Summary Multiple specifications may be the requirement of Customers / pharmacopoeia/Country specific legal requirements. These specifications may consist of different tolerances or characteristic attributes. A material may be used for different purposes . The material can be valuated on the basis of multiple specifications and determine the "suitability" of the material, which can subsequently subsequently be taken taken into account when dispatching the the material. This suitability helps to determine the specific customer or area.

Requirement Multiple Specifications Are to Be Created for a Given MIC Customers / pharmacopoeia/Country specific legal requirements can be met by creating multiple specifications to a MIC. These specifications may be different from each other. A material may be used for different purposes. The system will check the multiple specifications, when inspection results for the material are valuated. System checks the recorded values for each and every specification and valuates the suitability. This suitability helps to determine the specific customer or area.
Process Flow 1. Inbound process material is selected

2. QM view and Inspection Type is activated for the above material. In the inspection type, flag the multiple specs. check box. 3.
Inspection Plan and other prerequisite for the multiple specifications are met.
4. Create Purchase Order. 5. GR is carried out. 6. System generates Inspection Lot.

Result Recording is carried out.
