LTE Session Setup Success Rate – Checks
LTE session setup success rate is a combination of RRC setup success rate and initial EPS bearer setup success rate. It is recommended to analyze the reason o f degradation in RRC and ERAB phase separately to confirm which component is degraded.

Rrccompl_missing in the RRC phase, mainly indicating a coverage issue. Please make sure that it is not due to a fault in MHA/TMA/Antenna/other build issues. Other failures in the ERAB phase includes RNL, transport , Resource and Other. It is recommended to include UL RSSI check as a regular exercise. In case UL RSSI have a strange behavior (Intermittent low values) or is constantly very low/high a possible HW/SW issues needs to be investigated. A rough estimation shows that value of UL RSSI is in the range of -110 if site is correctly build.
