Definition !aw o' attraction is the concept that we can create and a''ect our reality by matching our vibration, or our 'reuency, with the things we want. It is also called deliberate creation, mani'estation, )C)/( – you create your own reality, and the "cience o' Intention.

Quantum Science !aw o' ttraction is the science o' deliberately creating reality. It is not a new age’ teaching – it has been &nown and understood 'or at least ,000 years, and probably 'or a 'ew thousand years be'ore that. +uddha, 3esus, and mystics o' all ages and 'rom all philosophies have taught it. 4very 'ew years, the concept reappears. The 5ew )or& Times was the 'irst to use the actual phrase, law o' attraction, in 1678 at the beginning o' the 5ew Thought movement. $ost recently the movie, The Secret , reminded us again o' this ancient teaching. -hile the ancients had a deeper understanding o' law o' attraction than we do, it seems with every iteration we lose a little bit o' the science o' it. !aw o' attraction is a uantum science. Who Is Lorna Levy? I want to brie'ly tell you my story. I want you to &now why I’m so passionate about !aw o' ttraction. I grew up as a uiet, shy little girl who loved to read. nd because o' that I was bullied a lot in grade school. That ust drove me deeper into mysel'.  good time 'or me was going to the library on "aturday a'ternoon, a'ter doing my chores in the morning, and coming home with all the boo&s I could carry. You Create it All +e'ore we get into the $ost 4''ective >rocess, I want to give you some basic principles o' law o' attraction. )ou can’t use it well, or to ma:imum e''ectiveness, without some understanding o' what you are doing. !aw o' attraction wor&s all the time. It is a law o' nature, ust li&e gravity. )ou can’t activate’ it because it’s always wor&ing. -henever I hear someone tal& about activating law o' attraction, I &now they don’t have a clue how it wor&s. -e create everything in our e:perience – good, bad or ugly. 5othing happens to us that we don’t agree, on an inner level, to participate in. -e each have 'ree will, and we can choose and create the reality we want to e:perience, and we can change it when it’s not to our li&ing. The way to change a situation is to understand how law o' attraction wor&s and then use the techniues to shi't your point o' attraction. The reasons why most o' us are in bad situations that we don’t change are? 1. -e don’t believe we can change it, so we don’t try, 2. 5o one has ever told us how to do it, and . -e have succumbed to the cultural paradigm o' our personal helplessness, powerlessness, ine''ectiveness and spiritual ineptitude.

Why Do Bad Things a!!en to Ba"ies? -hen I say we create everything we e:perience, people always as& me, <-hy do bad things happen to babiesD= They assume that babies are unaware o' their powers to create. +abies are non;verbal, but that in no way

means that they are not connected to their souls. To answer this, we need to go bac& to some basic principles. This is highly condensed because there ust isn’t space to go into detail here. I do a class on each o' these principles, and I’ve written a boo& A Why This? soon to be publishedB on these principles, but the short answer is? -e each have a soul. -e are eternal beings who have come here to e:perience three dimensional time and space, and to learn how to maneuver and thrive here. -e come here 'or many li'etimes, and we chose, willingly, to e:perience a range o' conditions. -e may be healthy 'or many li'etimes and then decide to e:perience a li'e o' limitation ust to see what that is li&e. /ne o' the main principles o' law o' attraction is that we always have 'ree will, and none o' us are victims. 4ver.

# Inner $motions Those who as& the uestion about babies assume that we create 'rom our intellect or our ego, but that is not so. This is the source o' a lot o' why law o' attraction doesn’t wor& 'or so many. -e do not create 'rom our intellect. -e chose what we want 'rom our ego and intellect, but we create 'rom our "even Inner 4motions. -e tal& more about this in my classes and go in depth on how to recogniEe and access these emotions. I’ll tell you more about my classes later. +ut this is the area o' the mind that some call the subconscious. The concept o' the subconscious was created by "igmund Freud to e:plain things he didn’t understand. There is nothing in our subconscious that we can’t access with a little attention to it. -e learn to see what we are really carrying that we are not paying attention to. First 5ations, 'riend in the high deserts o' northern 5ew $e:ico, where they had e:perienced severe drought 'or the past  years. Gavid invited #regg to go with him to >ray (ain.  brie' e:cerpt? The old ones say that it has been over one hundred years since the rains have le't us 'or so long, Gavid said. That is why we go to this place, to call to the rain. They hi&ed 'or 2 hours to a special place in the desert and Gavid too& his shoes o'', closed his eyes, his breathing became slow and his body became motionless. 'ter a 'ew short moments, he too& a deep breath and said, !etJs go. /ur wor& is 'inished here. lreadyD I A#reggB as&ed, a little surprised. It seemed as though we had ust arrived. I thought you were going to pray 'or rain. #regg was e:pecting drumming, singing and dancing in native attire. Gavid laughed and said 5o, I said that would >ray (ain. I' I prayed F/( rain, it could never happen. >rayers 'or rain empower the drought. Continuing to as& 'or these things puts the 'eeling on the drought and not on the rain. #regg as&s him what did he actually pray. @e answers, I began to have the 'eeling o' what rain 'eels li&e. I 'elt the 'eeling o' rain on my body, and what it 'eels li&e to stand with my na&ed 'eet in the mud o' our village plaEa because there has been so much rain. I smelled the smells o' rain on the earthen walls in our village, and 'elt what it 'eels li&e to wal& through 'ields o' corn chest high because there has been so much rain. I then 'elt grate'ul 'or the opportunity to participate in creation.= -hat Gavid did was he F4!T rain. @e didn’t as& 'or it to rain, and he didn’t as& 'or the drought to end. AThat would be 'ocusing on drought.B @e imagined it raining now. @e lived the e:perience within his own mind and heart. bout an hour later, while #regg and Gavid were having lunch, it rained.

!ots. It actually 'looded. #regg laughs about watching the weatherman that night puEEle over the strange dip the et stream made down to 5ew $e:ico which caused an e:treme amount o' rain over the area. This story illustrates two important points. First, you have to get into alpha and have a centered connection with the uantum 'ield. nd, second, you can’t create by as&ing 'or what you want or by 'ighting against what you don’t want. )ou can only create by being in the e:perience o' having’ the thing you want.

Al!ha I seldom see any other teacher tal& about this. +ut one way to connect to The Hniverse, and probably the easiest, is to enter into an lpha state. That is when your brain is sending out more alpha waves than beta waves. lpha is a state o' reverie, a sort o' dreamy rela:ation. It is not the same as meditation. $editation ta&es you to a deeper state, and while that may be help'ul in law o' attraction, it is not really necessary. +ut being in an alpha state really gives you a boost in mani'esting what you want. This is illustrated in the #regg +raden story as the guy gets uiet and does his feelingization internally. This is the same state that 5eville calls ractitioners access when they do the 'irst two steps o' ''irmative >rayer.

The *rocess *. +irst, ecie (hat you (ant to manifest in your life. /r i' there is something already in your li'e that you want to change, chose that. This ne:t statement is important? Chose 'or you, not 'or anybody else. This is not a process to <'i:= someone, or change someone who is not doing what you want them to do. (emember, we each have 'ree will. )ou can choose to

participate in something you don’t li&e, or not. +ut you cannot choose to change the person who is doing whatever it is you don’t li&e. lso, pic& something small to start with. >ic& something you don’t have a lot o' emotional baggage around. 3ust as you wouldn’t wal& into a gym and pic& up the 200 pound barbell 'irst, don’t go 'or your biggest and stic&iest issue at 'irst. )ou’ll get to that by starting small and gaining con'idence and s&ill. nd third, don’t pic& world peace as your 'irst thing to mani'est. )ou have to clean up the violence in your own vibration be'ore you can ever hope to a''ect someone else’s. -e are a very violent society – we <'ight= crime, we <'ight= cancer, we even <'ight= greasy dishes in our sin& – so we, collectively have to 'ind peace inwardly be'ore we can " in your car has to now where you are starting 'rom, to ta&e you where you are going. 2. <@ow do I want to 'eelD= Gon’t say ic& one event or e:perience you will have after your thing mani'ests. #o into detail with the answer. -here will you beD -hat will you be doingD -hat are you wearingD -ho is with youD -hat is the weatherD re you indoors or outD -hat do you seeD -hat do you hear – what are people sayingD -hat do you smellD Can you 'eel the air against your s&inD nd so on.

. Thir. The Feelingization™ Process. This entire process should ta&e 1 to  minutes. Gon’t do it 'or longer because you’ll 'ind your ego coming in and rationaliEing things away. This is a uic&, positive 'eeling process. "it uietly. )ou can do this anywhere. In your car, i' you pull over to the curb. t wor&, in the restroom. nywhere you can close your eyes 'or  minutes. Ta&e a 'ew slow, deep breaths. t your own rate, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. I' it helps, count to K while breathing in, and K while breathing out. /r L. /r whatever is com'ortable 'or you. !et your shoulders drop. (ela: you stomach. Hnclench your 'ists. -iggle your aw and let your lips turn up in a slight $ona !isa smile. 5ow see yoursel' in a scene that is happening after you have manifeste the e:perience or the thing you want. nd bring to mind the answers to the uestions in step . -here are youD -hat are you doingD -ho is with youD @ow are you 'eelingD @ear what they are saying. Feel the air on your s&in. +ring all  senses into it. -hat are you seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching, and most important, 'eeling a'ter it has mani'estedD Ta&e no more than a minute 'or this part. Then drop it. Forget it and get up and go about your day.

o+ ,ften and o+ Long? 0o( often shoul you o this process, an for ho( long1 )ou should do this whenever you have the urge to do it. (ela: into it and trust your Inner +eing to guide you. +ut don’t &eep doing it out o' 'ear that it’s not wor&ing, or out o' doubt that you did it right. There is no way to do it wrong. This is not visualiEation – you don’t have to

state. Go it whenever you want a uic& hit o' 'eeling good. t some point, you will &now, intuitively, it’s done and you don’t have to do it anymore. )es, you can do it 'or multiple things at a time. +ut do a separate FeelingiEationN 'or each one. Gon’t bring a bunch o' di''erent desires into the same one. 0o( long (ill it take1 )ou will be surprised at how uic&ly this wor&s. It ta&es as long as it ta&es you to get aligned. +ut going into alpha 'irst bypasses a lot o' the baggage we carry with us that sabotages our law o' attraction e''orts.
