Rights and Liabilities of the lessor:

The lessee must use the property as a person of ordinary prudence.He must not use the property for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was leased. 12. If the lessee becomes aware of any encroachment on the property,he must #ive immediate notice to the lessor for takin# steps a#ainst such encroachment. 1.
