You can request your past company to give/transfer credentials, or you can request new employers to get access on certification hub. SAP SuccessFactors certification and other cloud exams are easy opt in with new registration too.

Hi Sheri, This is Sunil. I have completed SF Performance and Goals Associate certificate on Jan 12th. I also completed Career Dev Planning on Jan 20th. I read that I had 6 months’ time to complete Delta exam. After Feb 28th the system says that my certifications were retired. Could you please explain what the process is for Delta Exams? Do I need to write the exam again? Your response is greatly appreciated. Regards Sunil Kumar
Amy O'Callaghan May 9, 2017 at 10:49 am
Hi Sunil, Thank you for your question. The SAP SuccessFactors versions before _1611 (or Q4) are retired but do not worry you are still certified as long as you take the Delta assessments. The Deltas represent the current status of the SAP SuccessFactors modules. If you are up-to-date then you should see “Your status is current” in Credential Manager. I hope this answers your question. If you need any more help, please let me know. Best regards, Amy

Hi Sheri, I passed my SAP Cerfied Applicaon Associate – SuccessFactors Recruing Management in September 2016 (release b1608). I have just seen in my SAP Credenals Manager that the cerficaon was rered, even if I took all the delta exams unl now. There is a message stang that all the successfactors qualificaons earned before b1611 were rered, but I never received any noficaon nor warning. Could you please clarify if I have to take the cerficaon again? Do you know why I did not receive any noficaon in this sense?
Thank you, best regards, Luca Scarpa

Hi Luca, You are correct, the SAP SuccessFactors versions before _1611 (or Q4) are retired but do not worry you are still certified. The Deltas represent the current status of the SAP SuccessFactors modules. You have completed Q4/2016 and Q1/2017 so you are up-todate. You should see “Your status is current” in Credential Manager. Q4 will be retired on 31.05.2017. Your Q1/2017 is valid until 31.08.2017. This means you have until the end of August to update to the Q2/2017 delta. I hope this answers your question. If you need any more help, please let me know. Best regards, Amy

Hi, I am interested in getting a hybris developer certificate. I examine the exam guide on the wiki page. I have listed some questions below. Could you share me more details about them? How does the exam result calculation make? For example; there are two correct answers and I only write one of them. Do I get half points? Do you share count of correct answers on the top of the questions like sample exam you have on your site? Do wrong answers has any effect on the exam result calculation?
Thanks, Mustafa Can
Amy O'Callaghan June 15, 2017 at 12:53 pm
Hi Mustafa, We award one full point for each correct answer: we do not award half points or negative points for incorrect answers. Multiple response questions do indicate how many answers are correct. Good luck with your certification! Amy

Rama Krishna Reddy Vuta June 19, 2017 at 8:26 am
Hello Sheri, My name is ‘Rama’, from Singapore. I would like to subscribe to the ‘Certification Hub’ as I am planning to take few available certifications in this hub. I would like to get your final comments before proceeding with the certification hub subscription for the below exam – C_ACT_2016 – SAP Activate Project Manager: I am already experienced SAP Project Manager and also got approval from SAP Education, Singapore to go for C_PM_71 (ASAP8) as an experienced PM, without any training required. Eventually, I have found that SAP Activate is the latest methodology developed on top of ASAP. And I am already working in an implementation project which is using SAP Activate Methodology for S/4 HANA. Please let me know whether can I go ahead with subscription and to book an online exam for C_ACT_2016 or not. Thanks, Rama
Amy O'Callaghan July 12, 2017 at 9:31 am
Hi Rama, If you already got approval from your local education office then you should be able to subscribe to the certification hub without any issues. If you cannot subscribe, please contact your local SAP Education office. Good luck! Amy

Hello Sheri, I am planning to give a certification exam P_HYCD_62. But I am a little bit confused on some points. Please give an answer on same. 1. total attempts are listed is 6, so Can I take 6 attempts on this exam (P_HYCD_62). 2. Free learning hub actually points to and it is necessary to complete this.
Thanks

contact your regional SAP Education office. On training.sap.com the requirements are as follows: The “SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Hybris Commerce 6.2 Developer” certification exam validates that the candidate possesses the required level of knowledge to work effectively with the SAP Hybris Commerce Suite 6.2. This certification proves that the candidate has an overall understanding and in-depth technical skills to participate as a member of a project team. The scope of SAP Hybris Commerce knowledge in the courses stated within “Topic Areas” is narrower than the scope of knowledge checked in the certification questions. In addition to the courses stated as covering the topics within “Topic Areas” , as preparation for this certification exam, candidates must also study the SAP Hybris Commerce Suite 6 documentation located at: help.hybris.com/. In order to access the documentation, you must be an SAP Hybris customer or partner and follow the instructions on https://crowd1.hybris.com/crowdcontrol/signup to request a wiki account. Three years of practical experience on SAP Hybris Commerce is a further requirement as preparation for this certification exam.
So I do not believe that a SAP Learning Hub subscription is required for the certification. However since it is a professional exam, three years of practical experience is required. There is a free Discovery version of the SAP Learning Hub that you can try out. Best regards, Amy

Hi Sajjad, I just heard back from the expert for this who advised that you should be able to apply to take the exam at a Pearson VUE testing centre. You can go to http://www.pearsonvue.com, then search for a local test center, and then search for the exam C_TB1200_92. The exam will be in English. Good luck with your certification! Amy

1. What is the difference between SFX certification and this ? 2. Learning hub access will expire on March 2018, if I complete exams before that and If the company decide not to extend the learning hub subscription, what will happen to my certification? 3. After paying the exam fee ( 6 attempts ), can I take other SuccessFactors exams without additional cost? (eg : PMGM ,etc)
Amy O'Callaghan August 10, 2017 at 11:30 am
Hi Rehan, You will need access to SAP Learning Hub to keep your certification valid as the SAP Successfactors exams are part of the Stay Current program where you have to pass the quarterly delta assessments. This means your certified status will be lost if you do not stay current. You can take up to 6 exams with a subscription to the Certification Hub – so yes you can take other SAP SuccessFactors exams as part of the Certification Hub subscription without additional cost. Regarding the difference, please ask in your Learning Room as you will find experts in the area there. Good luck with your certification! Amy

Dear Sheri, Thanks and appreciate in collaborating the valuable information in a single contect for exam goers like us. I’ve planned to appear for the Cloud certification P_S4FIN_1610. Before i take the exams i wish to undertake any mock exams available for the same. Can you guide me to any links or websites that offers model Q&A for this certification as a practice. with regards, Senthamarai Kannan

HI Team , I had paid for cer006 from my pocket(not company paid) , my 5 attempts were left .Meanwhile i changed my company to another partner.I got another S user ID in new company.I had to take a certification today through my old id and get the certificate move to my new credential manager account , but yesterday I mapped my previous ID and my new EY ID , because of which I can not access the subscription of cer006.On ‘Accss’ subscription screen , it now asks me to pay the amount

Contact the SAP Education, its easy to reassign back to the original SUser id. Better you clear your exam with existing S-user ID as the certification must have been taged to this S-user id by the SAP education.
