INTRODUCTION
Dog and cat grooming refers to both the hygienic care and cleaning of dogs and cats, as well as a process by which a dogs and cat¶s physical appearance is enhanced for showing or other types of competition. A "dog groomer or cat groomer" (or simply "groomer") is a person who earns their living grooming dogs and cats. Grooming is an important part of your pet¶s care. Depending on the breed, age, and health of the dog or cat, grooming may be a daily activity. Many breeds require significantly less grooming than this, but regular grooming helps to ensure the dog and cat is healthy and comfortable. It is important to note that while many dogs and cats shed, others (such as the Poodle, persian), do not shed as profusely, and require grooming by a professional every 6-8 weeks maximum. The main reasons for daily grooming include decreased chance of various health problems, such as thrush, scratches, and other skin problems, general cleanliness of the dog, monitoring of the dog's health by checking for cuts, heat, swelling, lameness, or changes in temperament, all of which could be indicative of illness and forging of a closer bond between dog and owner. Some of pet¶s grooming are bathing, hair removal, stripping, nail trimming and deworming this are the basic essentials a groo mer needs to know before starting up a business.
Background of the study
The average Filipino family owns a dog that is not pure breed. For them, buying dog food and grooming activities for pets remains a low priority compared to household expenses. These households feed their dogs and cats with leftovers or table scraps. This practice,
however, is gradually changing toward pet food usage and pet grooming as more families consider the importance of their pets. The changing attitudes of Filipinos toward pets give brighter prospects to the pet food business in the country and grooming shops. The change in the attitudes of the people towards their pets gave us an idea about the potentiality of a unique grooming business for pets. The Pet Mobile, it offers a convenient, affordable, reliable and efficient service to pet owners to maintain and achieve their pets' best well being. The concept for pet mobile was created in 1996 in Sydney, Australia, to satisfy the demand for mobile grooming services there. The business became an immediate success, and has rapidly expanded via franchising throughout the United States, Ireland, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, UK, China, Taiwan and Japan. Since there is an increase number of pet lovers in the Philippines we¶ve come up with the proposal of bringing the newest ³hassle-free´ grooming service for pets which includes bathing, blow drying, deodorising, nail clipping, ear cleaning, worm treatments and flea treatments. This will be a pioneering grooming service for pets that is on mobile and it will be very convenient to all the Filipino pet lovers who are busy with work yet still wants to show some love for their pets.
CONTEXTUAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE PROJECT
Our pioneering business will be named and registered as ³Hayop sa Linis! ´ The said business name sounds catchy and is appealing to our target markets. Today, people are more attached to their pets giving the prior and utmost attention. Way back, the Filipinos did not have that much time towards their pets they just feed them scraps and leave them anywhere.
Nowadays, the cycle between owners and pets have changed. Filipinos now are more sensible to the needs of their pets especially our target markets which is the high and middle class. PROJECT VISION AND MISSION OUR VISION:

PRODUCT / SERVICE
The business that we have decided to establish is a Pet grooming business on automobile for the reasons that today, many Filipinos shows more affection and concern for the welfare of their pets but nowadays taking care of pets is very time consuming thus even though these pet lovers would like to bring their pets in grooming centers they can not do it because of
insufficiency in their time. Warm bathing, clipping, blow drying, deodorising, nail clipping and ear cleaning these will serve as our mainstream service activities for our business. Aside from these services we will also be offering products for pets such as foods, accessories, clothing, cages, toys, medicines and vitamins these products will be seen on our brochure but the products will only be available upon the orders of our clients and customers to avoid profit deficit.
TECHNOLOGY:
The concept for a pet mobile was created year 1996 in Sydney, Australia, to satisfy the demand for mobile grooming services there. The business became an instant success there, today here in Philippines the idea of a pet mobile will be first adapted thus our goal is to be the pioneering pet mobile business in the co untry. A pet mobile is a a grooming business for pets on an automobile. The primary vehicle is an owner-type jeepney that carries along with it a carriage which have the following facilities a mini-bath tub, a pampering table, grooming materials, a hose that will be connected to the house of the customer for the water supply, the mini-generator and water tank will be used in case there is no available source of water and electricity.
