REF: Revisión N° 9 al Operational Procedures Knowledge Test para la Flota A‐320 (FAM).
A.‐ Con el propósito de actualizar el OPKT, considerando nueva información de Airbus respecto de limitaciones y procedimientos de acción inmediata, se deberán considerar los siguientes aspectos que cambian en el nuevo test. 1) Se elimina la restricción adicional de un máximo de 10 kts. de viento de cola sobre 9200 ft., quedando como única restricción un máximo de 15 kts. de viento de cola tanto para el despegue como aterrizaje. Lo anterior se basa en la información contenida en los AFM (suplemento), manual que tiene preponderancia sobre los FCOM. Este último manual en lo relacionado a esta información será actualizado por Airbus a la brevedad. 2) Conforme a lo indicado en FCOM 3 (3.02.01) el procedimiento “Smoke/Fumes/Avncs Smoke” se retira de aquellos considerados como Memory Item. 3) Se incorpora como Memory Item el procedimiento Pilot Incapacitation, para lo cual y conforme a lo estandarizado en LAN, el aviso a la tripulación de cabina será “TRIPULACIÓN, ATTENTION CREW, ATTENTION CREW, JEFE(A) DE SERVICIO ABORDO AL COCKPIT” en reemplazo de lo actualmente publicado en FCOM 3 (3.02.80) ATTENTION, PURSER TO COCKPIT PLEASE. Este cambio será incorporado en la revisión N° 12 del Airline Policy. B.‐ Adjunto a esta circular encontrarán dos formatos (en blanco y con respuestas) del nuevo OPKT para la Flota A‐320 (Fam). Esta nueva revisión entra en vigencia a contar del 02 de junio y será aplicable a todos los cursos y entrenamientos de vuelo periódicos (Recurrent).

If a cockpit crew member becomes _______________, the remaining crew member must call a cabin attendant __ ____ _ ____________. The best way to request assistance from the cabin crew, is by means of the passenger address system : “____________, ____________ _______, __________ ________ ________ __ _____________ ___________ ____ _________”. The purser or any other cabin attendant must proceed to the cockpit immediately. The cabin attendant must then: - tighten and manually lock the shoulder hardness of the incapacitated crew member ; - push the seat completely aft ; - recline the seat back It take two people to remove the dead weight of an unconscious body from a seat without endangering any controls and switches. If it is not possible to remove the body, one cabin attendant must remain in the cockpit to take care of and observe the incapacited crew member. In coordination with the purser : - request assistance from any medically ________ __________ - check if a type qualified ___________ _______ is on board to replace the incapacitated crew member.
