1-Hazard of high noise & environment due to the excess combustion emissions from diesel engines. One diesel engine noise was very high as compare to others. Consequences: Air pollution, Global Warming.
Immediate: Fully Inspection required on prior basis & maintained diesel usage record on daily basis. Short term action s: Continuous active monitoring. Long term actions : Tuning of engines on monthly basis or after completing continues running hrs and Monitoring of flue gases.
Immediate: Remove all hazardous 2-Chemical and biological hazards involves in the handling, storage and waste from the contact of persons, use disposal of hazardous waste proper PPE.
