Shrink Shrink Fruit Physical Description The user of the shrink shrink fruit appears normally. However, they sometimes subconsciously shrink parts of their body to make things easier. For example, they may shrink their arm slightly to be able to reach an object in front of them more precisely. These slight changes are barely noticeable to the user or those around him. Power Summary The shrink shrink user is able to shrink their own body, objects around them, and eventually other living things. This allows them to have many useful options such as shrinking through small passages, reducing the weight and volume of the objects they carry, and negatively effecting their enemies ability to fight. Feats A HEART TWO SIZES TOO SMALL [ DAMAGE ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: The user shrinks their target’s target ’s heart using the Shrink ability. If successful, the target takes 1d3 damage per minute for the full duration of the Shrink effect. If in combat, the effect amplifies to 1d4 damage per round (6 seconds) but the effect only lasts for up to 2 minutes. ENLARGED SHRINK [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: Allows the Shrink ability to function on larger objects and living beings. The "Shrink" ability now works on objects up to the size of Huge. Special: Every time the shrink human takes this feat more than once, the size limit increases by one additional stage. EXTRA SHRINK [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Shrink Benefits: The shrink man may now shrink items up to 3 stages smaller. For example a “huge” huge” object could be shrunken down to a “small” size. Normal : By default the “Shrink” ability only allows the user to shrink objects up to 2 stages smaller. IMPROVED SHRINK [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Shrink Benefit: Allows the "Shrink" ability to function on living beings (of Large size or smaller), albeit at a penalty. The person affected either makes a reflex save at a +5 bonus vs a DC of 10 + user ’s level + ½ user’s user’s CHA modifier (if unwilling), or doesn't make a save at
all (willing). The character who is shrunk gains all of the penalties and benefits of their new size category. INVENTORY MINIMIZATION [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefits: As a full round action the user can now shrink all the items in his inventory causing them to weigh less permanently while inside the container. All items in the shrink man's inventory weigh half as much and take up half the space. Once the item leaves his inventory, the item returns to normal size and weight. IT’S A SMALL WORLD [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Shrink Mastery, Shrink Ray user’s ’s mastery of his powers, he can Benefit: Due to the user shrink the entire world as a full-round action, making him up to 1 + (character level / 5) size categories larger for the duration of 1 round per level. This ability can only be used once per day. PERSONAL SHRINKAGE [ STANCE ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: While in this stance you are shrunken to the size category of “Diminutive”. Diminutive ”. This size category gives you a +3 bonus to attack, defense, and DEX. However you also have a -3 penalty to STR and CON. PROLONGED SHRINKAGE [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: The "Shrink" ability now has a maximum duration of 5 minutes per character level of the devil fruit user.
SELECTIVE SHRINKING [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefits: Due to the shrink man's improved targeting, he may now target individual parts of inanimate objects to shrink. For example, they could shrink one leg of table. This ability does not work on living creatures. SHRINK [ MISC ] Benefit: As a standard action, the devil fruit user can touch an object (of large size or smaller) or themselves, and cause it to be up to two sizes smaller. Held objects get to make a reflex save at a -3 penalty vs a DC of 10 + user’ user’s level + ½ user’ user’s CHA modifier. This effect lasts for a 2 minutes multiplied by the user ’s level and can be dispelled at any time during the user's turn as a free action. Outside of combat, this ability can be used at will, but within reason. SHRINK MASTERY [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Enlarged Shrink, Extra Shrink Benefit: The shrink man can now shrink objects and living creatures up to the Colossal size category. Additionally they can shrink them up to 4 stages smaller. SHRINK RAY [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: Due to the shrink man's training of his powers, he can now target things up to 10 feet + 5 additional feet per 2 character levels away with a ranged touch attack, to shrink them. Special: Every time the shrink human takes this feat after the first, the maximum range increases by 10 feet up to a maximum of 30 additional feet. SHRINK THE DISTANCE [ MISC ] Prerequisites: Shrink Ray Benefit: Allows the "Shrink" ability to now target space, allowing the shrink man to compress an area to cover more distance faster. The "Shrink" ability can now target a distance equal to 30 feet per level, and can "teleport" there as a move action. Special: Each additional point in this feat increases the distance by 10 feet. SHRUNKEN HEAD [ DEBUFF ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: As a standard action the user shrinks the head of his target using their Shrink ability. If successful the target’ target’s head shrinks causes them to take a -1 penalty to INT and WIS per size category they have been shrunken.
TINY HANDS [ DEBUFF ] Prerequisites: Improved Shrink Benefit: As a standard action the user shrinks the hands of his target using their Shrink ability. If successful the target’s target’s hands shrink causes the target to drop any weapons they were carrying. Additionally they take a -1 penalty to DEX and STR per size category they have been shrunken when performing actions which require the use of their hands.
