This feature allows users to track the history of a piece of equipment throughout its life cycle. Users are able to audit over 45 different fields to see changes to the database. With thi s feature, users are able to see which other user made each change to the database.

Role Based Security Privileges are assigned according to role and resource. Some roles are strictly read-only or editing only. There is no access to any back-end database. Users can have many combinations of these roles, such as a cl erk who has a data entry role for one part of the plant and read-only rights to another. Security is managed by an Administrator, so roles may be altered.
