Listening Instructions MLF da Babe 2.0 is a visualization and/or passive listening script designed to be listened to as one retires at night. Please refrain from listening to the CD while driving, operating machinery, or while engaging in any activity which will require one’s full attention. One may opt to go along with the visualization exercises in the middle of the script or to just fully relax and passively listen and allow the program to guide one into a relaxed state, and eventually, a deep, restful sleep. Either way, the powerful instructions contained in the program will be installed in your unconscious.
Now raise your hands to touch the magnet and light knobs. Turn the light knob slowly and notice the floodlamp turning on and feel the warmth from your chest, ever increasing as you turn the knob up. Go into a place where you won’t be disturbed, and sit in a very comfortable chair. Take a deep breath… and… relax. You are feeling the weight of your body on the chair. Relax. You can feel the weight of your arms. You can feel the weight of your eyelids as it gently closes and you feel more limp and relaxed. A gentle, caressing wave of relaxation is forming at the top of your head and it comes down your face, caressing it. Allow your head and your face to relax. The wave is coming down to your neck, and you can feel your neck relax. The wave is now coming down to your chest, your abdomen, your entire torso. Your torso is relaxing more and more and your breathing becoming deeper and deeper. Every breath you take makes you feel more relaxed and the deeper you breathe, the more you sink down comfortably in your chair. The slow, gentle wave of relaxation is coming down your hips, massaging and relaxing your hips… coming down your thighs… caressing your thighs. Now, the wave is coming down to your calfs, massaging your calves, until it comes down to your feet and you can feel that gentle wave of relaxation massaging your feet….your toes…your soles. You are now very relaxed and very comfortable. Now, visualize the magnet and floodlamp in your chest, and the control panel floating in front of you, with the magnet knob and light knob on it. Feel it in your chest, its weight. Now, visualize that around you, at a certain distance, are many women. Gorgeous women. Sexy women. Beautiful women. Blondes, Brunettes, Redheads. The kinds of women you truly and totally desire. Take a moment to enjoy the view and to feel the thrill of the understanding that they will all soon be yours. (pause 10 seconds) And as you enjoy the sight of all these blessed creatures, a beam of warm, yellow light from above comes down on your head. You can feel the light, warming you up and its energy warming your entire body. (pause 5 seconds).
However, be prepared to expose yourself every night for up to one month until the effects manifest. This will more powerfully anchor the programming. After the initial installation, a “booster charge” of listening to the program for one evening every month hence will be sufficient maintain the effects and positively reinforce the changes taking place.
