1. INTRODUCCION A medida de los pasos de los años años se ha hecho cada ves mas imprescindible imprescindible el estudio y la medición de las variables físicas que nos rodean, para esto se implementa un sistema de adquisición de datos de temperatura que provee la informacion de temperatura en un sistemas cerrado el cual permite verificar los estados de cambio de la variable . El presente trabajo comienza con la revision de los conceptos sobre la medición de temperatura, tipos de sensores, los métodos para procesamiento de señales analógicas. Teniendo en cuenta todos los conceptos se realiza el diseño del circuito que ayudara a obtener la medicion Este circuito está dividido en cuatro etapas la primera etapa es la señal y consta de un circuito integrado Lm35, la segunda etapa es un circuito amplificador de la señal del Lm35, la etapa tres es un circuito comparador de señal del Lm35 con un valor de referencia, estas dos etapas (dos y tres) utilizan un circuito integrado Lm358. La última etapa es un circuito con el opto-acoplador y la carga resistiva. Se desea que la temperatura del sensor LM35 se muestre en un LCD y analógicamente activar una carga con el LM358.

2. RESUMEN. Un sensor es un dispositivo eléctrico y/o magnético que convierte magnitudes físicas en valores medibles de dicha magnitud. Estos se realizan en tres fases: Un fenómeno físico a ser medido es captado por un sensor y muestra en su salida una señal eléctrica dependiente de la variable física. La señal eléctrica es modificada por un sistema de acondicionamiento de señal, cuya salida es un voltaje. El sensor dispone de una circuitería que transforma y/o amplifica la tensión de salida la cual pasa a un conversor A/D, conectado a un PC. El convertidor A/D transforma la señal de tensión continua en una señal discreta.
2.1. LM35 El LM35 es un sensor de temperatura con una precisión calibrada de 1°C. Su rango de medición abarca desde -55°C hasta 150°C. La salida es lineal y cada grado centígrado equivale a 10mV, por lo tanto: 150°C = 1500mV -40°C = -400mV Sus características más relevantes son: Esta calibrado directamente en grados Celsius. La tensión de salida es proporcional a la temperatura. Tiene una precisión garantizada de 0.5°C a 25°C.

2.3. PANTALLA LCD El LCD es actualmente el circuito más barato y confiable para mostrar datos en un proceso de monitoreo y control. Su interfaz con los controladores se realiza a través de un conector de 14 pines. Todos los fabricantes del display de cristal líquido (Liquid Cristal Display) LCD, han estandarizado sus señales con el conector de 14 pines, así como sus comandos de control para el manejo del mismo. En el LCD se pueden mostrar datos como la hora y la fecha, así como valores de variables tales como nivel, presión, gastos, temperatura, etc. También se puede emplear para mostrar parámetros internos del sistema, de acuerdo a su aplicación o para mostrar al usuario las opciones de configuración mientras lo opera.

- El TRIAC TRI AC conmuta del modo de corte al modo de conducción conduc ción cuando se inyecta inyec ta corriente a la compuerta. Su curva característica refleja un funcionamiento muy parecido al del tiristor apareciendo en el primer y tercer cuadrante del sistema de ejes. Esto es debido a su bidireccionalidad. - La principal utilidad de los TRIACS es como regulador de potencia entregada a una carga, en corriente alterna.

3.3. Simulación con el DISPLAY LCD. Se requiere acoplar un display que muestre la lectura de la temperatura del IC LM35. Para ello se parte de la primer etapa donde el sensor de temperatura simple hecho con el el LM35 y se le adicionara un PIC16F873A que expresará la temperatura medida en un display LCD de 16x2 (16 caracteres, 2 lineas). Usando una tensión de referencia (Vref) interna que es de 5 Volts. y el conversor es de 10 bits. El cristal que se usa en este caso es de 12 MHz.
