Rural areas and smaller cities encounter limited telecommunications infrastructure, especially those which are geographically remote and isolated telecommunications infrastructure. In this assessment, we take Bario community telecentre and a Bario clinic which is located in small and remote village Bario near KL, Malaysia which lacks telecommunication infrastructure.
Scenario:
The Bario community telecentre houses ! personal computers "#$s% intended for use &y the community to access the Internet as well as to use software such as word processors and spreadsheet.
