Mahatma Meditation •
Sit in a relaxed position, comfortably in a chair with feet on the floor. Feel your legs as being like two trees, with roots spreading 1000s of feet into the center of the earth. Spiritual Law states that you have to ask with sincerity of heart to receive. I ask the Mahatma Energy to flood my entire God Consciousness; I choose and accept, the Mahatma Energy to flow through my entire being, through all my chakras, in service to the Divine, in the Eternal NOW!

I close my eyes and take three deep breaths.

I visualize a Golden-White Ray of Light (Mahatma Energy) coming down from the cosmos, for at least 15 seconds, flooding my CROWN chakra (top of head). I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, and energize my CROWN chakra, and heal my PINEAL gland. I sense my PINEAL gland being healed and soothed.

I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize and heal my HYPOTHALAMUS Gland. I sense my HYPOTHALAMUS Gland being healed and soothed.”

I visualize the Mahatma Energy, Golden-White Ray of Light, flooding my THIRD EYE chakra (middle of forehead), for at least 15 seconds. I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my THIRD EYE chakra and heal my PITUITARY gland, only sending out rejuvenating hormones, keeping me young, open minded and healthy. I sense my PITUITARY gland being healed and soothed.

I visualize the Mahatma Energy flooding my THROAT chakra (middle of throat), for at least 15 seconds. ”I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my THROAT chakra and heal my THYROID gland and my PARATHYROID gland. I sense my THYROID Gland being healed and soothed.”

I visualize the Mahatma Energy flooding my HEART chakra (middle of chest), for at least 15 seconds. I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my HEART chakra and heal my THYMUS gland. I sense my THYMUS gland being healed and soothed.

I visualize the Mahatma Energy flooding my SOLAR PLEXUS chakra (middle of body), for at least 15 seconds. I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my SOLAR PLEXUS chakra and heal my PANCREAS gland. I sense my PANCREAS gland being healed and soothed.

I visualize the Mahatma Energy flooding my SACRAL chakra (just below the belly button), for at least 15 seconds. I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my SACRAL chakra and heal my OVARIES or TESTIES gland. I sense my gland being healed and soothed.

I visualize the Mahatma Energy flooding my BASE SPINE chakra (base of my spine), for at least 15 seconds. I ask the Mahatma Energy to relax, balance, energize my BASE SPINE chakra and heal my ADRENAL gland. I sense my ADRENAL gland being healed and soothed.

I visualize the Mahatma Energy, Golden-White Ray of Light, flooding my CROWN chakra, through all my chakras, through my legs into the earth, sense the Golden-White Mahatma Energy running through my spine, feel it going through the whole of my body; my bones, my teeth, my hair, just feel that liquid crystal that is my blood becoming activated by this energy of love so it travels everywhere in my physical body, through my entire being, filling the earth with Spiritual energy. I choose and accept the Mahatma Energy to build a bubble of protection around my entire energy matrix. I ask for the Mahatma’s golden dome of protection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to both protect and clear myself of unwanted negative energy, from all life forms. I ask that all negative energy be vacuumed up and out of my golden dome, and immediately transmuted into Divine love. Thank You.

I feel my loving connection with the center of the earth. I visualize my SACRAL chakra as ORANGE flower closing into a bud! I visualize my SOLAR chakra as YELLOW flower closing into a bud! I visualize my HEART chakra as GREEN flower closing into a bud! I visualize my THROAT chakra as light BLUE flower closing into a bud! I visualize my THIRD EYE chakra as INDIGO flower closing into a bud! I visualize my CROWN chakra as VIOLET flower closing into a bud! I visualize a ball of Golden-White Light around my entire body.
