ow, all those important terms aside, we can move on to the spelling of words on [s4s]. *his is a much shorter e!planation and has a few e!amples of common misspelt  words. / good good place place to start start this e!planation e!planation is with the word word )ebin). )ebin). 3ort of how how lol slowly transitioned into lel, the word )epic) became epin and ebic before con9oining the two into ebin. hen something is very well done, or you see a nice G<*, you can call it )simply ebinP) +n a side note, this is the name of a meme that bluntly copies the po#emon 0ewott. 3ometimes, board names are used in words. *his is common on other boards too, and the only one that I see on [s4s] common enough to bring up is btard. ow, let"s get to the main point of how misspellings are used in common parlance. *ypically, the letter  is replaced with the letter b. *he letter c is occasionally replaced with the letter 1, and can go into more e!tremes. For e!ample, gan"t can mean can"t, or gaul mean call. ith words that end with er, it can be switched around to re. /s long as it sounds phonetically similar, people will understand. / bretty gud e!ample if postE?=H?==. hat is not accepted is blatant misspellings, such as the notorious lol u t# him ? da barR$ 0on"t substitute )that) with )tht) or )don"t) with )dnt). *he only truly acceptable

abbreviations are the standalone ones such as )bby), which are so common they almost count as a different word as slang.

In order to post on [s4s], you need to understand what ma#es it uniue. *hus, we need to delve into the culture of the board, starting with some of the little things people do. For starters, it is very common to use te!t faces with a caret as a nose, i.e. >N0 or ;N:. /lso, as said in the closure of the 5ocabulary section, the purposeful misspelling of words can become uite common, and is a handy tool in diffusing tense situations by inserting comic relief. *o do so, I recommend loo#ing at some of the nice memes of 3purdo 3pQrde to get what I"m tal#ing about. Faces such as >000000000 and misspelt words such as )benis) are fairly common means of communication by lin#ing to a common meme. /nother small thing to understand is the meaning of #e#. I agree with these claims, due to there being crude humor and similar threads on both. It"s 9ust that the focus of the humor is obviously different and they are meant for different things, but pol does describe the ma9ority of [s4s]-goers. +ne of the most obvious connections to an ancestry of pol is the use of 1rivilege. here else than such a politically incorrect board could such a degrading term spawn$ /nother board that is lin#ed to [s4s] is obviously b, though I wager to say the two can differ immensely. Des, their posting structure is different, and we do have our lewd moments, but for the most part it isn"t all that similar. 1ersonally, I thin# of [s4s] as being a more mature and wor#safe b 8although both are 3F;I do believe there have been attempts to ma#e [s4s] more wor#safe, however:. *he board mlp influences [s4s] 9ust slightly due to threads about mlp not being allowed, but still you can find ponies here and there.
