing policies from law-makers. Some examples of such rules can be on issues like public smoking, alcoholism, cleanliness, bullying and fights ,racism etc. In a nutshell, People are guided by the laws ,and they do not want to break rules .The behavior and characters of law abiding citizens can be molded by country's law .
