They are either trying to address the real reason they cannot get their life to be a certain way or they re calling to see the future so they can go that route or they can change it. It s also great that people like you know that the place and space to change your life is really from the spiritual side. It s the transformational place where real change occurs. !

I lived my life intuitively because I found that it s the only way that I can really live and be happy. happy. I needed to know at the end of the day that I was making aware choices that were in my best interest and in the highest good of all those around me. !

If I do this or this, does it bring me my desired outcome and where does my life lead?

Is my kid in the best school for his self-growth?

All this and more is available by connecting to your spiritual side. What happens is the more you know, the better your life can be. Some people use their spiritual spiri tual skills to manifest a soul-mate or a life with plenty of abundance and health, love, wealth and happiness. The one thing I know for sure: that if someone is willing to invest in this series and in themselves to connect to their spiritual nature and get answers for themselves, I know for sure your life will get better. And it will be tremendously better in some way – in three months, in 10 months, and even four years down the road. And I am so happy for you. Because you ll be able to trust yourself with this new awareness – it becomes a way of living that you can never go back from. Total Total empowerment for you and the people you love. !
I m going to assist you with what I consider the most important thing you can do for your family and yourself – and I refer to this as raising your consciousness. Your consciousness is the aware part of you connected to the highest vibration you can be in your body. Being connected to this gives you an edge that you may not know about. If you raise your consciousness you get connected to the place where real freedom is. It s a space where all the knowledge, the know-how, know-how, the happiness, the joy and the bliss exist – you can live that way. It s all around you; you just have to know how to access it. !

Alot of people look at life and go, “Oh, I ll be happy when I have this or this in my life.” Or “When I have money, then I ll be happy.” Or “When I m thin, then I ll be happy.” Or whatever your fill-in-the-blank is. By the way, what is your fillin-the-blank? You ll be happy when what occurs? !

It doesn t work the way you think it does. You have to be happy first and then when all the other things happen you re already happy. happy. All the other things will happen and magnetize to you because you are already happy. happy. So raising your consciousness is what gives you this happiness, raising your vibration. !

Your life is the effect of you either being connected to your spiritual side consciously, or going with the flow, being reactive and being the effect of all your experiences, mindsets and programming. It s only really two choices: !

You either connect to your spiritual side and control your life or
•
You go with the flow and have no control.
It s a choice to connect and have authority in your reality; everything else is just a choice and it s free will. When you connect to the spiritual side of things your vibration shifts, your life gets easier, all those anguishing emotions subside and your life becomes a lot easier than you may think. Great stuff does not usually occur when you are fearful, worried and anguished. So I m here to assist you in choosing the tools and using these tools that I received and that supported me in getting problem-free, happy and really great life. !

Since we re going to be spending some time together I d like to share a little bit about myself if that s alright with you. I have what I consider a fantastic life. I get to make a difference in people s world and their families life. I am known for helping people by using my spiritual gifts, my intuition, raising their consciousness and awareness. I have a lot of people who come to me for guidance on their problems, help with manifesting a different reality and in opening and using their own intuition and spiritual gifts. !

I look at myself as a facilitator for consciousness, kind of like a cheerleader and a coach all rolled in one. But basically I assist clients in becoming who they really are. In my own life I have a rich family life, loving friends and a rewarding and nurturing relationship with a really great man. My life is blissful and joyful. All my needs are taken care of, usually before I ask. I set it up that way; it s an internal program that I run. I wake up every morning and I m awed. trees and hawks that fly by during the day. I live in a resort area where people come to vacation. The beach is 20 minutes away and the people are friendly. I ve travelled all over the world and had career success. I ve been on top radio shows and done well over 10,000 consultations with people searching for answers to live the life of their dreams. I have even travelled on private planes with Mrs. Gorbatchev and talked about love. I ve travelled and enjoyed the company of other famous leaders in the world of spiritual development, relationship success and business success. !

I manifested this joyful, loving abundant life all because I was willing to open up to my intuition and spiritual gifts. My life wasn t always this way, though. Early in life I struggled. I picked horrible boyfriends, I was broke and I worked three jobs to pay for school. I worked really hard and never really knew how to get a life I desired. !
I grew up in a small town; nobody around me was hugely successful and a lot of the folks didn t really seem that positive. I managed to move out of this small town to the city. I only had $30 in my pocket. Though I struggled and I did lose a lot of faith in myself sometimes, I eventually found my way out. !
One day, after a heartfelt “My life has got to change now” kind of prayer, I walked into a bookstore; a book literally fell of a bookshelf, landed at my feet and taught me how to connect to my spiritual side and manifest. In my innocence I applied the method in a series of synchronicities, opened up to the universe and supplied me with all my requests. I mean, in a little while I had a luxurious lifestyle. And I m talking really luxurious, five-star all the way, multiple homes, expensive cars and lots of fun. !
I travelled a lot and met many people well-versed in manifesting principles. I soaked it all up. I met a guy and had a lot of love in my life. My manifesting went beyond the scope of anything I d ever imagined, all because I applied certain tools and techniques consistently and made a heartfelt prayer one day. After 10 years I made a life shift and decided to help more people. The simplest things in life, love, and making a difference in people s lives are really what s important to me. !

People started calling me for intuitive guidance and I haven t looked back. I started guiding and teaching them and what I learned and what they learned, their whole life started to blossom. Before I knew it I had more clients than I could imagine and they all started sending me their friends because their life significantly improved. !

My greatest desire is for you to turn on your spiritual gifts, be fully you and make your inner light brighter, to make your life fill to the brim with love, abundance, joy, pleasure and fun. You are the greatest gift you bring to the world – you are the gift. After I received those spiritual gifts one day I was feeling a little drained and I went to the local chiropractor. He asked me what I did for a living and I said, “Well, it s kind of weird, these angels showed up in my living room and now I use my intuition to help people.” I didn t know at the time but he actually had some guides. So he said, “The reason I asked is, my guides are asking me to send you to somebody. He s been to all these doctors around here and nobody can fix him.” So Paul came to me. He had back issues for over 10 years. In a few seconds, when he came over, I saw what the issue was. I said, “Did you smoke pot around 18 and have a weird emotional reaction?” And he verified it, he said yes. So using my intuition and spiritual tools I cleared it. I cleared it from his energy field. And I sent him on his way. I didn t expect anything to happen. I just said, “Let me know what happens.” !

You have to understand, he came over and I had no clue what was going to happen. He called me in a few weeks and told me I had a dream that night after I worked on him. In this dream he saw himself sitting in all kinds of chairs; thrones, stools, dining chairs, recliners. And in the dream his back no longer hurt. So when he woke up he did what the dream suggested, he sat in a bunch of chairs around the house and lo and behold, his back didn t hurt. !
At the time he had a guy building a shed behind the house and this guy was not doing a great job so he fired him. Paul built the whole shed himself, doing the roof and everything. He had said that he had not been able to lift things over his head for over 20 years. And now he just built a shed in his own back yard. I have to tell you, he was really excited, right? To him it was like a miracle and for me, it was a huge aha moment because it actually verified to me in a really big way for the first time that spiritual gifts actually really work. I d like you to see that is possible, so I m going to share another story with you. "

I was at a Mount Shasta event for healing and well-being. I was working on a lady using my spiritual gifts, guides and angels and I cleared an emotional Page | 5

issue attached to her thyroid that kept it from functioning optimally. When I came to the emotional issue on why her body was not really functioning, I got that it had to do with her mom. Her mom tended to be critical so I asked her about it, “How would you have liked it to be with your mother? How would you have liked to have felt from your mother when you grew up?” And she started to tear up. I had her feel the feeling of what it would feel like to be truly loved, adored, honored and admired by your mother. And I cleared the energy that was not letting this come into her body. After we were done she felt light-headed and happy all at the same time, she had to sit there for 10 minutes before she could move. She walked over to her booth – she had her own booth – and her phone was ringing, it was her mother. She said, “Christie, you are not going to believe this. My mom just called me and it s mother s day. I forgot to call her. She would normally lose it, say I was really rude and inconsiderate and why in the heck did I forget Mother s Day”. Instead, her whole energy was different. she said, “Honey, I just called to wish you a happy Mother s Day” My client said, “In all the 60 years that I have lived on this planet, this has never happened between her and I so I want to thank you”. !

So you see, this is normal in my world. And I want it to be normal in your world. It s the energy and the emotions that you guys are holding and maybe blocking that s stopping you from getting your life to look a certain way. Then you can make excellent choices for your family. So all this and more is in store for you. I read a book some years back that changed the focus of my life. The book was called Power vs. Force and it s by Dr. David Hawkins. Dr. David Hawkins tested the consciousness of us as humans. He has a scale of zero to 1000. If your consciousness is the level of 1000, you would be Jesus, a Buddha or a Krishna. And if your level was of shame, you would be close to death, the vibration of 20. Shame means you are not enough. Guilt is a level of 30. Guilt means that you re bad. To raise your consciousness level you would have to start eliminating all the guilt and shame from your life. Just start with no guilt, fear, worry, shame and you re well on your way. !

The vibration of fear is 100 – it s pretty low. So fear wouldn t be in the vibration of a Buddha or a Krishna or a Jesus. His level measures 1000, therefore there s no worry, fear, guilt or shame. !

The vibration of anger is 150, courage 200, neutrality is 250, acceptance and forgiveness is 350, love is the vibration of 500. So it s the halfway mark that moves you towards the positive polarity of things. I m not talking about the drama/trauma kind of thing either. I m not talking about the love/hate program, what some people call love on this planet – you love them you hate them. That s called drama, it s not love. So what about purified love and light for a change? Joy is a vibration of 540, peace and compassion 600, enlightenment 700 to 1000. !

When Dr. David Hawkins wrote the book 10 years ago there were: •
12 individuals at the vibration of 700.
•
There is currently no one vibrating at the level of 1000.
•
The average level of humanity on the planet is only 207.
•
The average consciousness of the United States is 421; So we re operating a little bit below love.

China is 300
•
India 355
•
The Middle East 170

they operate from the consciousness of fear and limitation. Basically, The Truth with a capital T is about connecting to the oneness of it all, connecting to the Buddha nature, the Christ consciousness level and living in love, oneness, connectedness to the source, being source energy, dropping judgments, dropping exclusion and including all things is really what it s all about. !
Loving thoughts throughout the day can counter-balance a lot of negative stuff. Choosing the energy of Love and Above, joy, compassion, kindness, peace and conscious enlightenment is choosing the most potent force in the world. The highest conscious people on the planet live in the most is truth and awareness and with the least amount of limitation. So you can see the scale and see where you and other people are operating from. If your vibration is high you ll be among the most happy, joyful, peaceful, compassionate, kind people on the planet. If your vibration is low, you ll be among the most fearful, angry, guilty, ashamed people on the planet. !

Raising your vibration moves you to the place of most joy, inspiration and fun. In this course I m going to share with you ways to raise your consciousness and make huge leaps forward. People who vibrate at the highest consciousness have choice over their thoughts, feelings and success. If you choose to go the route of the highest consciousness you can become a bigger force of love on the planet. !
The highest conscious people hold a vortex of love and make others vibrate at the level of 500 or above just by being themselves – it s in their energy field. It s what they exude. And this is what it means that you are the gift. Vibrating at the level of love and above is exactly what can change over 750 individuals on the planet that are operating in fear, worry, guilt, shame and anger. One person – just one person whose vibration is set on the love consciousness of 500 can counterbalance 750 other people. How amazing is that? Can you see why I am so excited about this? This means you can change the planet by fully being you. !

You know how sometimes you think, “Oh, I want to do my part in this world”? Well this is how. Being a vibrating energy field of love can literally change your neighbors, your school, your city, your state and the planet. You teach others how to choose love and above by being you – by being so happy and vibrating. And they catch it, they re naturally drawn to it then they start upgrading and start making conscious choices. !

It s kind of like a multi-level marketing approach for consciousness. You tell four friends and they tell four friends and so on and so on. Before you know it there are a million people who are operating on a different playing field just by you making a conscious choice right now to choose a vibration of love or above. !
A whole family that vibrates at the energy level of 500 can raise the whole family vibration up to a level of 600, which is joy. So if you have four people operating at the energy level of 500 individually, it actually becomes exponential and it raises the whole group. The change must begin in your family and it should start with you and then your family. Just you starting sets the intent and the energy in motion for the others to catch the wave, sort of catching a wave of energy. You start igniting all those around you. You can be the model that changes the planet just by being you. In a way it s like you can be the change you wish to see in the world – literally. !
Some clients have asked me, “What if my spouse and kids may not go along with this right away?” That s an excellent question. In my experience what happens is, everyone in the family jumps in, the rest of the family catches the wave. You don t push them, you let them be drawn to your light like moths to the flame and they will desire what you are doing because you will be happier, more loving and more pleasurable to be around. That s who you ll be. !

You will see, when we get to the CD on raising your family s consciousness, that your energy changes the rest of the family. You will also learn to use your spiritual gifts to upgrade somebody else s levels behind the scenes. If you sit around and wait nothing is going to change. So you have to decide right now, “Hey, I m going to go for it. I m going to be at this energy level. I m going to raise my consciousness. and they wanted some because the other person was getting happier and more balanced emotionally. And eventually they just get it. You just lead by example and because life gets more glorious, people will be drawn to you by what you re doing. It just takes one person to stat the ball rolling. !

Getting into the energy of gratitude and appreciation
Gratitude, I muscle tested, can be as high as vibrating at the level of 900 when you fully claim it in your energy field. Now it doesn t necessarily mean that you all of a sudden jump 400 points and you re at the energy level of 900. What it means is, you start using that force or that energy and inviting it into your life and that energy will change your frequency. !

You have to delete some junk in order to increase your vibration and we re going to show you to do that. !
You have to embody it for long enough to really change your frequency. To move to the next level you have to embody the new frequencies as a way of being. But it s easy. Love or above, joy, appreciation, kindness are all energies you can embody. To embody it means it becomes a part of you, it becomes who you are. The energy of true heartfelt appreciation is at the level of 780. !
Think for a moment of something you appreciate, like a warm bed filled with fluffy down comforters or a gorgeous sunset or a celebration or your child and the moment you met him or her for the first time – something you really appreciate. And if you move this energy into your everyday life and start appreciating all the good in your life, you ll start to change your vibration. You can even be appreciative of the things you don t prefer in your life. Now you may be thinking, why would I appreciate the things I don t like? What if I reframed it and had you look at it like this: Thanks for showing up in my life so I can re-choose something better for myself. Thanks for showing me an area of my manifesting that I have to un-create and delete from my life. You can be thankful for signs and symbols that show you things you need to change. And the thankfulness is the appreciation, it s a clue. If you are in fear and anger !

you can ask, what little thing can I be grateful for here? What little part of this can I appreciate? I have clients call me up in the middle of things they do not prefer. And most of them can find one good thing about what is occurring and start bringing that energy into the middle of their messes. I had one client for instance who was having some trouble with her child s mood swings. She felt nothing grateful about this when she called me. So she started to look at all the other good things in her life. She made a list of all the family, friends and love that she currently had in her life and had in the past. This made her seek out some old friends that she hadn t really thought about in a while. That s what the exercise did for her. !

She called one of these friends and this friend, she found out, had something similar going on with her own son. But she had solved it. So they talked about it, she sent her to the right person and this person helped my client get her son out of these mood swings. They found out he was allergic to certain foods. She changed the nutrition and within a month the whole dilemma was solved. Now if she hadn t started being grateful who knows where this would have ended. It could have been a long line-up of mood swings and torture for the family. This new energy of gratefulness opened doors for more good to come into her life. !
This is what gratitude and appreciation does. It moves new energy and new solutions in. I had another client come to a seminar and she and her husband were having love issues. She started the grateful exercise right in her seat, right away. She started feeling all the gratitude she could about her life and asked this gratitude to move into the things that she did not like. Basically she started with a mantra I gave her: I am so thankful and grateful that this money issue is no longer in my life – that was one of her mantras. I am so grateful and thankful for new abundant opportunities showing up in my life. I am so grateful and thankful my husband and I have solved our abundance issues and we re getting along. !
She was not just mumbling these words. She really connected to the light and I m going to show you how to do that – she really connected to the light and felt this. And things began to change. For her what occurred was magical. In a little over month of her inviting this new consciousness in, old arguments !

with her husband started to soften. Her changing changed how he felt around her. He said he liked her again. But can you see why? If you and your spouse are arguing and doing lower energy all the time, love/ hate and fear and all those energies, the other person is going to feel this. We ve all walked into a room and felt uggh! when some lower energy hit us. This is what happened – he felt uggh around her. When she changed her vibration it lifted him, just with her energy field. Can you see the possibilities here? She started being grateful for him being around and he responded. He liked her elevated, heartfelt energy. It often works that fast. !
Sometimes the other person is not willing to change quite yet but if you keep yourself elevated into gratitude and appreciation they catch the wave and in the interim you ll be happier and their mood won t affect you as much. Some people fight to be right – it s a right/wrong issue. Just be right for you and let the other person have their own rightness. It s called being in allowance of another s choice. Allow them to be what they are choosing and stay grounded in your choice to be grateful and appreciative and elevated to the consciousness of love or above. !

I live my life in total responsibility for whatever shows up in my life. I look at it like I created everything in my life with my thoughts, beliefs and patterns of energy and my being this. If something shows up in my life that I don t prefer, I look at how did I create this and have it enter my reality? Then I ask what new choice can I make to have something new show up? Or how do I get rid of the thought, feeling or belief and delete it? I scout around in my reality and find the things that I need to delete so that I can raise it up. We re going to show you how to do that on the third CD. !

You know, for anything to change you have to actually choose the change and allow it to show up. By being the field of energy, being the invitation and the open door for change, your life will. Gratitude is the embodiment of the attitude of appreciation. That s why it s a little bit higher frequency. It s like you re living from the soulful energy of who you really are – you without your garbage and luggage. It s your natural state. It s your energy field that you use to be born into your body – it s a creative energy force. You know how we all love to hug babies and be in their energy field? That s because they haven t taken on all the fear, anger or worry things yet. Their energy state is spacious, grateful, loving. Sure, they have moods. But the energy field is open and easy and they move through it rather quickly. They don t stay stuck and simmer in anger and frustration – unless we as parents train them that way or we don t handle them properly. It s all about !

you as a parent opening your energy field and moving into love, joy and appreciation. This allows your child to move into love or above again and again and again. It s being the energy of gratitude that moves them up the scale. !
So how do you do this regularly? Let s start with allowing the energy to come into you so you can feel it. Recall a time you were grateful for something – anything; a sunset, your child, your mate, your mate proposing to you, being grateful for some success you had. So now if you have something that you re grateful for I want you to really feel that moment, that moment when it happened you were so grateful for it, so appreciative. !

I let that energy come into my heart and I ask it to radiate out my whole being. If you just ask energy to move it ll do that. So just feel the energy of gratefulness, feel it coursing out your heart and radiating you. See it filling your whole cells. This is the energy you invite into your day. !
Your mind doesn t know past, present and future, so if you think of an energy or if you think of something you re grateful about, you ve brought the energy in. !

A gratitude and appreciation journal is a simple way to get started feeling the good consciousness inside of you. Your commitment to this says, “Hey, universe, I am choosing to focus my time on this planet to raising my consciousness. I am deciding to focus my energy on making this important in my life.” Whatever we focus on increases and attracts to us more of the same. I have seen this one thing, the gratitude journal, change clients significantly. So you can write in your journal or you can log on to: www.gratitudelog.com – it s in your workbook. The important thing is the commitment to it. So to get started begin with this sentence: I am so grateful and thankful – and then fill in the blank. I like to do these morning and evening. So you can ask yourself right now, when am I committed to doing this myself to make this a part of my life? When will I commit to doing this? I like to commit to things for 30 days and then when it works it becomes a part of my habit and a part of me and then I naturally commit to doing it for 60 days and then 90 days. It s your life; you deserve to have this energy running through your body every day and eventually it becomes a part of who you are, then you naturally start !

looking through your life with this filter of gratitude. I do it throughout the day by blessing things. We ll cover this in the upcoming material as well. !
The luckiest people I know are also the most grateful. So write down something you re grateful for then ask that energy to turn up in you. Just feel it – I m so grateful and thankful this is in my life. !

Embodying it means feeling this energy in all parts of you – it s attractive energy. So sense this energy; I m so grateful and thankful. I m so grateful and thankful I m here on this earth, I m grateful and thankful for each breath – really feel it. !

Now if gratitude had a color, what color would it be? You cans ask the gratitude in your body to turn to a certain color then you can increase it, make it more dense and technicolored. Or you can imagine a dial in front of you then just start turning the energy up. At first it may be like exercising a new muscle but just keep at it and you ll start to be able to generate this energy at any moment. !
For me, I turn it on and it feels like warmth in my heart that radiates out. I can make it so intense that it feels ecstatic and I start laughing and giggling. But it s a measurable energy and once you exercise the muscle you can do it in two seconds. It may take a little energy for some people to just really do this but keep at it. It just means you have some blocks on feeling and maybe some emotional energy that needs to be cleared. You may have to delete this from your vibration. We re going to cover this on the CD for clearing your energy and this is why this course is all accumulative – the more you do the faster it works and all the tools work together. !

Do you know that it s possible to look at somebody and know exactly what their viewpoint of the world is? You can if you know how to measure their consciousness level. On the DVD that teaches muscle-testing, we re going into the muscle-testing and how you can choose to know the consciousness level of you, your kids and your family so you have something to go on. You can use this as a truth-teller to see where people are vibing at. !

For instance, you want to see where your boss is operating at. Are they operating from fear, guilt, anger or are they operating from love and above? Wouldn t this be helpful to understand where people are coming from? You can also measure at what ages most of their trauma came in their life and actually use that piece of information to clear that from them or clear it from yourself. consciousness and asking questions. You can know all these things so you can actually reshape and remold your life. I m so excited for you because if you could go through life knowing fact from fiction you would never get bamboozled into other people s agendas. You could always choose for yourself from the energy of love, joy, compassion, gratitude, kindness. I believe the only reason people don t choose those consciousnesses is because they either don t know it exists, they have not lived it, or maybe they choose it because in the past love was abusive and they really don t believe in love. !

On my journey I substitute the word kindness for love so I can really get the feeling of what the softer vibration of love is. I realize a lot of people think of love as unkind. I ve seen this in my practice. !
An example of that would be a parent preventing you from doing your true work in the world because they think they know better and want you to be something else. That s actually not really kind to you. That s using their authority forced upon your life. A conscious person would instead check inside and say, “Hey, what s in the best interest for my child? What is their true nature, talents, abilities? And what is their true path?” Then the parent would support this true path. If you were not raised like this yourself, you may not trust your knowing as much because you ve been pulled off track of it. And I m going to assist you with this. Love can actually really be love. !

Another example might be a mating issue. A lot of clients call me because things have happened between their mate and themselves. I show the clients how to use the spiritual tools to lose the emotional and spiritual junk in their life so that there s space for new loving things to come in. I m going to show you how to lose the luggage, so to speak. !

Relationships can and do change for the better. I have seen so many miracles occur just by one person in the relationship focusing on things getting better. It s a heartfelt prayer to the universe for things to change and it just takes one person to catalyze everybody in the family. !
At the end of the day, though, it s all about choice and action – you making the choice and taking action consistently. Remember how I said I was down and out and I made a heartfelt prayer for my life to change? I made a declarative choice and statement to the universe that my life has to change now. I didn t know what that looked like; I just knew it had to change. That one choice created actions in the ethers and the spiritual plane that catalyzed !

circumstances to change in my world. Then I took guided physical action at just the right time for it all to work out. It s both choice and action. !
Raising your consciousness by the mere fact that your vibration is raised makes you a bigger magnet for good things to come into your life. The higher your vibration the more you attract to yourself. Right now how my vibration is set, I pretty much just have to think a thought and within a day or so whatever I asked for usually shows up. It can be that fast. Sometimes it takes a month or two but if you really, really want something it ll show up. !
Imagine for a minute a time when you really made a choice for something to come into your life. It came into your life; you made the choice from the place that there is no way that this is not going to happen for me. That s the place where real change happens. It s not about trying. It drives me crazy when people say they ll try. I always know at that point that they have not even chosen. They re leaving room for the space of failure. Try says I ll sort of see if it happens but not all my energy is aligned for it to occur – that s basically saying you don t deserve it. !

Sometimes you just have to get rid of luggage before it shows up. Then you ll figure out a way that no matter what, you re going to get it done. The universe delivers you the tools to make it happen. Sometimes you don t know what the route exactly is but if you really demand the happy end result that this is what s going to happen and then take positive affirmative action, things will fall in place. It s the actions that lead to the reality change and I know that people can change fast if they really choose to. !

I teach a lot of classes and I ve taught a lot of classes on opening up to your spiritual gifts; it s my favorite thing to do, watching people blossom then use the gifts to change their lives then change their families lives. It s my favorite thing in the whole world. !

So I did this class and one gal in the class asked for her marriage to be fixed. A month later it showed up in the form of her husband apologizing to her for being stubborn and not treating her so well. She knew she was at fault too, but her husband actually coming to apologize to her was different. The gift that she had asked for was a fixed marriage. So something had to change towards the positive; that was her intent. Instead of quitting on the marriage the husband said he would rather see that it could work out. You have to understand this is huge for her because this is the guy that had turned down counseling. So she called me and she was both excited and wary as she had been down this road before. yet she did not want to put her out again if it was false promises. So she used her spiritual toolbox and she started on keeping herself open to the possibility of something new showing up in her life. She taught her husband to do the same, she taught her husband how to tune in intuitively and she helped him see some things that he hadn t really looked at before. !
In a few months her labor of love really started to pay off. Now they re actually still together and they re far happier than they ever were. She says it s fresh, it s like they got a clean slate; they get to start all over again. !

She thinks that it was all the spiritual help that she received at the workshop along with using her gifts, tools, guides and angels every day. These are the same gifts I m going to show you how to use. !
Another woman came to me and we became good friends. She came to me because she needed some help with her kids. Her kids were angry and disgruntled at some things that had happened in her marriage, causing the marriage to end. We worked with her spiritual nature and we used spiritual tools. We taught her kids how to use the tools in their toolbox as well. The kids were amazing at it – kids are very intuitive, they get it right away. The oldest son, 16, really started to grow into himself and he actually started to get friends. He had been a loner. But all of a sudden he started getting really friendly with people and having a lot more friends, became less moody and more himself. This mom was really smart enough to work on getting rid of the junk she and her husband had put between them and her son from the past. Emotionally she realized the mistakes she had made with her child but now she could start to see the work pay off, because now her son was actually getting happy. She also taught him to work on himself and he could see how he could contribute to himself and build his confidence back up. So kids and families can use these tools, too. Most people want the best for their children and the opinion of what that is varies. The main thing I have seen by tuning into the energy is that kids just want to be with aware parents who are willing to be connected to source and ask what is in the best interest for the child. Think back when you were growing up. The thing that probably annoyed you most about your parents was when they were not willing to tune in, to really listen and get the download of what was best for you, or intuit what the best solution for you was. Maybe they just barked at you or maybe they just didn t actually listen, instead of checking in and asking how they best guide you. Or asking, if my son or daughter does this, would it enhance their life? How much !

better would that feel, to be raised like that? How inspiring to have a parent say, “You now, what I believe the best solution for you is – fill in the blank” and actually know what the solution is. Most parents want their kids to be happy for sure. But if your parents were being unaware and unconscious instead of aware and conscious, you might not really learn how to trust yourself. The most conscious kids I know trust themselves and allow themselves to move forward in life, trusting that they re making right actions because they re in tune to what that is. They don t have to be fearful and off balance. !

Spirituality is tuning in to the biggest part of you that says, “Hey, you know? You re great. You re supported, you can trust yourself – here s the answer to your question”. A lot of kids grow up hearing, “Knock it off” when they re trying to learn something new. How stable would that make you? The overall thing though, trusting yourself, comes from the deepest part of you. It comes from connecting to the highest vibrational frequency and tuning in to the spiritual side of you. Again, it s just a choice – you can choose it. !

I m going to just share with you a few more stories so you can get a real glimmer of what s in store for you so you can actually connect and see what s possible for you. !

I have a client who is divorced from her son s father. The father and the child had not been getting along as of late, that s why she brought him to me. I asked her guides why they thought this was happening. I received a splitscreen image of my client and the father fighting when the son was two years old. He was 10 currently. After viewing this I asked my client, “Do you remember a fight when the child was two years old?” And she said, “Oh my God, yeah I do.” It was when the father left for the first time for two months. She said that they had had a huge fight about him not seeing the son. !

So I asked the guides what they suggested we do to clear this old injury of the father leaving the son. We called on the guides and angels to clear it from both of them and I told her to let me know what happens. I was also instructed to ask her to do this every night for a while herself. She called a month later to report that her son came into the room when she got home and said, “You know? It s really weird but Dad called tonight and he said he was sorry that he wasn t around like he should ve been and he s really like to make it up to me and was there anything he could do to do that.” !

She was a little startled about this because that s pretty fast action, right? So she asked her son and said, “Well, what did you say?” And he said, “I told him !

he could take me to the baseball game tomorrow.” So that s what the dad was going to do. !
So sometimes this stuff actually occurs right away. The dad took him to the baseball game, they had a hugely fun thing; he s 10 so he had fun and the dad s actually been sticking around more now. She called to thank me for this brand new sense of peace. She said it felt like something had really shifted. !

Some people think that things don t change or people don t change. And you know what? Sometimes using these spiritual tools things really do happen. I ve seen too much of this to know that it s not always the case that people don t change. So if you look into the light, connect to the light and you be the love and the light, this is how you re going to change it. !

I have another client – I ll call her Nina. Just so you know, some of these clients names have been changed just for their privacy and you ll see why in a minute. Nina owned her own company and was looking for life to be different. She had a former husband who was not so nice. Leaving out the whole drama part, let s just say he had guns and he had many of them and he threatened to use them. !

She called me, she was scared and she had tried to get away more than one time only to be sucked back. So we used her angels, we connected to the light, we aligned her in love, we reprogrammed her energy, her beliefs and her thoughts and why she was with him in the first place. I asked the universe to align and get her a new life that she could enjoy now. Within a few days she found a better place to stay. Within two months she met a gentleman at a conference. He lived in another state. They hit it off and within two months of them meeting she moved to this state. They got married soon after and she s really, really happy. She truly knows that her life is different because of making these changes and opening up to her spiritual self. !
So if you could do all of this for yourself and you had somebody give you the tools, could you start to see how this could make your life easier? Could you start to see how this could really help your family? My clients who use their intuition and awareness live more happy and conscious lives. Their families are more stable. They live from guided truth; life is easier for them. Looking back, they have no idea how they could have lived being that unaware. It s true. Once you decide to open up to this life it become a lot easier and more doable. Intuitive living is being the being you are anyway. Have you ever noticed that if you really want to be aware of something, the universe will show you the answer somehow? What if you got the awareness in two !

seconds instead of days and weeks and years? What if you need an answer to a question in a second? What if you needed to know how to proceed, for instance, on buying a car? You can actually use your spiritual tools to buy a car. You can tune in, check out, find out the lowest amount the dealer would go for before even walking in; that s actually how I buy all my cars. I tune in, check which dealer will give me the best deal, do they have the car I desire, do they have all the upgrades? And in a few minutes I know where to go, at what time with what salesperson and how much they re going to sell it to me for. !

Imagine living that way. Smart, yeah? Imagine how much time you could save. What if you were trying to find the best training for your child, you pulled out the phone book, pointed to it and knew – just knew intuitively it was really the best training for your child? What if you could tune into your mate and know exactly what they were thinking? This would be a lot easier than doing the normal guessing games that most couples do. What happens is you actually forgive a lot of things; because usually the things you re thinking that they re thinking they re not even thinking. It saves a lot of time and energy. !

Let s just say you were going on an interview. You could also know how you need to present yourself and what you need to say in order to land the job. Or you could know how to talk to your kids to actually get them to do their homework. The spiritual tools are actually practical; it s a whole new way of living. Unlimited possibilities open up to you. !

It s just a choice; you just have to make the choice to use it and you can choose this on a daily basis. For some people it s all about opening your heart to being this powerful. If you live your life like this do you think it will bring you the happiest outcome? I mean, really. If you could teach yourself to knowing the shortcuts, to knowing the truth, can you see how your life can be better? !

I ve taught a four-year old how to read people. I took her into a room in front of 30 people to prove that even a four-year old can do this. She s an amazing little girl. She s now eight and her three siblings can all do the same. It s really an interesting life skill to have at four, yeah? She s really happy about it. She looks at life from the viewpoint that life is actually pretty doable and pretty easy. !

Imagine if your child could go through life consciously choosing their life from a totally aware, truthful place. Can you see how much easier your life would actually be?

Another man came to me and he was desiring to meet his mate. He had been in a string of relationships, they were all pretty much drama/trauma; these kinds of women were the ones that he was attracting. His energy when he came to me actually had the energy of repulsion to women. I mean, if you re attracting drama/trauma you would probably want to push those women away, right I could see in his field of energy he was not going to attract the right one. !
If your field of energy has old junk from the past stuck in it called thoughts, beliefs, the way you internalize, how your mom and dad did relationship, you may be unintentionally blocking the good things that show up in your life. It s actually the Law Of Attraction in action – but backwards. Because you make these proclamations that good things should and are going to show up but yet if you believe like he did, that women are not nice to be around and that women will hurt you, can you see how this would repel a woman from even showing up in your life? Or will actually bring to you a woman that will hurt you. That s why if you break up with somebody you have to work on your stuff otherwise you re going to attract the same kind of mate. !

So we worked on clearing his stuff and was also empowered to get connected to his guides and angels so he had help every day if he needed it. I have a lot of male clients who use their angels and guides. They really love that energy. It s kind of like a spiritual buddy system and it s nice to have friends in high places. !
!
In a few months he met a woman online and it s a little over a year now and they re about to be engaged. He really knows that the spiritual gifts I taught him to use were the catalyst. He used these tools all year long whenever something came up that was old garbage. !
!
You know, your stuff is going to come up. It s going to come up until it s gone. And this is what gets in the way of you guys raising your vibration. It s just true, so you need to know that the tools that can effectively generate a life you love are available and you have them – you re going to get them. Your free will, God s greatest gift, can move you towards or repel you from this divinelyguided happy life. It s always a choice to be connected or not. !

Anyway, the person he met and is with now is a total gem and a sweetheart. He says it s a lot better than he had ever manifested before. Ironically, she also used a list to manifest him and while manifesting she asked for her dreamboat – he owns a boat. Which also shows you the importance of what words to use in cultivating your life. !

Being intuitive is actually who you are. You re a spiritually aware being in a body. A spiritual being does four things. A spiritual being: !

If you are perceiving energy and receiving energy, that s called awareness – you are being aware. If you make a choice to be aware it puts you in your natural spirit self. Again, it s who you are. You are an aware being. The only thing that can block being aware is actually the choice to not know. But the choice to not know is actually always a lie, because somewhere in your energy field, whether you re conscious of it or not, you always know. When you make the choice to not know it s a lie and then you block it; because somewhere you always know. And you can choose to unblock it. So you if you chose to block it you can also choose to unblock it. So not knowing is actually at the end of the day a choice. !

It s like the woman who has a gut instinct that her mate is cheating on her. If you re thinking the question in the first place you re probably already intuiting the information; but if you deny it you block your awareness and you live a life from unconsciousness and unawareness and this can and often does lead to depression. A lot of depressed people that I know have actually just shut down their awareness and are often the most intuitive people I know. When they decide to not know it cuts off their energy, which leads do depressed energy levels. I have seen huge success in empowering depressed people just by showing them how to get spiritual gifts. I mean, really look at this. If you re basically an antenna for intuitive awareness, it s who you are and you pretend to not know all that you know and shut off half your senses, shut off your life switch, basically – can you see how this might make you depressed? It s like if you put yourself in the dark. !

I ve had teenagers come to my office and I teach them how to fill up with the light. When they leave they re literally not depressed anymore. I ve actually seen clients stop on their own – and with their doctor s permission – stop taking anxiety medication. Or they quit smoking pot or they quit doing other drugs because they started filling up with light every day and connecting to the truth. And I m going to show you this. !

I think I read that one out of five people are depressed and are on some sort of medication for that. Can you see how this might change your life? If you re connected to the truth, know that you can get answers for yourself, can you see how trusting yourself is this easy? !
The cool thing with spiritual gifts is that if you turn them on, become totally aware and operate life from this place, then solutions are actually easy to gather. You just have to start tuning in and asking the universe what is is the solution to this issue I m having and with awareness – and I m going to show you how – you gather the data and line it up. It s easy. Then you have nothing to worry about. All of your drama/trauma goes away and life becomes grand. And here s the trick: can you handle being that happy? Can you handle it? Do you love yourself enough to really do this for yourself? !

I see people addicted to problems and drama all day long. It s fun for them to live in their problems. The constant stress somehow makes them feel alive. But the peaceful, happy, most soulful people I know are intuitive, they re hooked up to their spiritual senses, they re aligned in love, they avoid fearbased thinking. !

It s a lot easier to get a life the way you want it this way. You erase the drama, have much more free time to do what you really enjoy and that s my greatest hope for you. That you love yourself enough to be really joyful and to be powerfully fully you. Then you teach your family how to do this and everyone grows together. One of the most important things I have seen is that somebody has to start in the family. But if the rest of the family grows up together, it s a much more happy family. !

Now we re going to do an exercise that you can find in your workbook. We re going to have you do the 30 day commitment to yourself to raising your consciousness. In the workbook we have a journal so you can keep track of all your whims that you re going to have along the way. One of the first steps in doing this is a commitment to yourself. I ve found when I did workshops, I had people sign what I called at the time a light contract where they basically decided they were going to raise their vibration, connect to the light, choose love or above as their daily connecting force. When I had them sign this commitment to themselves, it put actions and forces into the universe. Their intent created a ripple effect so to speak where their manifestations came true exponentially faster than they had before, including places where they were blocked. I get huge feedback from people about how much that changed their life. So I ve included it for you and you can find it in the workbook. You ll also find some other treats there. !

I was doing a radio show one day and the host asked me, “How do you get answers for yourself?” The first response that popped into my head was: I ask questions. You see, asking questions is a big door-opener that says Open Sesame! It s the thing that brings you the most awareness. !
Questions bring awareness. If I say, “What is your name?” and you say “Julie”, I ve received what? Awareness; Even if you don t answer me I receive awareness. I might not know what it means but I did receive feedback. If you didn t answer me it could be that you don t want to talk to me or you need a hearing aid or you hate my shirt. I may not know the exact reason but I receive the awareness of: OK, no answer. Which leads me to what? Asking another question which may look like: Did she hear me? Maybe no. Then I got a new awareness – she didn t hear me. So that s where questions lead to awareness. !

An example of this is some people might think that earning certain amounts of money is hard. For some people earning millions and millions of dollars is j ust actually out of their range. But what if you were, for instance, Bill Gates and you had some intuitive awareness, some guiding force and it got you excited enough to proceed with a computer operating system? Do you think he asked a few questions? Do you think he somehow had this in front of him and said, “Wow! What would this look like if I took it forward in the world?” And somewhere he plucked down from the ethers information, like “Oh my God, if I take this forward it could change the whole world!” He asked questions. You too can receive this type of information. Did you know that Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hanson, who wrote the books Chicken Soup for the Soul series, did to get the name for the title? They kept saying they wanted a mega best-selling title and they said to the universe, “Please show us what the Page | 24

mega best-selling title is.” What – asking a question – is the mega best-selling title? And one day, in meditation, to Jack Canfield the answer appeared - it just popped in. He got the heads up for Chicken Soup for the Soul. Using the power of his spiritual senses and his intuition he received it. What if they had quit and only asked once? Maybe it would never have showed up. But they just kept asking until it showed up. That s the power of asking. It s how I live my life and it s how I hope you would live your life. You re driving down the road and you ask, “If I drive my car straight, left or right, which one is the shortcut?” Do you see what I mean? It s just the choice. !

It s amazing how many questions kids ask. Maybe you stopped asking questions because you drove your parents nuts. One of the things that drove your parents nuts is the exact thing that expands your future and opens doors and windows. What if asking questions is the very tool that can change your whole life? !
When I m consulting with a client I m asking questions to myself or to their guides or the higher aspect of themselves and I m going, “what s up with them? What s their deal? What do they need to hear? How can their life be better? How can their marriage be better? How can their family life be better? If they take this path where does it lead them?” !

Another thing I have noticed. In school, if you get a wrong answer you get a big, fat red mark on your page so sometimes it makes you afraid to ask questions. You re afraid to be wrong and so you quit asking questions and cut yourself off from this information. Maybe this information could actually change your life and give you more choice and expansion from which to live. !
If someone asks me a question I say, “Great. Thank you for asking that question”. What if you start showing yourself gratitude for asking questions; gratitude for seeking expansion and awareness; gratitude for the new possibilities you are opening? We should be saying to kids, “It s so great you asked that question. You were so smart for asking that question. Thank you for asking that question.” !
Imagine if you started asking questions to your government and really stayed with it until you got some awareness of what is really going on? What if we all did that? Do you think we could come up with some amazing possibilities on how to get things better? A question can also be a door-opener. You can ask a question to the universe and let doors open. For instance, if you re doing a project you can say, “What !

would it take for this to show up in my life? What would it take for this project to be easy? What would it take for my kid to be able to make the baseball team?” If you re asking questions like what would it take or what could I do or what could I be or what do I need to do , can you see how asking questions like that allows the universe to open doors for you so new awareness comes in? !

The question again opens new doors to awareness. So I use the question what would it take for blank-blank-blank to happen in my life? I ask that question a lot. I might not get the awareness in two seconds. Most times I actually do. But what if you just kept asking the question until it popped in? So what would it take for you to have a happy job? What would it take for you have a really happy marriage? What would it take for you to raise your vibration? Any of those questions are really great questions to just ask the universe more than one time a day and see what shows up. So questions are door-openers and can actually help you manifest things. "

For this exercise I m going to ask you to write down all the questions that you would like answered. If you could know anything and have any question answered, what would it be? I would write that at the top of my paper: If I could know anything and have any question answered what would it be? Then start journaling and writing all the questions. This exercise may be opening for some of you. !
Maybe up until now you never knew you could have awareness of these things. How great is this, that you now have tools to know how to access the insight? I am so excited for you. I remember what it was like to feel I finally got the Christmas gift I always wanted – that s what intuition was for me. It was like finally getting a Christmas gift and knowing that I could get all the questions answered for me. It was so life-changing. So shut off the CD and just go do that because later on you re going to actually get the answers to those questions. !

Your intuition speaks to you all day long. It s just a matter of tuning into it enough to trust it all the time. It could be a hunch or a gut feeling. Sometimes it s even a voice in your head. You know, the voice that says, “No! Don t do that. Yes! Go for it.” Or “not yet” or “slow down” or “oh, I better hurry up.” It may even show up in your body. Your body is like a divining rod and you can use this divining rod as a tuning fork. You may feel goose bumps in your body and that s like, “Hey, this is great, right on the money”. Or you may feel tightness in your body or a creepy feeling that just sort of feels that !

something s not right. You could also feel open, like you could breathe. Or you may feel short of breath as in no way! !

Paying attention to the body is a huge resource for insight. Your intuitive senses include: •
Sight : It s really like a picture or a vision that you see in your mind s eye. Sometimes when it first happens you might think that you re just making it up. Your intuitive senses are so much a part of you that sometimes you actually think you re making them up, they come that quick. !

Feeling: This is also another another intuitive sense. Feeling is the easiest one for everyone. You could literally have a sense or a feeling in your body, like the chills.

Knowing: This is the sense where you just know things and you don t know why. You re just like, I don t know why I know, know, I just know . !

Sound: This is also a psychic sense. It sounds like a mental voice in your head. It can be female or male. The first time this sense opened up for me, I remember it clear as a bell. I walked into my bedroom and I heard this male voice say to me, ”Welcome back”. And I m thinking, welcome back? I didn t go anywhere. I could hear him actually laugh and he said, “We re saying welcome back because you can hear us now”. That was the first time I could actually hear my guides and angels really loud. !

Smell: The other psychic sense you could have is smell. I have actually smelled roses by walking into a room when the spiritual being called Mother Mary showed up. I ve actually even blessed a friend s gift. I mailed this friend a gift and when she opened it she could smell orange blossoms. So she called me and said, “I don t know what you did to the box but when I opened it I smelled orange blossoms – what did you do?” It s really funny. funny. What I actually did was I put my hands around the box and I asked that whenever she opened it she felt love and light from me. And basically what happened is, it came to her psychically in the form of smelling orange blossoms. So you have an intuitive sense of smell. !

Taste: You also have an intuitive sense of taste. I actually taste restaurant food before I order it so I ll actually know if I like it. Again, it s just a choice and you can live from this awareness or not. Sometimes if !

I m craving sugary deserts I ll actually just taste it psychically so I don t have to eat it. It s a good little trick to have. !

You can ask for any of these gifts and they will open up for you. Just keep asking until they open up and release any fears to them showing up. We re going to show you a little bit more how to do this. !
Now we re going to talk about how to get a yes or a no intuitively. Yes will feel a different differen t way in your body than no. Here s where that s useful. One example would be that my highest and best good is to send my kid to a friend s house tonight. If you could intuitively feel yes or no is in the highest best good for your child, that would be a good example. Maybe that night there s no parental supervision or maybe there s drinking involved. So this could be a good example that you could get a yes or a no for. If you get the vibration of what a yes or no is in any second of anywhere in your day, ask a question and get an answer. If I call this person right now will they be there? And get a yes or a no. If I call this person at two o clock? If I drive to the grocery store right now do they have the item that I need or do I need to go to the other grocery store? You can ask each question one at a time and get a yes or a no. !

We re going to start with feeling in your body of what a yes or no feels like. I have taught three-year olds how to start feeling the yes or a no. So they can actually feel what yes, yes, yes feels like in their body. You can start young but you know where your kids are at. !
MEDITATION
We re going to start with centering yourself. Get comfortable. If by chance you re driving, do it while you re driving. Later on I encourage you to also do it when you re not driving so you can really get a sensation. But I would rather you do it than not do it. Get comfortable. I want you to just think and feel: Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes.... !

Now, for a moment just imagine that you have a clothes closet and it s filled with yes, yes, yes type of clothing. When you re ready just imagine you re going to grab something out of the closet and you re going to put it on. You You re going to try on these yes, yes, yes type of clothing. Just feel in your body the sensation of yes, yes, yes. What does yes feel like? Do you feel a yes in some particular place in your body? Does yes feel open somewhere in your !

body? If yes had a color, what color would it be? If yes had a texture, what texture would it be? If yes had a sound to it, what kind of sound would yes be? Trust whatever comes up first, just trust it. If yes, yes, yes had some sort of taste, what taste would yes be? If yes had a smell, what kind of smell would yes be? Just notice in your body any other sensation that you get from feeling yes, yes, yes. Now you re going to take your yes clothes off, put them back in the closet. !
For a moment I want you to just think no, no, no. I want you to feel, no, no, no. Now imagine in front of you a clothes closet filled with no, no, no types of clothes. Grab one thing out and try it on – put on a no, no, no kind of clothes. In your body where do you feel no? Do you feel no in a particular place? Does some part of your body contract? Does some part of your body feel heavy? If no had a color, what color would no, no, no be? If no had a sound, what kind of sound would no, no, no be? And if no had a taste, what kind of taste would no, no, no be? If no had a texture, what kind of texture would no be? If I f no had a smell, what kind of smell would no, no, no be? What other sensation do you just notice or get from the felling of no? When you re ready just take the piece of no clothing off and hang it back in the closet. !
Now we re going to try something new on. I want you to think maybe, maybe, maybe. Maybe, maybe, maybe. Imagine a clothes closet filled with maybe kinds of clothes. !
Take maybe out of the closet and put it on. Feel what maybe feels like in your body. Does maybe contract or open up any particular particula r place in your body? Does maybe have a different feeling in your body? If maybe had a color what color would maybe be? If maybe had a sound what sound would maybe be? If maybe had a taste what taste would maybe be? If maybe had a texture to it what kind of texture would maybe be? What smell would maybe be? What other sensation do you get from the sensation of maybe? Maybe, maybe, maybe. Maybe, maybe, maybe – what sensation? When you re ready, ready, take that piece of clothing off and hang it back up. !

Now let s switch your body back to yes, yes, yes. You always want to remember to keep your body turned to the yes style. Turn your body back to yes, yes, yes . Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes. The reason that yes feels so good is, yes is really who you are, t o you hooked up to the light. If you ve ever been around somebody who s a no person, kind of nixing your ideas, telling you it can t be done; can you see how that can get a little depressing? It feels a little weird in your body, right? It gets you a little down, maybe? Have you ever been around a maybe person? You may have noticed that it s hard to get things accomplished and the energy s kind of swirly? For me it s kind of swirly. !

So as a courtesy to yourself, as a being really nice to yourself, keep your vibe on yes. Yes, yes, yes! That s great, see how intuitive you are? Now you know that at the end of the day you can get intuitive answers for yourself. All you have to do is start asking questions and practice feeling of what yes and no feels like in your body so that in a split second you know. !
Maybe is an interesting thing. I threw that in there. Maybe feels as if it s undecided, like maybe her future hasn t been decided or maybe you have to make a choice for this to occur in your life. So I call make maybe make a choice or ask a better question . Because maybe if you ask another question you can get another awareness about maybe. !

This has also occurred in a few classes that I ve taught so I m just going to bring it up. When people think yes, and thought of a color, they actually got red. I thought about it and I thought, Oh God, why is red yes? You know stop lights are the opposite, right? Yes is green and it means go. But if you think of the color red, what is red? Flashy cars, racy cars, hot rod, go, go, go. So red can be the color of yes. I remembered reading somewhere that psychologically red is yes. This is sometimes why people actually blow red lights. Because psychologically red is yes and green, which is nature – think pastures, nature, trees, relaxation- green is just a very relaxing thing. So in theory, stop lights for some people are actually psychologically backwards. !

That s just an interesting FYI if this came up for you because they couldn t understand in the class why red was yes. !

Now if you desire, go to your journal and write down anything you noticed. I like to record all of my little whims so I can see how far I ve come along the way. It s appreciating myself. So I encourage you to appreciate yourself and write down all your new awareness. It s like those little congratulations and attitudes of gratitude that you can do for yourself along the way. !

I would also encourage you to teach your children to try the clothes on and call it yes and no. Kids love using their imagination and then they can trust themselves. You can play with it while driving in the car. You could play with it – is that person happy, yes or no, right? Starting at two – four years old or so you can actually start teaching your child this and teach them how to trust themselves. Now we re going to do another exercise. What I m going to do is ask you a series of questions and now that you know how to get a yes or a no, you re actually going to feel in your body the yes or the no. I m just going to ask questions, you listen and just feel what comes up for you. !

Another thing you may notice is that usually the very first response is the actual response, OK? Intuitive awareness usually comes within two or three seconds. What happens is, people question what the answer is then they go into their false sense or their ego. So really just trust what the first thing is that comes to you. We re going to start with an interesting question. If you re driving, again you can do this but I would also encourage you to do it at home when you have a little bit more space so you can really feel for yourself what this is. Eventually you should be able to get good enough at it that you can drive anywhere and know in two seconds what a yes or no feels like. !

I just picked random questions to bring you some awareness. In the CDs coming up we re going to show you how to upgrade everything that you may have preferred not to have as an awareness. You can change these things once you re aware of them. It s just an assessment tool. If you don t ask questions then you might not have a clue where things are at, how you can change it and where you could go. No judging yourself, just laugh about it, “OK, so now I got awareness, now I know what I need to work on”. !

Go to your playbook in your journal. All of the questions that you wrote down before, that you desire to receive answers to, let s rephrase them now in a way that you know is going to get you the exact answer that you desire. Let s just start playing with this technique. You re actually going to get to know what your answers are to those questions. How cool is that? !

Later on we re going to go to more advanced levels so you can ask questions and actually intuit the whole piece of information without going into the yes or a no. !
Now I want to talk to you about a concept that I like to call wrong is not wrong and right is not right, it s all just an interesting point-of-view. If I say to you, asking a question, “Does this dress look right?” Right according to whom? Or if I say, “does this dress make me look fat?” Fat according to whom? In some places fat is actually attractive. So maybe you re not fat enough. Wouldn t be a great world? How many pounds does fat make? Is it over 10 or over 50? Can you see how this might take some of your questioning? !

The whole thing about wrong is not wrong and right is not right, it s all just an interesting point-of-view is to show you the position judgment put you in. If you re going to ask a question to get a yes or a no, maybe the better question !

would be “If I wear this to the meeting, will I look professional?” Is it right for me to wear this to the meeting? Right according to whom? Do you see the difference? So the better question: If I wear this to the meeting will I look professional? Maybe you want to look professional when you go to the meeting. Or: If I wear this outfit to the meeting, will I appear in the manner I need to in order to close the deal? That a different way to phrase the question. Or you might say: “Would Oprah say I look good in this outfit?” Now why did I pick Oprah? Because she s the kind of person who d probably tell you if you had stuff stuck in your teeth, like a good girlfriend. I heard her mention this on the show, by the way, that s why I picked her. Maybe Oprah would say, “Hey, that color s just not your best color”. So by phrasing it in a different way you can actually get more honest, aware answers. !

Another comment about beauty, by the way, is we re talking about raising your vibrations. Beauty and gorgeousness settings have actually a high vibrational field. So focusing on a beautiful view or a beautiful painting or beautiful music or dressing up actually do have a vibrational uplifting affect on you. Beauty is uplifting. Beauty is spiritual. !
Another example of how to ask a really great question is, let s just say you re at the store and you pick out a hair color. You could just say, “Is this color right for me?” But I wouldn t phrase it like that. If it were me, what I would do is say, “I choose this hair color that I m currently holding in my hand. Will I get so many compliments that I ll use the color again?” That ll tell you a lot of information. If you use the color again you must have really loved it. Or if you got compliments then people went “Wow, that really looks great!” But if you just ask is it right, again, right according to whom? Your mother, your lover, your cat? It gets a little limiting. !

So all the rights or wrongs sometimes have the effect of limiting our awareness and actually stopping you. In my dictionary right and wrong, good and bad are pretty much eliminated. I just see everything as an interesting point-of-view. Is it right for me to do this? can be phrased If I do this activity is it rewarding and nourishing to me? Think about it; don t you want to do something that s rewarding and nourishing to you? Doesn t that seem more lovely than asking is it right for me to do this? Right puts you in judgment. "

If you get good at clarifying the questions you ll actually get better at manifesting things because it teaches you to get a clear description of the happy end result. We re going to go into manifesting in a later CD and you ll see why that s so important. But I am really good now at asking what s my !

happy end result and being able to sum it up in six words. My happy end result is, at the end of the day I get this project finished. My happy end result is my children grow up joyful and they flourish. My happy end result is I earn xXamount of dollars per month. My happy end result is my body is a healthy, happy size filled with love. My happy end result is I m happily married to a guy who adores me and I have two kids who also adore me. !
The whole point being, if you can clarify what your happy end result is then you can clarify also what a question is. It just gets you in the awareness of what would a better question be and what would a better thing to manifest in my life be? It gets you thinking what the picture is of the happy end result. "

Some other examples could be, if I buy this does it make me money? If I buy product XYZ does it actually make me money? You can do that. I ve actually asked clothes, “If I buy you do you make me money?” and if it doesn t make me money I don t buy it. Sounds really funny, right? If I move to this new house does it expand my life or contract it – or neither? "

Remember, you can only ask one question at a time for the yes and no. So it s If I move to this new house does it expand to my life? If I move to this new house does it contract my life? If I change jobs, do I feel more stressed out? If I changes jobs in two years am I happy I did it? If I change schools for my child does it make life easier and more joyful for them? If I change schools for my child does it make it easier and more joyful for me and my hubby? You get the point. !

Let s talk about your children for a moment. You have to guide your children every day and you re probably explaining to them all the wrongs and the rights in the world. Let s consider an example like money for instance. If you teach your kids money doesn t grow on trees, that money is hard to get or it s wrong to take certain kinds of money but it s OK to take other kinds of money, all these wrongs and rights create limits for them. !

If I said to you, “I d like to give you one million dollars and you said to me, “That s not right, I can t accept that”, you have a judgment on accepting money. All of these judgments, decisions and realities can create a problem for you. It limits your reach and your ability to receive in your life. Every judgment you send out creates an energy field of condensed energy. When you wake up in the morning and you judge how you look, you send an energy into your body that creates density. The more you judge your body, the more it gets stuck in the position in which you re judging it. !

When you judge your children and others you actually send dense energy towards them. If you send gratitude and appreciation towards them or yourself, it sends a light and happy energy field towards whatever you re projecting upon. Judgments make things worse and are creating negative energy forces. In your body and energy systems these judgments act like doorways. They are either closed or open to receiving the good things in your life. !
If you shame and guilt your kids as a way of making them do things, you re locking into them huge energy fields of lower consciousness. Judgments lower your vibration. Your job as a parent is to nurture that lightness and open them to the higher frequencies. Some children lower their frequency to get along with the parents they are with. Some kids rebel against lower energy and act out. They try to push it away and rebel against it. So when you judge your kids and you throw that energy at them, they have a tendency to want to rebel and push it back. !
So maybe some of your rebellious kids are actually feeling your judgments about them. Kids want to reach for higher energy. Add positive energy to the mix and guide them towards what is expansive for them and they will be drawn to it. All judgments have lower vibrational frequency. See, If you re judging something you re basically deciding it s wrong or you hate it or you don t like it. Remember that hate and fear are all under 100. Judgments stop your progression from moving up into consciousness. If, for instance, you give your children half truths or lies it can also lower their consciousness and vibration; a lie has a dense energy. You can only live a lie for so long before it manifests in your energy field as illness or disease in some way. It literally gets stuck in your body. !

Your consciousness surrounds your body. I can look at someone s body and I can see where all their judgments and dense energy is. Now if you have kids and let s say you hate some type of food. There again is that hate vibration from the level of human consciousness. You just added a judgment, dense energy and a point-of-view that can maybe limit your child. !

What if, later for instance, you hated a particular food, you said “I hate fish.” Maybe fish was really good for your child s body but they picked up on your point-of-view of I hate . And they decide that they hate. That s kind of how it works. What if you just decided, “I don t prefer this in this moment right now?” Can you feel the energy of that? It s a different energy field. I don t prefer it !

right now, it s not my choice. You re choosing from the moment, you re not choosing from a locked-in programmer point-of-view !

I have literally cleared allergies out of people s bodies from eliminating all their judgments about the food they were eating. Maybe they hated it when they were a kid, maybe their mom and dad had a fight when they were eating a certain kind of food. When we releases these emotions - voila! No more allergies because the judgments were lifted. !
I ll give you a few more examples. What if someone close to your child disliked sports and this person judges all sports people. And what if your child s greatest gift, one of their greatest talents is sports? Your child overhears this and they may take on the person s point-of-view about sports and maybe not go as far because of that judgment or that opinion that snuck in and just sits there. I ve seen this happen. Kids know what you like and don t like and they want to please you. Or maybe you don t prefer piano yet your child s greatest gift is piano. Yet your repulsing, judgment, dense energy may even impact their future. !

Intuition can show you how to nurture and un-frustrate both you and your child if you start living more from the space of granting your child permission to grow and thrive in an environment not so filled with blocks and stops and judgments. We ve all see this happen. We ve all seen the sports parent make an obviously talented in some other area child do some sport thing that the child doesn t really want to do. Who does it serve? All it causes is everyone being frustrated. !

Another way to look at judgments is this: What if every judgment you were willing to let go of raises your consciousness point by point? Because this is really what occurs. I basically work on eliminating all my judgments and preferences so that I m an expanded, clear energy field. I m clear and then I m free to choose each moment that is rewarding, nurturing and happy for me, but is based on present information not past judgments. Then I make choices in each moment which I feel are lighter and more opening to me. I choose from awareness and intuitiveness, not from a previous judgment. Judgment can actually block your intuition. If you have a judgment Oh, that could never be true you won t even see it sometimes in your intuition. !

I ll give you another example. Let s say you re driving your car and you hate going in one particular direction . You hate it and it never works out for you. And on one particular day through your awareness, your intuition, it tells you !

to drive that way. Yet because of all your judgments, your preconceptions, you talk yourself out of it and you land in the middle of a traffic jam or even worse, an accident. It could ve been avoided if you had just taken the other route and trusted and went with your intuition. !
By the way, the earlier language I just used, I spoke about hating driving; this also creates an energy coming into your consciousness. The words that you use have an energy impact. Being mindful of your language is recommended. If you regularly say, “I d kill to have that” or “I hate that” or “I d die before I ever...” or “I m sick and tired of...” People say these things and they don t pay attention. All these things anchor in lower consciousness. I ve cleared hundreds of lower back issues from people because their main point-of-view and their main judgment was that somebody was a pain in their you know what. !

I understand that a parent has to guide their child. So it s easier to just say that s wrong or that s right. But what I m suggesting is that you limit the judgments to only those that they may really need to thrive. Like, The stove is hot, please don t touch it . Although you will notice a difference in this example. You re guiding the child through awareness, through what is really true, not opinion and judgment. It is true that the stove is hot versus maybe saying It s wrong to touch the stove . This one statement with no awareness to the child or no explaining, doesn t necessarily expand their knowledge bank. Judge things lightly with awareness and try not to stick your child with a bunch of facts that may be an opinion and could limit their own ability to generate their life their way. For a moment think of some judgment you picked up from your parents like, You have to work hard or You can t do that or You are not right or You are wrong to do – blank or You are too old/ too young/ too whatever to do such and such or act your age . What does age have to do with anything? You can be 80 and learn something or you can be 4 and learn something, it s all subjective. Or Only boys can do that or Act like a girl or Swing like a girl . !

I d like to talk to you a little bit about connecting to guides and angels. Why connect to a guide or an angel? Actually my response to that is – why not? If there s benefit and help in the world, why not? I ask. My guides have helped me get great relationships and have all my material needs supported. I ve gotten to meet heads of state, talk about life with the wife of the president of a country, and been on major radio shows. So again I ask you – why not? Though the best fun I have is seeing the joy when clients do the same things for themselves and their lives work out – total empowerment, you gotta love it. !

An angel also has a higher vibrational field that can assist you in transcending past fear, and more, into the frequency of love. This higher vibrational uplift heightens your energy field. Remember how I said in the beginning CD that Archangels are beings of love and light and their field of expertise and specialties can assist you? I also stated that their vibration is at very, very high frequency. On the scale of human consciousness, by Dr. David Hawkins, zero to 1000, the most a person can be in a body is 1000. But an Archangel is way out of the box. It measures over 50,000. Archangels are what I use mostly to help heal emotional issues on clients, to clear blocked manifestations, and to change the whole situation. I have literally seen healings that should have never occurred on bodies, right before my eyes using these angels. I have found when I tune in to people intuitively, everyone has a minimum of two to three angels and guides and sometimes a lot more if they have a tendency to pray and ask for a lot of things. Ask for a lot of guidance and use the light frequently. One of the things that I commonly hear is people say, “Oh, I don t want to pray for the little things.” Well pray for the little things – the help is available. The universe is actually abundant and you are not taking anything away from anyone. That s fear-based limiting behaviour which is again, not spiritual. Think celebration, abundance, love, higher vibration. The other way of thinking is actually limiting and fear-based. !

If it s not taught in your religion, I still see these guides and angels behind you. I ve also found that when clients start using these guides and angels, their lives can change very fast – really rapidly in some cases. Those people allowed the changes to happen that fast. The changes will happen as fast as you ll allow them. You can actually ask for help on not allowing. We re going to go into that too. !

This is all about you getting more spiritual help and upgrading your reality to the one that serves you. If your life is already fine and dandy, great. But maybe this can help you explore some other things that you might not have considered that are possible. I m going to walk you through meeting your guides and council so that you can see exactly how it works and start receiving messages from them. This is the part that I told you where you can actually start receiving bigger messages than just the yes or the no. I would also like to clarify, though, in my experience the difference between guides and angels. !
I call a guide a benevolent being from the light here to help and serve you. In some traditions they teach you to connect to your ancestors. You see, loved ones can be guides. Angels are higher vibrational frequency that really uplifts your energy. Not all deceased loved ones are guides however. It s just a choice to be aware of. You can feel the difference the more you open up and ask - is this a higher vibrational being that s with me? Do I really want to receive guidance from them? Angels, by the way, don t judge you – they provide total love, compassion and commitment to helping you - just unconditional love. Their point-of-view is how can we help you raise your vibration and help you make aware, loving choices? !

All I know at the end of the day is that it benefits me, my family, and my clients. The guide gives me great advice; I keep it around. It should always be a loving guiding force and if it is not I send it away. I have sent guides away before that were not working for me. Again, it s free will on this planet and you can choose things for yourself. You re the authority in your own life. !

The other rule of thumb to keep in mind is: you have to ask. You have to ask to get guidance, you have to ask for them to be around you and talk to you in that way. If you don t want help they will not interfere with your free will and give you advice. Spiritual help comes from asking and no request is too small. !
Let s talk about meeting your guides and angels. The first time I met my multidimensional guides and angels I was sitting in my living room. All of a sudden it was like a light switch turned on and there were about a dozen guides and !

angels in the room. I felt like I was in universe TV and everyone was watching. They gave me loads of information that later came to pass so I could trust the guidance. They also started handing me spiritual gifts that came in the form of swords of light to get rid of darkness, jewelled staffs to uplift my energy, robes of light that became part of my energy field and even raised my vibration. It felt like that Lucky Charms commercial where you get hearts, starts and green clovers. Anyway, it was really funny what I saw in my vision when I received these things but I felt the energy – the energy was palpable in my body. And my life became better so that s how I knew it worked. !
I could feel it and when I worked on other clients they could feel it too. So I got inside and outside confirmation that these tools and gifts works. Some clients that I worked on received what I would call heart upgrades . These guides and angels would help me fill people s heart chakras with light to erase all the old debris. When a client calls for a session, I help them receive these gifts just like I received so that they can upgrade their software, so to speak. !

Sometimes these balls of light show up to be placed in people s chakras to clear them and empower them. The chakras are the energy centers in your body. They re called the spiritual centers where light come in. If your chakras happen to be a little wobbly, you can literally feel a little off in your life. If you go to the workbook, I ll explain a little bit more about the chakras and you can see where they are in the body. !

I had one client come to me and her heart was wobbly. I could see two cracks in it and she had had two heartbreaks in her life. You can literally see this in people s energy field when you look. I have even seen clients get angel wings, so to speak, that gifted them with more potential energy. !
I guide clients to meet their guides, angels and council and what ends up happening is my clients sometimes want to give their guides and team a name. One client calls her angels the A Team. Another client of mine calls her guides the Gee Gees (short for the good guys). Another client calls his team The Three Wise Guys. So you can see that humor is part of the spiritual dimension. Remember, joy is a high vibrational field entwined with spirit. Some interesting things happen with your children that you may not know about. A lot of kids are psychic. I ve had my friend s four-year old trade angels with me – kind of like baseball cards. She said, “My angel Joe wants to hang out with you, can we trade?” I had one niece driving in the car with my mom when she was young, and she started freaking out in the back seat, “Grammy, Grammy, there s an angel flying by the car!” And she was happily freaking out. !

My mom didn t see it so my mom was a little annoyed. My other niece saw her newly-deceased grandpa holding on to the car, flying out of it. He was flying out the moon-roof. She kept yelling at my sister to “Stop, stop the car, Grandpa s going to fly out!” And she was only three at the time. !

So your kids are probably seeing things that may not be so imaginary. Before you start calling them their imaginary friend and maybe shutting down their senses I would probably check inside and say, are they maybe seeing a guide or an angel or a deceased loved one? Sometimes your children will be looking in a corner of a room and really see things. I ve seen babies do this. Babies will look in the corner of the room and when I psychically tune in I can actually see that it s grandpa or grandma checking out the new baby. !

The potential for all this information is unlimited. And I would hope that you would use it every day. Let s start connecting you with your guides then. I m going to start with a meditation to connect you with loving, benevolent beings available to assist you at any time. Let s begin. !

When you re ready get in a comfortable position and relax. Take a few deep breaths and breathe out your day. !
Close your eyes and sense or see the light that is the source. Connect to the light. Breathe it in. Allow your breath to transport you there. Take another deep breath and feel the energy of this light pulsating and starting to flow into you. Allow this light to start flowing into your crown chakra. Feel this light filling up your head, your eyes, your face... feel this light flowing into your neck and your shoulders. This light is a source of relaxation and peace of mind. Feel this light filling into your chest, your heart, your heart behind your shoulder blades. Let this light move down your arms and into your fingertips. Feel this light sourcing you and allow it into your belly, your back and into your hips. Breathe in. Allow this light to smooth out your energy fields. Feel this light bathe away all the stress and worry as it moves down your hips into your thighs, into your knees and into your calves and out your feet.

From your hip area and root energy center, your root chakra, sense a steady stream of energy moving into the center of the planet. This is grounding it to you. Connect where you feel the happiest. Breathe in the light and ask this light to support your life. Take another deep breath and take in more light. Opening to receive love is easy. Ask the light to guide you in your daily life and infuse all your daily interactions with pure love and kindness. Sense the light going before you, spreading pure love and kindness out into the world. Sense your actions being guided to bring in exactly what you desire. Breathe in more light and ask the day to be brighter and more loving. This light goes before you opening the right doors and welcoming you. Ask this light to bathe your entire heart chakra. Sense all energies releasing into the ground that limit your ability to give and receive love. Ask this light to fill your whole body with this love, releasing all limits to enjoying yourself, releasing all limits to giving and receiving love. Ask this light to give you more than you feel you deserve, as the light is abundance itself and you are made of this same abundance as well. Every time you connect to this light it supports and guides you. It guides your decisions, aligning you with the best choice for you. It steers you to amazing opportunities. It steers you to benevolent interactions and your material needs fulfilled better than you ever hoped for. Ask that any help or guidance a member of your family needs to be given to them now. If you have children ask that any support or gifts they need be given to them now. Sense the light coming from you, out to support them. This light is a constant flow in your life. Sense the gifts going to them and know they are being guided. Feel the gratitude they feel as they receive this support. Breathe in the light. You actually get to harness this other 70 to 80percent of you that you never really get to tap in to. It s a lot; there s a lot more to you than is showing up. Here s what I know for sure. If you connect to this infinitely wise self you ll get really happy. The client and people I have studied that are the happiest completely believe that life supports them and that there is good in everything. That there is this infinity wise higher purpose to them being there and this higher purpose and empowers them, helps them, it works for them. !

Even when it s bad out there, they know deep inside that this infinitely wise part of them can tap into the assistance and turn their life around. Allow this light to come into you, feeling the energy of the light pulsating and allow it to fill up your head and your energy field easily. Allow it to come into your head, your eyes, your ears, your face, your skin. Allow it to flow into your neck and shoulders. This light is a source of relaxation and peace of mind. Feel this light flowing into your chest, into your heart, filling your heart behind your shoulder blades. Move this liquid light into your arms and out your fingertips. Let this light source you and relax you. Allow it to flow into your belly, your back and down into your hips. This source light smoothes out your energy field and moves through your body. Feel this light bathe away any stress and any worry as it moves into your hips, your thighs, your knees, your calves an out your feet. Any and all energies you desire to release can be let go of into the ground. The earth loves and supports you. Take a deep breath and feel the support from the earth. Energy is everything; you are it. In between the spaces of all the molecules, the atoms, the neutrons you are energy, space and consciousness. This energy has a vibration that is either dense, making all matter like your table, your rocking chair, your body. Or the Energy is light, making air, sea and clouds. Your energy field can be light or heavy depending on your choices and what environment you are currently in. It can also depend on what kind of thoughts, feelings, emotions you re having. If you have a lot of judgments on things your energy will be more dense than somebody with fewer judgments. !
If you have a strong inner critic, your energy will probably be heavier than other people. If you do guilt and shame to control your family, you re using emotional blackmail as a form of control. The energy of the family will be of a lower vibration. This is not loving consciousness. I know it s easier sometimes; it s not necessarily the most conscious choice. !

Thoughts command your vibration to lightness or heaviness. You can control your vibration and energy with your thoughts. Thoughts are things. They have a vibration. If you re consistently pessimistic you create the vibration around you. !
There s a famous doctor, Dr. Emoto. He wrote a book called The Hidden messages in the Water. He had people project thoughts of fear, worry, anger and hate into water. Using high speed photography he took photos of the water crystals. the lower vibrational crystals of hate, anger, fear, worry were very ugly. The actually created no form, they just looked all blobby and ugly. With people who projected love, peace, wisdom, thanks and love – which is basically appreciation; thank you and I love you is really appreciation harmony and higher vibrational words, the crystals looked like amazing snowflakes; they were gorgeous. They looked like the most gorgeous thoughts you could ever have. So he concluded that thoughts, intent and words are powerful creative things. !
I consider this intent and the way it works as actually a blessing. It s a huge blessing that life works this way; that choosing the words and thoughts of !

energy that you wish to create goes out into the ethers in this really cool form. You are made of 70percent water so you can attune your body to a different vibration. As you did on the last CD you can bless your food, your body, your water, your car, your children. You can never get rid of emotions but you can shift them when you catch yourself being negative and you can start adding the positive. I focused on this for a month a long time ago so I could really get what it feels like. But I only chose words of comfort, gratitude and love. And I did absolutely no complaining in my life. It s kind of hard at first if you re not really used to it but after a while it gets easy – it feels like bliss. !

Can you see that blessing and adding love to water, your body, your house, everything, can really move in between the space of every molecule. This works on every object, not just water. You re blessing the molecules, the atoms, the protons and all the space in between. !
I have helped people s bodies by releasing their judgments, thoughts and decisions abut it. I have also helped people s bodies by healing the emotions stuck in it. Once the emotion and the feeling of the emotion was deleted from their bodies, their bodies naturally rebooted themselves and they healed. !

Look; we all judge our bodies. We look in the mirror when we get up in the morning, the first thing we do is judge. That s not really loving to yourself. If you have a trauma in your life and you don t deal with it, these emotions can show up in your body 10, 20, 30 years later. !

If you judge your body day in day out, like I m so fat, I m so ugly, I m so whatever you re asking the energy, space and consciousness in between the molecules in your body to densely proportion themselves to make it so. If you desire to be thin, think thin. If you desire to be pretty think pretty. But think from the highest vibrational place: I am so grateful and thankful that I am so thin. I am so grateful and thankful that I am so pretty . And when you re thinking about it, make certain that you re in the space of love and gratitude. I am so grateful and thankful my life is working out for me. I am so grateful and thankful I have an amazing mate in my life. I am so grateful and thankful I have a bright, conscious kid. I am so grateful and thankful my body works for me. "

I had a new client who phoned me from Australia a few weeks back. She had had two operations on her stomach and her intestine had exploded. The one operation the first time would not heal so she needed a second operation. She had a long time recovering and she wanted to find out why this was going on in her life. She was aware enough to know that emotions can create illness and this was probably why it wasn t healing. !
So I went into the injury and I asked, “Why does this exist in her body. The teacher said it was because the boy?” I heard in my head, “She busted a gut”. I asked her, “What does busting a gut mean to you? Cause I ve never heard that term”. She started to laugh; you see, she had been moving out of her old house a few months back. And in this house where she had spent 15 years with her kids, she was packing up her stuff. The kids were grown up and she didn t need such a large space anymore and she had just found a new mate. It was hard for her and she didn t have any help and she had to go through all the old memories and get rid of the stuff. She kept saying to everyone that what she was doing was busting a gut to get it all done. In Australia I guess it s a term they use. So upon further discovery into the energy field and the beliefs of what she was carrying, I noticed that when she was in utero, her mom it seems had wanted to die. Those were the words that kept showing up in the energy when I wanted to go release it. !

So I asked her, “Why would your mom want to die when you were in her womb?” and she said that when she was in her womb her father had actually died. Her mother had to give her up for adoption because she could not care for another baby as she already had two kids and now work, so she gave her up for adoption. However, when I went into the energy field I could see that the mom being overwhelmed with the sudden turn in her life, felt like she wanted to die too. And she was pissed. She was like, Why did he leave me alone and why couldn t it have been me instead? That was her thought. Weird stuff happens when we get overwhelmed with life. And the energy of that was in my client still and she s in her 50 s now. "

What s really interesting is that over the course of this client s life, she literally said she kept feeling like she wanted to die at various points in her life. She even had a huge panic attack that happened right after a neighbour died. It put her in a depression and a spin for weeks. !

You see, events in life can trigger things inside of you and old emotions and energy that you may not even know is still there. This was what was occurring for her. So I wanted to show her that some of the stuff she was feeling is not Page | 54

even her own stuff. I wanted to show you that some of the stuff you re feeling in your own body is not even your own stuff originally. It originated somewhere else. !
After we released this energy from my client she reported that she s now healing a lot faster. If she had been willing to connect to her spiritual side and watch her words prior to this, who knows? Maybe it wouldn t have happened. But words coupled with strong emotions that are unhealed can have affect on the life all around you. !

Love is a healer and transformer of energy. It cuts through the emotion called fear that manifests as anger, doubt, shame, worry, guilt. Guilt and shame are the lowest frequency emotions. Remember, on the scale of zero to 1000 guilt and shame are 20 and 30 and love is 500. Having choice over these emotions comes from feeling loving emotions. This is mainly how I was guided to transform people. Fill myself with light and get the feeling in my body of total love and kindness. For some people who are beaten up in life, feeling kindness and love is hard. But they can usually feel appreciation for something in their life. That s why keeping a journal filled with all the things you appreciate can be a huge boost to your energy field. So I would get that energy in my field and fill my whole being with it. And that s how I use my energy to fix people. It s really a great cure-all. It s not mental; it s a feeling in the heart that balances your emotions. !

Kids need to know this, too. If they re a little cranky or crazy just get them back in their heart. Kids can do this in two seconds. They re used to going there. !

Let s just say that fear overwhelmed you and you have a choice on what to do. I choose a totally different choice than most people. I ask my lower emotions, my fear, worry anger to actually intensify in my body. I remember waking up one morning and I felt this pure wave of terror in my body. I talked to it. I said, “Can you turn yourself up for a moment so I can really, really feel you? You must really want my attention so I ll pay attention to you. Just turn it up so I can really feel you.” Then I use the consciousness of love in my heart and using my light ask the fear to turn up. I went into my heart and transformed and transmuted it with love. Like a candle burning the last bits of flame – poof! It was gone. !

be leaving and I m just suddenly aware of it. I don t judge myself and go, “Oh, you suck; you had a negative thought, you re bad, you did this”... I don t talk to myself like that anymore. I used to but it s much more pleasant in my head no. I m much more gentle and I love myself much more than that. !

I also ask questions. Because sometimes when your body is doing funny things, sometimes your body just wants to cry. It s like chemical release that your body just wants to cry so don t judge it. Just ask, “Am I releasing something?” Or “Is this really mine or somebody else s?” What do you need? Really, really ask then add love and light to the things and old news that you have in your body and energy fields will start unravelling. !

When you start adding some of this appreciation and a good vibe, sometimes what will happen is your junk will start leaving. It s just turning up to say byebye before it goes. So just ask, “Are you leaving or do I have to do something else to pay attention to you?” When my junk is leaving sometimes I don t even now what it s about so I have to go in and ask. So sometimes you have to get a sense and know exactly what it s about. !

The issues people are having is because they re unwilling to go into the energy, look at it without judgment and go, “Hmm... I m feeling really angry. How cool is this? I can just figure something out today”. Notice I m not projecting my anger anywhere. I m not shouting at anyone or dumping my crap on another human being. I really try with all my efforts to never do that – it s bad manners. Instead, I go into the energy and go “Wow! I m angry. Why are you in my life? What are you trying to show me?” But above all else, talk to it. !

I m going to share something with you that I noticed. What if the thoughts, feelings and sometimes even emotions that are in your body and your head are not even your own? !
What if you re sitting at a stoplight and you kept feeling angry and hurt? And what if you asked this question: Is this my energy or is it somebody else s? Is this thought that I m having mine or somebody else s? What if the hurried, angry thought was actually the guy sitting behind you, projecting upon you, wanting you to speed up? What if 80 percent or so of the thoughts in your head are not even your own? they re somebody else s and like a big, psychic radio antenna you re picking up on it? !

I have found that a good bit of stuff in my head is not actually my own thoughts. So whenever you re angry, maybe ask, “Is this mine or somebody else s?” If it s somebody else s it will feel light when you acknowledge it. And if !

If you re around people with sense energy fields – sometimes referred to as negative vibes – you can soak these up. I ve had clients call me who were sick and it was because they were choosing to hang out with negative folks and they were not willing to clean up their energy afterwards. I m going to walk you now through an exercise. Even kids can do this. I had a client whose little 6-year old was having meltdowns in school all of a sudden. She called me and I asked psychically what s up with her? I got a picture of a little girl sitting next to an angry boy in class. I got a vision of this poor boy always getting criticized by his parents and emotionally sucker-punched by his father. The kid s main feelings about himself and in his energy field were I m always in trouble . That was his main belief and he was only 6. I mean, it was intense. If I was that child I would probably be angry too. !

I was so upset with what I saw, that the unconscious parents were just taking all the garbage out on their kid. The sad thing is that it probably happened to them when they were kids so it s the only way they knew to raise a child. And that is basically, in a nutshell, why I m doing this series. !

My client s daughter, the 6-year old, started having meltdowns in school where she literally yelled at the teacher. And she had never done this in her whole life. So I told the client, “Ask if your daughter could be moved to a different seat. Ask the teacher if she recently moved her for a reason”. The mom goes to school, asked the teacher why she moved her daughter next to the boy. The teacher said it was because the bow was always a disruption, “So I figured if I moved him next to your daughter she would keep him calm because she s such a likeable kid”. The teacher s instinct was right on the money. Because my client s daughter was as intuitive as they come and she was using her body to heal the boy every day, taking in his energy and processing his emotions. !

You ve already been gifted with tools that you can use if you or your child is in this position. You can send the boy blessing, blessing, blessing, say: “I bless you with pure love and light” until you feel the energy lift. You can ask that the energy be transmuted as I m going to show you in the next bit. Or you can call in Archangels and ask them to transmute or change the energy for you. So you always have options. But first you should always ask that your body stop healing the person that you re sitting next to. !

Now I know a lot of you might be thinking, “This is not my child, my child is not that intuitive”. But I am here to tell you we all have this capability, this capacity. It happens more than you think, but because you might not see energy and look at the world the way I do, you think your problems are caused by one thing, but at the end of the day, all of your problems start at the energy level. And unless you re willing to become this intuitively aware, at some you re always being controlled by other influences. !

If a parent is crabby I can guarantee you it will affect the child. The child wants to be loved, cuddled, cherished and happy. If you re crabby your child will start taking their body and their body s energy systems, start taking up all your stuff and processing your emotions for you. They do this so that you will get over your stuff and start being loving, kind and fun. !

Remember, they still think they re infinite beings being joyful and high vibration and they really believe that they can fix you cause they re infinite beings. And if they can t fix you then there must be something wrong with them and their spiritual gifts must not be working. This is how an infinite being would really think. This is how kids intuitively think. Kids think that if parents are not happy, then its their fault at some level. !

If you ask most children of divorced parents if they think that at some level it was their fault, 70 to 80 percent of them will say yes. This is what I ve noticed. If you re a parent you will have to let them know that this is not true. This is your stuff and they don t have to fix you because you re going to work on it. !

If I look at a baby I can tell in two seconds if the mom is happy. Its in the baby s energy field. Remember your children are infinite beings in a body. They re hugely aware infinite beings who happen to be in a small body for a while. They re souls in a body, just like you. They remember more than you might what it is like to go from infiniteness into a body – they just got here. !

I will tell you, what I spend most of my time on with a client: all the issues, emotions, thoughts and feelings that are creating their life most likely occurred before the age of seven. So if they re having an issue with a mate I know it s usually unresolved parent stuff that they ingested before the age of seven in how to do relationships, or they ve seen mom and dad fight, or wanting to fix it, or some other heartache about love. !

If they are having money issues, 85 to 90 percent of the time it s from how their parents guided them about money. It s how their parents did money or lack of training in how to make money work for them. !

If a client has self-worth issues that they re manifesting in their life, more than likely the imprinting of this occurred before they were seven and they were programmed into it when they were growing up. !
Now these clients do no know this is where It tracked to. If they had they probably would have fixed it. But I had to show them and then they knew exactly what the incident was or why they have this energy in their system. And once the energy resolves itself the problem goes away. I m going to show you how to do this. !
The greatest gift any parent can give their children in conscious parenting is to be aware enough to ask, “What do I need to do in my child s best interest?” And then keep the family s energy field so clean that the vibrational thermostat is set to love and above. Joy, consciousness and peace. !

So the next thing I m going to show you how to do will be one of the main things that you do every day . I don t let myself feel dense or heavy in any part of my day. I let myself feel full of light. If you have to do this 20 or 30 times a day, just do it; it becomes a part of you. And because you feel so much better you will always do it. I have taught kids seven and over to do this; kids will do this. !

Notice right now any dense energy in, on or around your body and ask: is this my energy? Then feel a yes or a no response. If it s light it s probably a yes. If it feels heavy or no then it s probably not your energy. !

Is it something else? Feel for a yes or a no. You can muscle test it if you want but what you ll really get is, if it s like it s true, if it s heavy it s not true. !

Is this my energy? Is this my energy or is it something else? Once you have the awareness and it s yours, connect to the light, move the light into your heart, radiate the light into the dense energy until you feel it lift. !

If somebody is connecting to you it means they think that they need something from you. So just send them a high vibrational blessing; just bless them. Bless them with pure love and light and : ”I bless you with whatever you think you need from me”. Just do this until it lifts. If it s something else sometimes it s the earth. The earth just wants some energy from you. Connect to the light, breathe it in. Call it into your heart then radiate this energy into the earth by blessing the earth. Just say, “I bless you with pure love and light and I bless you with whatever you feel you need from me”. It should feel a lot lighter after you do this. !

I was at the amusement park and a child was standing in front of me; he was about 10. He was adorable. He looked like a little angel. He had little puffy cheeks, he was cute. But he was decidedly unhappy and he was whining up a storm. He was with his older brother, about 12 and his mom. I started chatting with them because I could see what was up in the kid s energy field. !
After I was talking to the mom for a bit I talked to her 20-year old and I said, “You seem a little tired maybe. Would you play a little game with me for a minute?” He looked at his mom, he looked a little puzzled, she nodded. I said, “You now this tiredness, this crankiness you re feeling? Is this your energy or is it somebody else s?” And in less than two seconds he look at his brother, pointed and said, “It s his.” Kids are they psychic. I looked at his brother and said, “Were you annoyed with something about an hour and a half ago?” !

Remember, I always ask so I knew right away when it happened. I asked in my head: when did this happen? and I heard really quick: an hour and a half ago. So I asked the kid, “When did this happen? Were you mad and hour and a half ago?” And he said, “Yeah. My dad told me I couldn t buy something”. I asked the brother, “Were you mad?” and he said, “Yeah, I still am”. So I said to the kids, in the future ask the question: is this my energy or is it somebody else s? when you get agitated. Then I looked at the 10 year-old and I told his mom that he tended to take into his body all the emotions the family was feeling, or healing the entire family. His mom agreed that he was like that. So I told the 10-year old to just say, “I return all this energy to the sender with a blessing of love and consciousness attached”. Then I told him to ask his body to just stop healing everybody. You can do that, you can talk to your body like that. !

Again, there are kids in families who will take on all the dysfunctional family energy into their body in order to fix whomever is fearful. So check inside and ask in your energy field:

•Is there somebody like this in my family? •Was I the person, growing up, that did this? •Am I still doing it?
So all the places that you re doing this, just ask your body to please stop healing everybody else. It s a gift and a talent, so it s not something that s necessarily negative but if you want all your energy for a while just ask that your body heal itself. !

If you were guided to this CD series you re probably the person in the family who does this. People drawn to me tend to be naturally talented in intuitiveness and healing and knowing what is up on a very deep level. !
I ve had parents bring me their kids who are frequently getting sick. The majority of the reasons was because they were taking on all the family stuff, or they were stressed out from school and no play. !
One little girl could not heal her throat and had to get her tonsils taken out because it was her mom s anger; it tracked to her mom. That s where the angels guided me. When she came to me I showed her how to clean her energy field and cut cords and return all the energy. She was only eight. I taught the mom how to heal her anger and clear her stuff every day. And it became a much happier and healthier family. It s not a big deal to clear your energy, you just have to know what to look for then actually do it. !

Let s talk about cutting the cords. What is cord cutting? In the energy world I oftentimes see energy cords between families that contain fear-based energy. Fear, anger, worry are frequencies people tend to project onto kids in order to protect them. However, if you re always worried, it contains seeds of doubt that everything is not OK in the world. It says the world is inherently unsafe. !

How many of you have heard the phrase It s time to cut the cords ? We use it in our everyday language, so we are aware of it at a very deep level; even if you haven t thought about it this way you re aware of it. "

So these energies get projected upon people and these surgical-looking tubes of energy are implanted in families. Many times your bodies can be affected by this. If you have a consistent sore spot in your body, I can guarantee you,

either have a cord of fear there or a fear-based emotion attached to that spot in, on or around your body. That s how I track things. !
Usually in sessions I clear an energy for a client and I tell them where it was located and they say, “Wow! I ve been hurting there lately”. I had this happen with a client two days ago. I cleared some energy from the back of her heart and she said, “Wow, my back s been hurting there”. It was old heartache ready to go. !

You d also find pain in the tush, pain in the neck weight of the world on our shoulders... I find that most people hide their energy behind their back. So if you look at your back s energy you can probably find most of your stuff that you don t want to deal with there. We put it behind us so we don t have to look at it. !

Ask inside right now, how many emotional are behind your back energetically that you thought you dealt with but you never did? Is the number over 200 or under 200? Ask it again: how many emotional wounds are behind your back energetically that you thought you dealt with? Over 200... under 200. How cool is it that your body loves you so much that it helps to create pain to show you where your stuff is? I greatly respect my body for doing this for me. It s like saying, “Hey, pay attention! Old energy – can you just release it?” Your body is very kind to you that way. !
If you re willing and able to be so clean in dealing with energy on an everyday basis, it would never manifest in your body. By the time some energy hits your body and creates a pain frequency, you have probably been given the data from your intuition about it for a long time but you would not listen. So then your body takes it on in order to psychically give you the information. If you just became more intuitive, aware, your infinite being self, then you really would not have to let your energy stay in your body. !
Just like you take a shower every day, you might want to consider clearing your energy fields every day. Perhaps it s something you don t normally do in your life so just ask: “How can I make this easy to add to my life now? Can I do it in the shower? Can I do it before I go to bed?” Or how about every time you brush your teeth you clean your energy, you infuse love in yourself and you cut your cords? !

I know a family who does this before they eat dinner as a family. Consider incorporating it into your daily routine. Page | 62

Right now I would love you to pick a spot in your body that s tender or sore or calling your attention. !
Close your eyes, look up, connect to the light, let the light in your heart and be the love and light you are. Really feel this light up in your whole body. Call upon Archangel Michael. Archangel Michael carries a sword of light and love that clears all fears and lowers dense energies. So we re going to talk to your body. When you re ready just say to your body: !

•In this spot do I have an old emotion stuck here? •If so, what is it? •Do I have some judgment stuck here? •If so, what is it? •Is somebody else connected to me here? •If so, whom? •As is it male or female and start from there. Is it male or female? •Are you attached to an emotional injury?
OK, sore spot, what are you telling me? Even if you think you re making this all up, just allow whatever insight pops in. !
Got your message? We re going to clear all this energy in a moment but I just want you to realize that what you think is up is not always what is really up with your body. !
Light is true, heavy is false. If somebody s talking to you and you start to feel heaviness, it could be that they re using lower vibrations and consciousness. Drama/trauma, or they re telling you a lie. Every moment of every day you re feeling energy. If the energy you are feeling is heavy, it s a lie which the person may or may not know is a lie but it s just untruth. So if the energy you re feeling is heavy, it s an untruth or a lie, or it s lower consciousness like !

guilt, fear, worry, shame, angst. If you were not feeling that energy until you got around that person, it s probably psychic information. !
Think about it. Most people on the planet vibrate under the frequency of love; under the consciousness of joy, celebration and peace. I m so sorry, it s just true. That s why I feel it s vitally important for you to monitor your energy as a way of life. You re entrained in lower energy fields more than you can imagine. These lower energy fields are dense and you ll sense them in your body. !

You know when you walk into a room and it s filled with negative vibes, you can feel it? This is dense energy. It s coming through your psychic senses. I use Archangels and my intent to clear this energy. I ve even cleared the energy of old cemeteries with angels. I ve just asked to get rid of the grief energy so I could actually just stand there. !

You can go through life like this. It s fun and it creates blessings for people and the planet. You should also clear the spaces in your home and office etc. Higher consciousness feels light. So try to live your life being light. And if it s not light turn on your inner light of joy, love celebration and fun and make it so. !

I m going to talk to you a little bit about how I clear a space. If I walk into an energy field or room and it feels kind of not so fun, I will imagine a big tornado just coming into the space – I usually imagine it purple – and I imagine it sucking up all the dense debris energy. You can do this for anything. You can teach your kids how to do that to their room; suck up the little bogeymen or whatever shows up for them. It s just a big vacuum that comes in. I was driving and all of a sudden it just popped in my head – purple tornado to clear out my space. So that s what I did. !

Another thing you can do, and I found this out by studying Feng Shui is, if you walk into your room and you start clapping around the space, you ll find places in the room where when you clap it s more of a thud instead of a crisp clap. I know it sounds kind of funny. But walk around your room and clap and you ll hear a difference in the tone of your clap. If it feels more like a thud or a more dense clap, then clap around there until you can get it light. Or call in the tornado thing and imagine it just sucking up everything in that space. !

I had a client who always had issues with her mom. I talked to her about cutting all cords between her and her mom every day as an experiment to see how she feels. There was a lot of drama and neediness between them. This client was oftentimes calling me, complaining about feeling tired and sick with no energy. So I always cut her cords and she always felt better, I taught her to do it yet she would not do it for herself. Finally one day, I asked her to just Page | 64

humor me and do it for a week, and ask her mom to do it as well. I told her she had nothing to lose. Well she actually did it this time and something wonderful happened. My client actually became happier the more she did it. Her mom became more alert and not so scared of life. My client realized that part of her life force was going to holding her mom up and this is why she did not have her own life. She received her life back, she became happy. She moved to another state, found a boyfriend and is now totally happy. Her mom started getting out of the house more and started taking real action in her life as well. It was the most transformation I had ever seen in somebody between her and her mom in such a short time just from cutting cords. Why did this finally happen? Because she actually took action herself. Is there somebody in your life that you re holding up? I have noticed that when you do more for a person than they are willing to do for themselves sometimes, it kind of acts as enabling. And sometimes they ll resent you. And sometimes it will drain you. But the longer you hold them, the longer they do not do it for themselves. Teach them how to do this form themselves, then like a mama bird with her little chick, throw them out of the energy nest you created for them because they have already built their own. !

Consider asking questions. Is it in my happiest path to hold this person up? Maybe it is for a while, but you should ask: is this person detracting me from my life purpose? Can I teach them how to do this for themselves? Or: is this really serving me? So send the love, light and blessings but don t let them drain you. !
Some depression in my opinion is just life force being drained out of you and you re not filling up with the good stuff; life force, love, kindness, joy. It can happen to anyone. I have seen miraculous healing take place by people cutting out the draining issues in their life and filling back in with love. !
Remember, you re energy. And just like water, you can transform energy into hot, cold, freezing or steaming. So too can you change your life vitality to increase it. If you consider how much money is spent on drugs and depression medicine, can you see that managing your energy field every day is vital to healthy living? !
The life force draining can take place from your thoughts and beliefs about life and yourself which you can change with choice and tools. Or you could be draining yourself by giving your energy to somebody else – like trying to make

somebody change who doesn t want to. Or trying to make something happen that won t budge. !

Why don t we ask inside right now, or muscle test how many people are draining you? Over ten or under 10? How many people are draining you right now? Over 10 or under 10? This is where we re going. We re going to go with an exercise a little later to clear these. !

If you re around a sick person and your body s energy is healing them, this can be very draining to caretakers. More often than not, this is the case. I have taught nurses and doctors how to keep their energy filled up. !
!
You could just be drained by not filling yourself with peaceful good energy every day. Now if you want right now, you could actually check yourself by asking – or muscle test- on a scale of one to 100 (100 being totally filled up, feeling fantastic and alive and zero being dead), how filled up with life force am I now? Between one and 100 how filled up with life force am I now? Over 50 or under 50? Over 80 or under 80? Most people read between 60 and 80 percent. The 60percent is only half of your life force – not so good. If you received a lower number, I would maybe check inside. Is it in your highest and best good to get checked out by a doctor? Your body might need some help. The cool thing is, the more you look up to the light, connect to the light and let yourself be love and light, in your energy field every day, the more you naturally increase your vitality, start eliminating depleting attitudes thoughts and beliefs naturally, just by adding light. Another client of mine wanted to manifest a mate and was having no luck. When I looked at her energy field I noticed two cords of fear from past lovers. One in her belly button in the umbilical cord area and another in the private area. When we cut the cords one of the exes called within a week. This is normal, When you cut the cords of fear to another person they can feel this and they may habitually try to reconnect. So you may have to do this more than one time. If you keep yourself filled up it probably won t happen. They re doing this because t feels familiar to be connected to you. !

What happened to her is she basically got a mate within four months. She saw that there was a pattern in the past that had always occurred between the fourth and fifth date when it was time to go to the next step where they suddenly became disinterested. I ve seen this many, many times. So much so that I know it s not a coincidence, it s highly unlikely. This is why I m going to share with you these tools about cutting the cords. Here s how I look at you. I see you as an infinite being who can know, perceive, receive anything you want. For this time I m going to guide you with your eyes closed. However, when I teach people on the phone or in class I just throw the clients in eyes open because what I know for sure is they re already psychic. !

I want you to do this on a daily basis and I don t want you to make a big deal about it. Just do it when you re driving , taking a walk, taking a shower, whatever. If you have the time to lie down and really focus, put on the CD and do some deep cleaning. Just listen to this as you go to sleep. If you have kids they can listen to the CD with you or you can learn how to do it then teach them and show them. Kids are really quick – it s like playing video games in their head; they really get it. Just guide them through it or have them listen to the CD. I know people are bust and it s more important to do this than not do it. Clients who become empowered are hose who use the tools, empower themselves, turn their lights on bright and do the things I teach them on a daily basis and consistently. Close your eyes, get in a comfortable position. When you re ready just take a deep breath and breathe out your day. Take another deep breathe, relax and breathe out your day. !
Take another deep breath, feel your body relax... peaceful. Look up and see or sense the light. Connect to the light and ask it to start filling your body. Let the light come into your body, your head... it fills your face, radiates light into your throat, feeling any denseness instantly releasing. This light goes down and fills your shoulders and moves into your heart. Feel this light move down your arms, into your wrists, your hands, your fingers and out your fingertips. Ask the light to radiate and fill your chest cavity, your heart, your ribcage, your abdomen, your hips. Move the light down into your thighs, you knees, calves and your feet letting this energy move into the ground. See or sense an energy coming from your hips that moves down your hips, down your feet, down your legs and into the ground. See it connecting to the Center of the planet where it feels the happiest.

See yourself radiating this loving source light all around your energy field, so you feel and look like a golden sun. If you feel drawn to it, invite in any Archangels of the highest light and your benevolent guides to assist you. When you re ready, ask the light to shine brightly on any fear-based cords on your body. Like a flashlight, ask the light to light these up. Notice these without any judgment. And if you have any sore spots in your body sense if there s a cord there. !

Ask your divinely wise self that is always with you, this divinely wise self that is always part of you, ask this divinely wise self for a light tool. This light t ool is going to be used to cut any cords of lower consciousness or fear. If you hold your hand out and open your heart you ll feel the tool being placed in your hand. Maybe it s a sword or maybe its scissors or maybe it s something else. !

When you are ready find one of these cords of fear and imagine cutting the cord easily. Just whoosh! And see it gone. Ask your angel for assistance. Now ask your heart to send a pure flame of white light to the cord that has been severed. Sense it sparkling with intense flame of white love and light that travel down the cord, burning up the cord and all fear-based agendas with love. And when this flame hits the other person connected to it, it sparks and adds purified love and light to that person. Ask your heart to send sparks of love to the spot it was attached to in your body, using the light that is radiating through you. Turn the energy to liquid light and fill your body in. This liquid light now transforms and heals your body instantly. This liquid light creates the blueprint of the healthy, purified body in your body energy systems. This liquid light dissolves all judgments, thoughts and decisions you made, that allowed these fear-based agendas to show up in your life and it heals everything instantly now. Notice any other cord you wish to release and again, take your light tool and whoosh! Cut the cord easily. Allow your heart to send aflame of energy, flying the cord back with loving light to whomever it is connected. If you feel you cannot reach it, as your heart to send a spark to the cord instantly, severing all ties to your body.

This power of creative visualization is part of manifesting. Jim Carrey for instance, endorses visualization. He says he used to drive himself atop the Hollywood hills, sit in his car by himself and visualize, visualize, visualize. He says he would not let himself go home until he firmly believed that the pictures of success that he was playing in his mind s eye were true. And when he was feeling euphoric from the success he had pictured, only then would he allow himself to go home. He says that the return trip home was wonderful because he felt that all the wonderful things he had visualized were a reality and then he was a happy camper. !
One of the most legendary examples of Jin Carrey s devotion to visualization was when he made a check out to himself for 10 million dollars for acting services rendered. In 1990, when he was a relative unknown was when he did it. He posted the check Thanksgiving 1995. Here s what happened, He was paid a total of 800,000 for starring in Ace Venture Pet Detective and The Mask. He says it was good pay for him at the time, especially compared to the earlier times when he would drive 100 miles in order to perform f or free. !

But the huge success of Ace Ventura and The Mask quickly catapulted him into other multi million dollar paychecks. He received $7 million for Dumb and Dumber. But the amazing thing happened just before 1995, he signed a contract for $10 million. He says he wrote the check as an affirmation of everything he d ever learned. It wasn t about the money. He knew that if he made that much money He d be working with the best people and the best material and that was always his real dream. If you give up on your dream he says, what s left? !

Of course never for a second did Jim Carrey give up on his dream, even when he was living in a camper with his family after his dad lost his job. He had a dream, he visualized his dreams and guess what? They came t rue. Will Smith; I saw him on YouTube the other day. He was talking about how you command and demand that the universe becomes what you want. Authors Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hanson of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame desired to have a mega best-selling book. That s what they asked for, that s what they visualized. And look what happened/ They now have many, many, many best selling books. !

Michael Jordan; he used visualization to become arguably the greatest basketball player in history. He used to go to the championship games in Chicago and he would watch him. It was like this inner light bulb turned on and he said. “I m going to do it no matter what. It was powerful. !
Ellen Degeneres, winner of over 29 Emmys for her talk show, five People s Choice Awards, not to mention all of her other TV shows, movies, comedy and hosting jobs, is a fan of creative visualization. !
In an interview I read about her in W Magazine, she is quoted about a tragedy in her life that compelled her to ask God for help. This led to her writing a comedy sketch about what it would look like to call up God. And after she wrote it she spoke out loud and thought, “I m going to be the first woman ever to sit on the sofa with Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show”. Now for a comedian this is like winning an Oscar, it s a big deal. Because if the icon of comedy invited you over to the couch, it was basically giving you a blessing and saying, “Hey, you re it.” !

Notice I said she spoke it out loud and she just knew it was going to happen before it happened. What was equally impressive was that her sense of humor about blessings, gratitude and love was throughout the interview. About her career comeback she said, “I want to say I m surprised because at the same time I created it I though, I wanted this. So when I look back on it every single thing I m doing is what I wanted and I believe you get what you want.” !

In her whole article she uses words about how grateful and happy she is and that everything in life from the past that was tragic or not so fun she is grateful for because it propelled her somewhere new. And this goes along with what we re talking about, pulling in high vibrational energies to move you throughout your day and manifest your life your way. !

Nicole Kidman. I saw her on TV. She was on a press junket for the movie Bewitched. Nicole said that when she was a little girl and she watched Bewitched, she used to always say that she wanted to be Samantha. And that s the character she ended up playing. !
Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise s new wife; I saw her on TV say that when she was a little girl, she used to visualize herself being married to Tom Cruise. She was playing, of course, but as we know playing has a high vibrational field. And look what happened. !
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon; they recently got married. On Oprah the other day Mariah brought her new husband. And they joked about how he spoke her into his life . Whenever anyone asked who his dream girl was, he replied Mariah Carey. He told his friend this many times. One day he found himself in the same room with her and he asked her out. And of course you can guess what happened – she went out with him and within a short time they were married. "

Arnold Swarzenneger; five times Mr. Universe, four times Mr. Olympia. He said he used visualization for athletic success but he credits it also for success as a movie star. He said when he was very young he visualized himself being and having whatever he wanted. Mentally he never had any doubts about it. He said, “The mind is really incredible. Before I won the Mr. Universe I walked around the tournament like I owned it. The titles were already mine. I d won it so many times in my mind that there was not doubt I would win it. Then when I moved on to the movies the same thing happened. I visualized myself being a famous actor and earning big money. I could feel and taste success. I just knew it would happen. Visualization can practically replace physical practice”. That s what he s been quoted as saying. He used his power of imagination to become Mr. Olympia, movie star, businessman and now governor. !

Olympic champions Carl Lewis, Greg Louganis, Bruce Jenner, Nancy Kerrigan have all stated that using visualization and seeing themselves winning was what made them win. Jenny McCarthy the actress, she is an author on kids and autism. She put on her vision board a picture of Oprah and her book cover when she was writing her book called Louder Than Words. She says she s living proof that the Law Of Attraction works. After reading The Secret, Jenny described making a vision board. She put a picture of Oprah and along with it a fake cover of the book she had started writing. Just one year later her dreams became a reality when she made her first visit to the Oprah Winfrey show to talk about her son s struggle with autism. Louder Than Words quickly became a New York Times bestseller. !

Louise Hay, the founder of Hay House says a vision board can be a very effective tool. It helps you focus your thinking on what you want. When you do that it s like the universe gives you ideas for how it will show up. !
All this and more is available to you. We re all made of the same energy. Its just the mindset of being willing to embody the reality of what it is that you re choosing to manifest. And the higher your vibration, the easier it is. !

As a family you can do these visualizations together and separate. I know some families have a family vision board and one for each individual. I would encourage you to teach your kids how to manifest things at a young age. I ve witnessed kids under 10 who put things on their vision boards and then manifest fish tanks and things for free... a trampoline... another kid I know manifested money to buy a bike. The neighbour offered to let him mow the lawn. But I would encourage you to just play with it and see what happens. Some parents say, !Well, if they put it on their vision board then I m going to have to pay for it”. But I ve actually see the opposite. I ve really seen things that show up. Just work with it together as a family. !

I pretty much manifest anything that I ve ever placed on a list or a vision board. And if it doesn t show up I usually know why. It s usually some energy field that I have in the form of judgments, beliefs, thoughts that limit it from showing up. And this creates a vibrational mismatch of what I desire and where I m at; or sometimes I truly don t want it. !

The thing with manifesting is, if you desire to be wealthy you may have to quit the job you re doing, get a different education, learn new skills or actually change in some way. Some people are not willing to change. I knew someone looking for a home-based business yet I could see in her energy field there !

was no way she was going to get the energy is she stayed the same. In her case she was terrified of change. And when I told her that and I asked her if she wanted some help on it, that we could clear this belief and she could actually change – she said no. It s weird, yeah? But if you look at life it s all about change. I mean, good luck keeping a vibrating, oscillating Molecularly deconstructed and reconstructed reality in place. You re powerful to hold your reality and your energy in place. You re also that powerful to just mold it into something else. !

What if the way to really be, to get things done on this planet, is to actually be out of control? When I say out of control what I mean is being out of being controlled, out of all the realities that keep you in locked boxes. Have you noticed how the most out of control characters have the most fun, make the most money and really live life according to their rules? When you re out of control this way you re actually being more you. You can still be yourself to manifest any dream but you may have to lighten the load so to speak and change the reality you re currently in. !

A lot of the so-called famous people or wealthy people like a Richard Branson, a Madonna or an Ellen DeGeneres, any of those individuals live outside the box of the normal parameters. They didn t buy into what was possible from everybody else s viewpoint. They manifested their dream life So when I m talking about being out of control, what I m really talking about is just being out of the norm. If you re complying to what is normal or what is around you, it s great if that s your authentic choice. But what I m suggesting here is choose to look at if you could really live your life you wanted with no rules, no parameters, how would you really want to live your life? That s what I mean by being out of control. !

If you buy into the beliefs and programs of everybody that s around you, you ll get the life that everybody around you has. So it s all about choosing new thoughts, beliefs and programs then going, !Wow! What is possible here? What new choice can I make to be more myself, be more out of my box?” Those are the things I want you to start thinking about and looking at. If you could have your life like you really, really want it, what do you want? !

I look at my reality like this. I believe it s already manifested somewhere, whatever I m asking for. There s some energy file that says: Christie, it s already done. Then I hook up into the energy, I pull that energy to me and I ask that energy to radiate out into my life. That s the attitude go through in manifesting my reality. !

Imagine your reality as a wardrobe. In this wardrobe you could try on any clothes that you wanted and you could even go shopping and pick up exactly what clothes you want to wear. That s what a reality is. !
When I say that I step into it, what I do is, I connect to the energetic place where I feel like that wardrobe is already there and I go shopping. So sometimes, literally, the energy may be to the right of me or above me or below me. I literally ask where is this reality already manifested and then I energetically attune to it, which means I just kind of feel it in my body. Once I m attuned to it I pull the reality into me. Literally it s like I try it on, like a wardrobe. !

Once this energy is around me I can feel , just as I earlier explained about Jim Carrey; when he was manifesting his career and he was sitting in the car, he was trying it on. He felt the emotions, he felt the energy, he felt the reality as if it already existed. Now I ve had clients say to me, “Well, that s kind of like lying cause you don t really have it. Or it s like daydreaming”. No, what it really is, is you re choosing your reality, you re choosing the reality you want to manifest and you have to try it on otherwise you re not going to get it. It s just the rules of the game. !

So you have choice. You can either play by the rules that really work or avoid them. It s just a choice. !
Let s try this for a minute. I want you to think of one thing that you would really, really love, whatever that is. !
If you had this thing in your life, what would you be feeling right now? Would you be feeling happy, excited, safe, comforting? Whatever emotion would go with this object or this idea or this thing that you re manifesting. What s the emotion? !

Now if you had this manifestation in your life, what would it feel like? What would you be doing with it? For instance, if you wanted a new car, what would it be like to drive that new car? If you had a better relationship with your spouse, what would you be feeling right now? Try on that feeling. Now what would you be doing? What actions would you be taking? Just daydream them out. Now if you could turn it up so that it s really real to you, that this is part of your experience, turn them up. !

Do that 5, 10 minutes every day and pretty soon you ll have that in your life. That s what I mean by trying it on. !

I met my mate this way. I made a list of all the qualities, nice energy, high vibration, works on himself, attractive, understand healing and energy stuff so I don t have to edit my words and explain myself, fun to be with and please show him up on my doorstep. And then I added the favourite line that I add to all my manifestations 0 because I figure if I was so specific that I didn t leave room for something better, than I wasn t being nice to myself. So I always leave room for something a little better to show up. At the end of it I say: Universe, please bring me this, make it easy, make it exceed my expectations, make me so joyous and happy when I have it and line it up so that it s so easy I laugh about it. !

A month later my mate literally has a business card of mine fall out of a stack of cards he hadn t looked in for a couple of years. He calls me for a session, and because I had heard from my guides that my mate would show up in a month, I knew it was him when he called. And he s everything on the list – and more because I asked to exceed my expectations. !

Then I take guided action. One time I d asked the universe for some more friends that I really loved. All my friends had moved out of town at the same time so I received guidance to go to a local restaurant. It was nine at night. I did not want to go out, truthfully. But because I have trusted my guides for so long I went. I waked in and the only people there were a nice older couple. We started talking and after a little while they invited me to their entire block party that was happening the next weekend. They had children my age and if I went I would meet about 50 new friends. And that s what I did. So again, if you just put that energy out, you ll draw it to you. !

This is really what self mastery is about. Self mastery is mastering your life and making it your way. It s choosing a life you love and allowing it to come into the field of energy, creating your reality. Your life is comprised of the points of view that you take on as well as the beliefs and choices you make. !
I can look at what somebody is going to manifest in their life by looking at their points of view. If you think life sucks, guess what you ll create? Because those opinions and viewpoints make you stuck. If you un-create and destroy all these viewpoints guess what? Nothing can stick to you. You ll love life and you ll manifest a life you love. !

Your goal with this CD should be to get really clear about what it is you truly desire in your life. So let me ask you a question: What do you really, really, really, really want? What inner nudges are you maybe refusing to look at but if you would just choose to look at these inner nudges right now, what are they? Maybe it s to manifest more peace and joy in your life. Maybe it s to manifest a higher vibration. Maybe it s a better school for your kids, maybe it s a little more extra cash. It doesn t really matter, the universe is abundant. You can ask for whatever it is you really, really want. And I would just start there. I would not limit or inhibit it at any level. !

And don t be vague. You need to pinpoint exactly what your deal is. Do you want to quit your job? Do you want to buy a home? Do you want to travel the world? Do you want to send your kids to private school? Do you want to be a philanthropist? !
Most people, when they ask for money what they re really asking is for the money to do certain things in life and have certain lifestyle. At the end of the day, the reason why anyone is asking for anything is: I just want to be happy. You can trace it all. Why do want to send your kids to private school? Because you think it ll enhance their life and that makes you what? It makes you happy. If you want to quit your job, why is that? You think it will give you some level of joy in your life. !

So let s figure out what your lifestyle is to really determine what it is you want in your life. I like to think of it from a holistic view point – the lifestyle. And the energy quality of the lifestyle. !
Once you ve found why your hot button is we re going to start figuring out exactly what your vision is going to look like. Let s go with the idea that it s not impossible. You don t have to have a clue about how you re going to achieve it. Let s just go for a while with whatever you really, really want and don t worry about the how. !

Let s just start in some key areas of your life. Just start thinking about some key areas. !
Your self view: What traits do you desire to add to your life? More consciousness? How about more patience? Maybe just to totally accept yourself; really, really love yourself. Or maybe it s trotting around the globe doing something you love. This is a section where you really see yourself and the way you want to be perceived in the world. !

This stuff works. Once I was working out in Chicago at the East Bank Club. I was feeling a little under-appraised at the time and I decided that for whatever reason I want to manifest more admiration in my life. I would work out on the Stairmaster and I would repeat mantras in my head for whatever I desire to show up. So besides visualization I would do mantras. Later in the day I was listening to the top radio station and they had a preview of the movie Practical Magic with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. He was bashing the movie as a chick flick. And I completely disagreed with him. So I faxed the radio show with my opinion of the movie. They called me the next day and they asked me to be the movie reviewer. That s fast action, right? At the time I was travelling all over the country and I couldn t commit to being in a studio every week. But I received what I asked for – I had asked for admiration. !

For the kids and the family: Put happy interpersonal relationships with everyone. Kids and family getting along great.
If you re looking for that special someone, find a picture of a happy couple holding hands walking on the beach. I d make a list of the type of person I desire to be in a relationship with. !
!
If you re currently in a relationship put a happy picture of the both of you and maybe the words of what you want it to look like. You can put words on your vision board. !
Also, you can pout that you have friends that love you. I was realizing at some point in my life that I needed some new friends that would just love me and be with me. Within a week I was guided to speak somewhere and I met three new friends that are still my friends to this day. How about adding joyful wonderful exchanges? See people as helpful, full of love and always nice to you. I ve seen people change the statistics on their businesses and change the numbers on their bank accounts to manifest what the desire. This is what Jim Carrey did for the $10 million check. I know somebody who manifested an extra $4,000 in their safe. Literally it came out of thin air. It was not there before. I had a client get a career change shortly after asking for a happy career change. I once asked for a six-figure income to come in. It took a week for it to show up and it was from a source I had never imagined would ever pay me. But I put it out there and that s why it showed up. !

Do you now that with everything you buy you can ask that more and more money come back to you? If I spend money I ask that it come back to me exponentialized. It s your reality, you can ask for what you desire. !
I know another person who asked, if I buy this will it make me money? If the answer is no then there s probably a better deal somewhere else. !
In the family section you could put pictures of the family being deliriously happy, living their dream life. I know someone who desired a baby. When she finally put the pictures up she got pregnant. I ve had families put that they really desired becoming more conscious. Everyone works in the family in a positive direction. Whatever your goal is, put it on your vision board. !
Health: How do you desire your body to work? I know somebody who wanted to lose weight. She put motivation as one of the words under her health, because that s what she was lacking. Her trainer the very next day asked her to try a new CD that he d gotten, that aught her how to be more focused – quick action. Instead of worrying about loosing the whole 20, 50 pounds, why don t you make it a little more fun and just focus on some body part that you really want to rejuvenate? Maybe just visualize six pack abs or visualize yourself with really buff biceps. It doesn t matter, just make it something that makes it juicy, emotional and that you would love. "

You should consider doing a section on fun, travel and hobby. Personal stuff, like learning how to tango. I had a client who was guided to look for some new activities. He found a Yoga studio he loved and he can now do a headstand. He also decided to try tango. He s so excellent at it and it happened within six months. Maybe you can just catch a big fish somewhere, or get a weekly massage, or go to some sort of retreat, or some form of spiritual improvement you re looking for. Just do whatever makes you happy in that section: fun, travel and hobbies. !

See the type of material success you desire. Do you like outdoors? Maybe you desire to fix your yard up. Maybe you want a new house and cars. Some people want a big house and for some families lifestyle they d rather have a small house and take all the extra money and go travel. Whatever it is for you, just put it up. !

Don t just put anything up there, it has to be something that you really, really, really want. !
Contribution: do you have a favourite charity. When you do something good it attracts more prosperity to you. I know some people who put 10percent

away. Other people pay themselves out of the first 10 percent so that they know they re important in their life. They re blessing themselves first. !

Put some serious thought into it, though. Because again, you have to be a little bit careful about what you ask for. I know a woman who asked for a man with a lot of hair. Her preference for herself was not bald men. She went to the pool with this new guy that she had met, she took off her dress to go into the pool, she turned around and said, Wooh! He was a hairy man. So she got exactly what she asked for – a guy who had a lot of hair. So again she reclarified that and said: I just want him to have it on his head... something to consider. The vision board is basically a tool. It s made out of poster board with pictures and words as a symbol of all the desires you thought of to manifest in your life. The idea is to surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want your life to look like including the material things but also in relationships and people. !
Again, you re embodying a reality; that s the important thing. And it s just a symbol of that you re trying to embody. The reason you would have to do this as a reminder is that you look at it every day and you spend some time in using your energy to manifest this great life to you. !

Remember we talked about how Jim Carrey visualized it and he worked on it and it finally came to pass? He visualized it until he could feel the euphoria in his body. So you get a stack of pictures. You can use Google images or you can get a bunch of magazines. Basically your intent is this: you ve already though of what it is you desire in your life. Just intuitively think of one word that symbolizes the intent of what you want to generate in your life. !
It might be inspiration. It might be wealth. It might be joy. It might be lots of other things. Whatever your one word it is, set the intent, go through the pictures and just intuitively tear out what you feel you want on your vision board. They might not all make it on there in the end but just intuitively go through it. Look for words you might like, maybe in the center of it you put a heart or a family picture or the globe or yourself looking radiant. Then find other pictures that symbolize your family, material lifestyle, education, personal growth. career success, health. When you re done with that intuitively check in and just glue them to the poster board then hang it where you can see it every day. !

I m going to add another thing to this Some people I know like to actually write out how that want their life to look like. They feel this is the easiest way for them to emotionally connect to it. If your goal is to quit your job write out your resignation letter. Maybe it can be funny, something that makes you laugh. If your goal is you have a new home, have a vision of a housewarming party. If your goal is to have a new car, go test drive it. I ve test driven many cars before I got them. Put pictures of happy family if that s what you re generating. Whatever it is, just make it something that s real to you and you can write it out. You can write it out with: I m so grateful and thankful that I have this in my life right now. I am so grateful and thankful that I have this new car. I m so grateful and thankful that I m a healthy, happy size. I m so grateful and thankful that my kid got into the best school for them. I m so grateful and thankful that I have all this extra time to travel. I m so grateful and thankful that my lifestyle looks like this. !

For you, I would like you to just check inside and see your best way to do it. Mostly what I do before I go to bed, I close my eyes, I roll my eyes up, I connect to the light and I see a vision of how I want my life to look. And I role play . I feel the energy in my body. After I do it I just feel the blessings and the good-feeling energy and I thank God this has manifested in my life. I bless it and love it with pure joy, love and light. I just feel that energy in my manifestations. So for you, just do it. That s the main thing – just do it. And you do it long enough until it shows up. And take guided action. !
You re a creator in a body. Creating comes from the spirit of play. So whenever I m manifesting some new opportunities in my life, I m actually guided to go out and play and have fun. It s from this playful space that more good can come into your life. Remember, joy is a vibration of 540., so it s a higher vibration. So I go to the beach or have some sort of fun that manifests new things in my life. I actually realize I make more money when I have more fun. !

Pure consciousness, pure God energy, is just creative energies waiting to be formed into great things in your life, whatever it is for you. If your vibe is fear you tend to use this creative energy to create more of what? More fear. Can you see how the spirit of play, the higher vibrations of joy, play, fun is just like breathing? It s something you really need. You need air, you need water, you need fun. So here is my suggestion for you. Most clients are guided to add play into their lives. One client who had the temporary symptom of ceaselessness, wanted to play but she wanted it be low cost. The reason I said temporary was because everything that occurs in your life is just that – !

it s a symptom, it s not the cause. When you re being the creator self connected to the light, controlling your thoughts and your reality and radiating your highest vibrations and consciousness and take actions from that, you create your whole new world. You are the creator. !

So operating from the highest vibration you have the most pleasant outcomes because you re creating your life from joy, love, ease, fun versus anger and fear. Back to the story – this client had chosen to manifest new financial success and it was one of the things on her vision board, which we will be talking about in the upcoming CD. she had asked for more financial success. And given where her finances were, she knew she needed to have a higher vibration and some fun to help her manifest it. She connected to her divinely wise self and intuitively asked: How can I add more fun with zero money? She got the insight to go buy some bubble gum and some bubbles. She pulled out her best seven-year old energy and she really got into how much joy it was being a dork. !
Fun doesn t necessarily mean spending all your cash and having bills to pay later. It s really about the spirit of it all, it s about the energy of it all and about generating a joyful feeling in your body. So it could be making love. Whatever it is that generates a lot of joy in your body. But it means doing it full out, being the energy of it. !

Just be present, feel the joy and gratitude and really receive the energy of how much fun it is. You can raise your vibration significantly if you do 20 minutes of pure, unadulterated joy. That s an interesting word I just realized – unadulterated. It s like you have to take the adult out to get the joy, purity and innocence back. Do this full out for three days for 20 minutes and you can raise your vibration – I muscle tested it for the average person doing this program. Some people are higher, some people are lower but if you did this for 30 days for 20 minutes, you could raise your consciousness level 30 to 60 percent. It depends on you. !

You can use your spiritual tools but muscle test and check it out for yourself. How much more will I raise my vibration if I do this for 30 days, 20 minutes a day? I play with energy for a living. I spend all my time assessing vibration. It s just kind of fun for me to notice what s up in the world. I like to get creative and see what happens. For instance I ask, !If I add this energy to my life, what comes in? If I add this person to my life, what does my life look like?” !

I have zero stress on manifesting. I just ask the energy of whatever I desire to show up. And pretty soon it usually shows up in physical form. You can do

this, too. Again, you re the creator. This playful approach keeps you out of the lower vibrations of fear, worry and anxiety. !
I had a client who used what I am about to teach you to pull in her mate and get a great love life. She had tried for over a year to call her mate yet she was still worried and anxious about it. I asked her guides how to keep her in her creator self and I was told to give her this exercise. I call this the blessing ball of light . I have since shown clients how to do this with their families and I have received positive feedback. "

So let s start with blessing your day and your kids day. A blessing is a high vibrational energy that comes from your heart. It s about adding love to the mix and seeing things work out. I calibrated the energy of myself giving somebody a blessing and it calibrated as high as 760. It all depended on the words and intent that I used. The lowest frequency was 625 and that was just by me saying, “I bless you” to somebody. It didn t matter who as long as I had that energy in me and really felt it. It s not just words, it s feeling it, I bless you , from my heart. !

The 760 was me saying, “I bless you with pure love and light. I bless you with pure source energy”. Again, I did this with the feeling of it in my heart. I bless you with pure love and light and I bless you with pure source energy. When I measured it the blessing was higher than peace and joy. I do this as soon as I wake up in the morning. I connect to the light, I allow it to come into my heart, I picture a ball of energy and I call it my day. I pull in it everything I really choose for my day. Then I place it in my heart and I send the energy to my day. Smoothing everything out with ease and joy and abundance. Because you re a creator creating your life, you can make changes to your day ahead of time. To do this for another individual like your children, give them another ball of energy. Separate them because they have their own life and their own needs. I measured that the average child of the people who bought this program is ages zero to 11, who did the blessing and energy ball with them, it would raise their kids consciousness 180 percent. If they re age 12 to 17, the average was about 85 percent. You see, after age 11 kids really develop their independence and energetically pull away from their parents. It s important that you embrace the child around 10 to 11 years old and really help them bridge this gap in development. It s one of the most important ages. You can include your interactions with them in the ball of light because they re a part of your day; they re part of your life. Give them their own ball of light and their own energy field when you are blessing them. Better still of course, teach !

them how to do it and walk them through it. Kids as young as 4 and 5 can do this. Here s how it works. You can play with this but most often I do it this way: !
Look up and connect to the light. Let the light in, fill your whole body as we did, with your head, your shoulders, your heart, your torso, your hips, your legs. Let a column of light form around you and let the grounding energy move into the center of the earth, connecting to the center of the planet. Picture and get a sense of the ball of light, it s about 10 inches across in between your hands. Kind of push and pull it. You can feel that there s a ball of light in your hands if you push and pull it around a little bit. Just feel this ball of light. !

Put a mental label on it called: My Day If you re doing it for your child label it your child s name and their day. Labelling it makes it clear to the universe what you re creating. Let whatever color it wants to be show up. Some days it ll be different and you can ask your guides what the color means and why did it show up in the color? But some general guidelines are: !

Gold or pink for love

Gold for your god self

I ve seen it brown sometimes when somebody needs grounding

Red for material needs being helped

White is quite common and all the colors of the rainbow are held in the spectrum of white.

Sometimes I ve seen multi colors or rainbows. Always just ask what it means, never assume anything. They could be different on different days. !
You can place your hands together and push and pull and feel the energy of this energy ball in your hands. After a bit you ll probably feel the ball of energy. Most people do. The way to get a visceral feel of the ball and the light is to do it this way. !

After you ve labelled it My Day call in your guides and angels and ask for assistance on what to add. Just say, “guides and angels, can you help me add whatever would be lovely to my day?” Then just start adding what you desire your day to be like both in energy and quality, so choose things closer to joy, love, celebration, gratitude, blessings. Some ease and nice might be fun. Anything else you wish to show up in your life today; people, places, gifts, friendship, loving comments, compliments, attention. Let all those come into your awareness and as you re imagining it you re creating it. It s how creation works. !

Imagine it long enough and it will show up, Imagine clients; see the kind of energy you need for them for the day. If you need love, add love. See everyone who thinks of you receive love, gratitude, just by thinking of you or being with you. I ve been putting this in my energy field for the last year or so. A friend of mine from L.A. called one day and said, “The strangest thing happened in meditation this morning. I sent you some energy and you sent it right back to me. It felt great. I ve sent a lot of people energy over the years but nobody s ever returned it. It kind of zapped me; it felt good”. Again that was confirmation to me that my spiritual gifts work because I d been putting in my energy field that everyone who thinks of me receives love, light, peace gratitude from me. !

If you need guidance all day maybe see the word guidance go into your bubble. Or see a specific guide and angel do it. If you need focus for a test if you re a child, add focus. Got a busy day? Add completion to your project. If you need the phone ringing off the hook bringing you money, add phone ringing with people wanting to bring you money. If you have an issue with a person or longstanding unforgiven things, see kindness and forgiveness going into your bubble. You can add smooth sails, a smooth road ahead. See yourself having fun with your children and your mate. If you need any help on your health ask for a healthy lifestyle. Ask for great health to show up and your body to morph into a happy, healthy size, whatever your body wants to be. Or whatever your body says, a happy, healthy whatever many pounds. "

You can bless your space, you can bless your office, you can bless your car, your home, fill it up with a rainbow of good vibes kind of energy. You can add extra energy and oomph to your body for the day. So keep filling it with joy, love, consciousness, plenty of abundance and health, wealth and happiness, ease and joy with your family, friends, and co-workers. See people receiving you well, see your mate telling you they love you, see your children joy filled. Just add whatever your heart desires. Page | 86

And when it feels full just be with it for a moment and add the energy of : I bless myself with pure love and light. I bless myself with purified source energy. I bless my child with pure source energy. You could even do this while you re driving. I bless strangers, mailboxes... you name it, I have probably blessed it. Why do I do that? Because I love the vibration in my body and it helps with manifesting and getting your life to look a certain way. !

When you feel complete, put your blessing ball of light into your heart. See your day radiating out to your heart, projecting whatever you intend all the way around you. It s your reality coming into your creator self, emanating from the heart of the matter. You re the creator that s choosing the matter. !

I ll give you some other examples for the future of things you can ask for. If you know your child has a particular thing they need help on, like being grounded in the world, have that. If they need super confidence, add that. Just see it into the ball of light and filling your child s body with the elixir of super confidence and everything goes well. If your kids need new friends see these friends coming into their lives. !

I had a mom call me; her child had ADD and could not sit still in class. She started using this and in a few days she noticed the difference in her kid. She put a ball of light around the child so the child feels focused and peaceful. She was guided that he needed to exercise for half an hour, so she saw him doing that as well. I hear reports that it works for people. I was out of the country teaching a class and we did this blessing. This woman found her lost passport and her lost necklace in a bag and she s looked there five times earlier that day. It wasn t there earlier and after she did this it was there. What she did was she added finding her passport and her necklace in the blessing ball of light and then she found it. !

If you have a mate, be guided in how to bless their day. I believe you can do this for people. Just keep it on the side of: what is the happiest and good for them. You could just have a ball of light that says happiness, ease and joy, happy travels, fun with the family, ease with the boss. Obviously the best thing to do is to ask your mate to start blessing their own day. I had a client who told me there was no way her husband would do this. I just laughed and had her ask him if he was opposed to using the light in his life. He said no. So she got him to push and pull his hands until he could feel the Page | 87

energy of the ball of light. Then she asked him to fill it in with whatever he needed. He did it. He thought it was funny but he went along with it. She called on her angels and said, “Please! Let him know this works”. So he went to work and he had a boss who was always hard on him actually compliment him that day. He called to tell her about it. He thought it was very interesting that the boss did that. She reminded him to do it for a while and to visualize his day a success. One day I went to play Bingo with friends. I like to do it just to practice manifesting. I usually win. Try that sometime. So we bless this space and we use the energy of grace. Grace is like WD40 and it adds to whatever you re doing. Right after I finished doing this a man working for the Bingo parlor walks over to me and hands me a bouquet of flowers. All he said was, “These are for you.” I kind of looked and said, “Thanks!” and I started laughing. And he went back to work handing out tickets to everyone. I asked why and he said, “Well, you just deserve these.” Read into it whatever you will but out of 50 other people in the room, right after I sent out grace and blessings, why did he come over and hand me flowers? !
I bless my purse and wallet and more money seems to show up. Right after I did it one time I walked into my closet, put on my jacket to go to the movies; I hadn t worn in a year. I put my hand in the pocket and I pulled out $20. It worked that quickly. That is my wish for you. That you do the blessing ball of light, you get more and more blessings and higher vibrations come into your life. !

If you remember I mentioned that between the ages of zero and seven years old, a child s brainwave state is mostly at the level where they are replicating the universe around them. Basically like a computer they are downloading beliefs so they can learn how to get along in the world. If parents are conscious parents and they re choosing to make changes in their life by making choices from the vibration of joy, compassion, love, we can really help people create a happier future, whatever it that looks like for them. But basically we know the world s going to be better if we re choosing from the vibration of joy, love, compassion and happiness. It would eliminate a lot of the dark stuff on the planet. Let s just say you re a female. You re going through your life and you meet your mate, then you get married. As soon as you get married a whole bunch of other programs kick in that says you re a wife. Now that you re a wife, any programming that you got from your mother about being a wife that you accidentally ingested, that you may or not want, that doesn t fit the paradise that you re looking for, if those programs got booted in, you re now becoming your mother. You ve heard people say this, “I don t know what happened to me; I almost hear myself saying the same things, I sound just like my mother”, and you wonder what happened. What happened is those programs kicked in. !

The same with talking about being a wife but it also happens when you re being a mother. All the things that you swore you would never do, and !

sometimes you hear yourself saying the exact same words and you go, “Oh my God! Why am I doing that? I m being my mother!” !
We have to get rid of those programs so you can choose to create your reality the way that you really desire it. So going forward, I m going to talk abut some suggestions about how you can raise your vibration to love and above and keep your family on a certain path so that you don t imprint your children with programs that may or may not be beneficial to them. f you re a parent you can t just tell them what to do, you should be the energy of it. Because the only way they re going to soak it up in the right way is if you re really being a role model and being the energy that they need. !

Family bonding has been shown in various studies as one of the top main things a child needs from a parent. The only way to bond to a parent is through love and attention. Studies have shown that parental bonding is needed to raise hopeful, confident children who don t do drugs and alcohol. You see, kids are bonding with these other friends as a makeshift family. They may become motivated to follow that crowd. A survey of 520 teens ages 12 to 18 showed that the kids who ate with the family five times or more a week were more likely to turn down drinking, smoking, drugs and were more motivated in school and more optimistic about the future. This was versus kids who ate dinner at home three days a week on average. An interesting side of that, to making the effort to eat together is that the energy value and closeness you receive from any member of the family that takes care of you can affect their emotional level and their happiness level. !
Studies have also shown that children unattended, with no touch, love and bonding have higher levels of Cortisol, which is a stress hormone in their body. These hormones create stress effects on the brains of children if they re under continual stress. !
They studied children who grow up poor; they just studied poor because there s a lot of stress in those environments. What the found is, it wreaked havoc on their brains. Their brains did not develop towards the intelligence needed to thrive. !
Other studies show that babies born in orphanages and not touched develop Cortisol increases, again indicating stress. These children were reported to not do so well in life. Again, it points to choosing love, affection, attention, being connected to it. Another study showed that children who grew up in societies where the people physically touched and hugged their kids, and the moms carried them Page | 90

around on their backs close to the bodies, were overall more peaceful societies. The kids left without hugging, attention and love later became violent in life. It programs the child to believe that they re not important, they re not loved, they re not wanted. !

If you re not loved, wanted and important how is that going to make you? It s probably going to make you feel a little angry, fearful, worried. So all the lower energies. !

Choosing to imprint your child s life with the experience of joy and compassion is an important thing. You yourself have to be the energy you expect them to be. You re the role model. Remember, they imprint your stuff while they re in your company, so offer comfort and a and heart. Above all else, this is what they truly want. Kids mostly want to be with you and be loved. You being the energy of what you hope they will be will affect them faster than anything else you could do. That s why a lot of things I m showing you have to do with being the energy and having your energy cleaned up. !

Parents have to be happy and when the kids see happy parents they go, “Oh, happy is normal. I want to be that”. This is the ultimate choice. Your beliefs control your reality and if your beliefs about parenting are somewhere below love it s going to be harder to function as the parent you wish to be. So monitor yourself and see what your beliefs are. !
You can always connect to the light and asked that the beliefs you already have be deleted and replaced with the belief you desire. Let s just say you have a vision board; maybe you don t see yourself how you really want to as a parent. Focus every day, visualizing and seeing yourself be the parent that you wish to be. Asked to be aligned every day and send blessings and love to everything. !

According to the Heart Math Institute, they have research that shows the power of connecting to the heart, generating love energy brings a cohesive field of energy to the brain and whole self. They ve actually seen that the energy field from the whole heart brings a whole cohesion to the system. There s a field of energy around your heart that looks like a doughnut basically That s what a field of energy is and it looks like a vortex from the top down. It acts like a second brain. But this energy sphere goes out all the way around you and affects everybody around you. !

The research from the Heart Math Institute indicates that people feel live in the area of the heart, so when you focus on the heart that s where you feel !

love. The physical heart responds to this love and it can be measured by ECG which is an electrocardiogram and a heart rate variability rhythm. When a child or adult feels frustrated, angry, worried, fearful distressed, their heart rhythms become unbalanced and disordered. Stress creates Cortizol, inhibition, a shutting down of the creative facilities that cause the brain to be less efficient in making choices. By generating loving and appreciative feelings, heart rhythms come back into balance and they regain their natural harmony. Learning and adaptability becomes reinstated. Children have the ability to move from love to frustrated really quickly. But if stress remains unresolved and heart rhythms remain disordered, the child s natural adaptability and hopefulness diminishes. !
They ve even found that there are lots of neurons in the heart. The heart is like a second brain. Other research indicates that the Amygdala – it s a portion of the brain that specializes in strong emotional memories such as fear – what happens is, the Amygdala compares what s familiar in memory with new information coming in. But if fear becomes a habit, a child responds to the new information with fear even if it s not what s actually happening. So the Abehaviormygdala communicates its response to another part of the brain, the bottom part of the frontal lobe and this determines what the best response or action would be. !

The frontal lobes take a long time to develop. So by 19, the frontal lobes are still maturing in a teenager. And that s why children and teens often feel and act before they think. The choose behaviour based on what s familiar – basically what they ve imprinted – because they don t know what the best response is; their brains haven t formed. !

If the adult role models don t teach them what the best response and appropriate behaviours are these patterned emotional reactions continue into adulthood. It can override the potential for the frontal lobes and they never learn the appropriate response. !
There s also been new brain research that shows that we can grow new responses. The Heart Math Institute also has studies on how your heart and opening it can reduce stress, anxiety, depression. It can decrease burnout, fatigue. enhance your immunity and hormonal balance and improve your cognitive learning abilities. It s even been found that your heart has an intuitive knowing in other studies that did. So intuition is not only brain based but is heart based. !

When the physiological coherence happens when you re connected to your heart, driven by a positive emotional state, it s called Psycho-physiological coherence. This state of energy is associated with sustained positive emotion and high degrees of mental and emotional stability. It creates synchronization and harmony between all the bodies, the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. !

So you can see that being in your heart has many other benefits that you might not have been aware of. Harmonizing your heart and brain through love can establish a complete intelligence, a complete self where a child can look at life and realize there are no dead ends, there are only possibilities. The greatest gift a parent can give a child throughout all the ups and downs of life is love. As school sometimes have to fill for the disintegrating families, children often don t experience sustained emotional bonding and the find it harder to learn self control and care. I know a lot of parents feel guilty and frustrated for the lack of time they have to commit to their children. So what becomes important is that when you do spend time with them that you really make an effort to commit to connecting in a grateful, heartfelt space. !
The thing that teenagers and parents complain a lot about is communication and misunderstanding. With a lot of families not eating together, not having long conversations, it s easy for these communication cycles to break down. I read one statistic where they did a survey and in the last month the teenagers and parents – the majority of them – did not talk longer than 10 minutes. In the last month! !
By teaching everyone to listen to each other intuitively and listen with your heart and your head connected to source energy, you can change a lot of things. I call this active listening. It s where every part of you is listening; where your intuitive self is listening and your ears. It s not just your head. It s where you connect to your child s emotional fields and really feel what s going on behind the scenes whenever you re communicating. !

If you really communicate from this place and not judge your kids, it makes it easier for your children to tell you more. Your kids are more intuitive than you may be aware of and they can feel when you re judging them. So they shut down and don t generally tell you as much as they should or could. So make sure you re asking if they re talking to you, “Why are they telling me this? What does this feel like? They re telling me this thing but what s really underneath it?” From a good place. Maybe they re telling you about something fun that happened with their friend. Maybe they re also saying to !

you, “Mom, I want more fun with you”. Or maybe they re telling you something about a party but you feel some other kind of vibe going on so maybe there s another story there. But if you re not intuitively listening you re not going to know what s actually going on. There s sometimes more there than meets the eye. !

Sometimes your kids need to talk to you because they need to work through emotions. If you think of all the emotion overloads kids now get with the Internet and texting and friends, they receive a lot more information that they have to assimilate than maybe you did when you were a kid. And if they don t have a bigger picture or bigger scope of things, it might be hard for them to see why people do certain things. They need to talk to you so that they have somebody to bounce things off of who has a bigger scope and a bigger picture. !
If you re not really talking to your kids a lot right now, how they internalize this is that maybe you don t care. When I say talking I mean the tone that you use, how much you re really listening to them, are you half checked out? Communication is a two-way street and you really need to be present. A child cannot have the energy around them for too long without taking it in and going, “Wow, they re not really listening to me. They must not care. Oh, just forget it”. If you re hearing a lot of oh, forget its I bet you there s a lot of things going on that you might not know about. I would consider when I m talking to my kids, just do the whole I bless you, I love you; I bless you, I love you ; I bless you with pure source light. Get in your heart space and talk to them from there. They re going to feel that you re appreciating them, you re loving them and I know that when I m in that space clients tell me everything. It s like their file just opens up. Because, “Wow! somebody s actually hearing me and loving me”. Your kids will open up to you more when you re in your heart. They will feel the care coming through you and that s above all else what they re looking to feel from you. !

Children desire to know that they are enough just as they are. If your child is appreciated – which again is a higher vibration – they know they are enough. It gives them room to flourish. One of the very simple things you can do to get into your heart space... let s just say you have to handle someone who s in front of you and you re really not there and you can t leave. One of the easiest things to do is take your hand, put it on your heart, take a deep breath and push love down from your heart down into the ground and stabilize yourself. That s one of the easiest things to do to get into your heart space. !

A child also needs to know that it s OK to make mistakes. I heard this somewhere and I don t know whom to give credit for it. It takes a new baby an average of 200 tries before they walk. They fail 200 times. Most skills may take 200 or more tries to get pretty good at or to get pretty excellent at it. My point being, there s never really a failure, sometimes it s just practice. Michael Jordan was quoted as saying he missed nine thousand shots and lost 300 games and was entrusted to make the game-winning shot 26 times and missed. But was it more important that he take the shots or not take them because he was afraid to ask questions, practice and go for it? !

I would consider teaching my kids the power of setting their energy to yes, yes, yes every day. Just do it before they go to school: Yes, yes, yes! Yes, yes, yes! Or maybe they could visualize a dial turning up to yes, yes, yes. When emotionally charged situations happen, if you could teach your kids to just call in the energy of love or above, connect to the source, connect to their heart, you can change the way they react. A teen with all those hormones needs to know that they can connect to the source energy for calm and guidance. It s the only way to get them out of reactions and loopy emotions and into their heart. Again, the field of energy in your heart balances your whole system. Teens need a lot of love, they re going through a lot of changes. !

I know a woman who started visualizing her daughter when she was 10 years old being happy as a teenager. She started doing this because all she heard from the parents around her was, “Oh my God, my teenager!” So she didn t have an optimistic viewpoint but she was spiritual and connected enough to know, “I am not going to let that manifest in my life”. What she did is, once a month or a couple of days a month she would just visualize her daughter happy as a teenager and totally thriving and well-adjusted as an adult; doing her life purpose, being abundant, blessed and feeling great in all ways. happened for her is, she had no problems when her kid was a teenager and all the other parents around her did. So it s an excellent thing to maybe do. !
I noticed this woman who was a friend in my life; she had particularly blessed life. So I asked my angels and guides to tell me; “Why do you think she has such a blessed life? What s up with that” What they said was that her mom was actually also an excellent manifestor and visualizer. And that her mom used to always pray for her daughter and see her happy, well-adjusted and successful. !
I believe that when you pray you should pray with the happy end result in mind. Because prayer s basically like a form of visualization and connectedness and creating a reality. Picture the happy end result a lot more than you picture what the problem is. The power of that is, as a parent you have this great caretaking role that if you spend five, 10 minutes a day just visualizing your kids happy and well-adjusted, you can really change their world. I like to look at emotions as a computer. When you have too much input in it, it could crash your system. Kids need to know – and this is a good visual for teaching your kids – that if they re going to go towards the negative, draining emotion and it crashes their system, how does that make them feel? And from this place maybe they can choose to go the higher route of, “Oh, I don t want to be mad at my friend for too long. I m going to go this direction”. If you teach them from that one point-of-view, “If I feel this emotion is it going to crash my system?” they ll probably get it right away and switch to the other program. I would consider also teaching them that forgiveness comes from being in your heart. Just teach them to go into their heart and really let it go. Show them that just because somebody else is doing something, “ It really has nothing to do with you. It s just their perception of the world. It s just their reality. You don t have to agree with it and you don t have to move into their reality. You can take yourself out of it. You have free will and you have choice.” !

Kids take things personally I understand, cause they re learning how to do personal relationships. But if you really teach them at a young age that it s not personal and it s not really their deal; that it s not personal and it s not really their fault, people are choosing what they re going to choose, that would be an excellent way to start. They go to parties, they have really happy relationships with their friends but they just don t choose to indulge in that. Their friends all do it but they don t. I have a friend who has a teenager who says it s just kind of dumb, it s a waste of time, she doesn t want to feel bad in the morning so she doesn t do it. Because she was raised to trust herself, she does not feel the need to go with the crowd. She is strong in her own right and the reason I feel that she has so many friends and is popular is because the kids are drawn to her naturally high vibrational energy field. You know when you re around a confident person and they exude this magnetism that draws you in and makes you trust them? That s what she has. I ve seen a lot of kids in families whose moms and dads live by the principles I ve shown you. !

Another technique you can teach your child is to think ahead. So feel the energy; if I do this activity or follow this route, in two days am I happy with that? In five days am I happy with that? In six months am I happy with that? If you follow the energy out to the future you ll know if it s a good thing to do. If it feels light, go for it. If the energy feels a little heavy, that s a no response so don t go for it. Teach them light and heavy, yes and no. Do it while you re driving with them. Maybe you re driving and you say, “OK, when we pull out of the driveway the first color car we re going to see on the road is...” Or “What color shirt do you think your friend s going to be wearing today?” Start teaching them to actively listen and know what s going on with somebody beyond what they re saying , using their intuition. !

When you re living in awareness you just look at the energy and with a lightness about it you go, “I like that, that feels light”. Or “I don t prefer that, there s a little heaviness there”. You can just jump from one energy field to the next and follow your life that way. !

Let s just say there s a child who picks on your kid at school. You could teach them to look at the energy and say, “Hey, why did this person do that? And is it in my best interest to waste my time being angry about it? Is it really worth feeling this energy in my body?” Or you can just ask intuitively how do I stop this? A blessing from the heart with pure love and light has changed a lot of people I have seen from angry to not so angry. So just teach your child to send love to that person, call on the higher energies and say, “I bless you, I love you. I don t know what your deal is but I bless you and I love you. I bless you with pure love and light”. Or teach them to call on Archangel Michael and ask for an assist. Just try to take guided action. I m well aware that sometimes you need other energies to stop things. But always try for the light touch first. !

I m going to show you a few ways that I do blessings. Remember, the feeling of love and gratitude is the most powerful thing. If you think of something you are grateful for, you move into that energy field. !
The first thing I do – step one – is, I think of something I m grateful for about the person and mentally I tell them, “I love you and I am so grateful that you are in my life”. Or, “I love you and I am so grateful about this regarding you”. Or, “I am so grateful and I love this about you”. Fill in the blank. Because there s always something you can find to love about somebody, in my experience. !

Remember earlier I had spoken about the scientist Dr. Emoto; he took the photos of the water samples when they were starting to crystallize and for into ice. They formed the most beautiful geometrical shapes when you said words that were a higher caliber. One of the photos that was astonishingly beautiful had the words under it: Thank you and I love you . The energy of that infused the water and infused the crystals. Remember the words that were lower energy: anger, hate, fear all that kind of stuff? They didn t even form crystals. They just looked like blobs of the energy. So it s very interesting that thank you and I love you , higher vibrational words, formed these amazing crystals. Remember gratitude has a very high vibration, it s over 700. "

Now it s really, really easy to do blessings and it s just a choice. One time I asked my seven-year old niece to use her mind and visualize love coming her heart and into her apple juice. That s how I told her how to bless it – and she did, It took one second. She took a sip of her apple juice and she said, “Oh my God, this tastes better! That s weird!” She was super excited because it tasted better and she showed everyone. I did not tell her it was going to taste different or any such thing, it was naturally what happened. !

Here s another type of thanking. You can thanks a happy outcome for showing up before it has show up. You can even thank a person for some quality that has not shown up yet that you would desire to see more developed in them. !
Let s just say your child needs some focus. You could say, “I am so grateful and thankful that you are more focused. I am so grateful and thankful that you re going to get As on your test”. !

I ve even done this with clients who come to me and they want to get over their addictions to either food or alcohol or smoking, anything. The first things that I do in my energy field is, I just think, “I am so grateful and thankful”. Basically I just do the happy end result. Let s say it s alcohol; what I see is, I visualize them drinking water instead of alcohol, so happy end result. I am so !

grateful and thankful that they are drinking water instead of alcohol. And I see a picture of them pushing away the alcohol and saying: No, never again. So it s something to consider but remember, think happy end result. !
You can t say, think of a pink elephant because you create a picture of what? A pink elephant. Now this is a muscle you may have to flex, but remember I told you it just takes a second if you focus. It s just a matter of choosing to do it. When I did a week of blessings cars in front of me, I blessed the mailbox, I blessed every person I came across, I blessed every object I touched and it became more like a communion with the energy of gratitude. My whole state of being became gratitude. I am so grateful was not just words; it was the pure force of God moving through me. I became one with the gratitude for all things and all people. And when I sent these things out miraculous things just showed up in my life. !

This is one thing that if you do can raise your consciousness significantly and that s why I m focusing on it so much. Now you can also send blessings just as an energy, as a visualization. You can, for instance, see a shower of blessings coming over someone. Or, you can visualize a rainbow coming into them with blessings and joy. You can also visualize a pink blanket filled with love and cozy blessings being wrapped around somebody. You can imagine a shot of light coming from your heart and into theirs. !

Make sure if you do this from your heart that you re in the state of gratitude before you do this. Notice I love you . Get into your heart: I love you . Also visualize an energy ball in between your hands and ask whatever color wants to come up to come up for this blessing, and you ll see a color. Sense it filling up with whatever quality you desire; focus, love, peace. Again, whatever the happy end result it. !

If you re at work and you know your child is having a problem that day, check inside what time of the day and send them some blessings. My sister does this a lot for her daughter. She just checks in and sends her daughter some energy when guided throughout the day. Then she later asks, “What was going on at this time?” And usually when she checks she finds that her daughter is having a little trouble and it helps her. !
If you keep track of this you can really see something is happening in your life. My sister also does it for her family. Imagine a whole family that throughout the day sends positive, loving vibrations to the rest of the family. What s going to happen is that you re really going to use this stuff and get so aware of everything that you ll know if somebody needs something in two seconds. !

It ll teach them to respect themselves, which also increases their self-esteem. It teaches them t make choices that they make with the energy; the follow the energy and they always can trust that it ll lead to success. I really believe that kids just want this, they just want to know what their role is and feel strong and good in it. It ll teach them to stay above the crowd, not judge other people, realize everyone s got their own path and their own thing and they could just go through life from a really love and above, compassionate, allowance kind of way. !

Joyful activities stimulate the body s hormonal system and create endorphins. Bonding with your children is created by play. One of the happiest families I ve ever met has a Sunday night family night with food, fun and games. This family s been doing it for over 20 years and the grown-up kids still come visit for game night. They do it because they love it, not because they have to. !

What if you made your everyday life a little more celebratory? I met this healer one time and he had the most amazing energy. He was full of life. I asked him, “What s your secret?” He said, “I make everyone around me, my family, friends, business associates remind me when I am not being in my heart and being fully present and full engaged in life”. !
He said he was not always this way. He was normally the business guy kind of checked out in life, always doing four things at once and never really being present with anything. He decided to be the heart/self guy. He said, “I started being really present and really in my heart when I communicated with everyone as my first task”. So his first task before he did anything he thought into his heart: really be present. “My family likes me more”, he said, “And I ve had the most amazing four years with my teenage son. And I m so glad I did it”. !

What one behaviour can I do that models for them the way they can be in the world? As we discussed, children are very impressionable from birth until adulthood. They download how you behave and mimic. So observe them closely, look at how they should respond to their actions, move into a connected space and model the energy of what you expect.

Here s an interesting thing tat I ve noticed. I ve noticed this in a lot more clients than you might imagine. If you tend to say in your family that your child acts like one of the parents. “Billy acts just like dad”. or acts just lie mom, you re actually programming them deeper. This can be excellent or not so excellent, it depends on that the energy is. If they re acting up and you say, “Oh, you re just like your dad”. That s not so good. I actually corrected one mom on that as I was guided to by her angels. I said, “They re telling me that your son prefers it when you don t say hey, you re just like your dad . She went home and she apologized to him. He said, “You know, that really does irritate me”. So she got her confirmation that he really didn t like it. I see this a lot, so just an interesting FYI. Unless it s really goo behaviour I wouldn t say that so much. And if they are acting up what does that mean? It means they re maybe taking on the emotional energy from a parent and it s a good time to call in the angels and clean the energy up. !

What kinds of emotions and behaviour do you model when things go wrong? If something goes wrong in your life do your kids see you as a victim? Do you blame and judge others? If you do that you can help their children develop their own inner security by avoiding the tendency to blame when thins go wrong. This way they won t blame others for their problems. Basically they ll grow up and they ll blame you for all your problems. So make them totally self-responsible. Kids need to know that they have a choice in how they react. Another question. How often do you use guilt, shame or fear to control your kids? I had a friend who pointed this out to me. I wasn t really seeing it. I could see when parents were doing guilt/shame/fear but she said, “Hey, that s emotional blackmail”. I was like, “Wow, you re right!” It s using guilt shame or feat to threaten the person with “Hey, I might take my love away from you. If you don t do this then I might take my love away”. Can you see how that s basically blackmail? !

My friend says that when her kids were growing up, she wanted to eliminate this as a pattern in the family. So any time a family member used fear guilt or shame to coerce somebody in the family to do something or to use it as a controlling mechanism, they had to put money in a money jar. That was her things. 25 cents, a dollar, every time they did the emotional blackmail somebody had to pay up, including the parents. If you choose this maybe you just take away 10 minutes computer time, But if you do it for your kids you also have to do it for yourself. Cause you re the role model. !

How often do you have structured time with the whole family together in communication? As we discussed before, that s family bonding. Talking about things, creating things, anything that s good together as a family. Maybe it s Sunday night. Just really make the effort to set aside a date night with your kids and family. !

Now just say you don t really know how to make the time, your schedules are all packed up. Why don t you ask the universe and put it on your vision board that something opens up or something changes or shifts a little bit so that you really do have family time? It could be a half hour, but a half hour of really connected energy. It s completely different than two hours of unconnected energy. !

Do you have conversations with your children about what they re experiencing emotionally in life? You can ask them about their friends, school and family and how they feel about things. They need adjusting to new experiences. If they can talk it out with you and assimilate their emotions and feelings it can give them perspective. !
If you can be connected at the time and really perceive what s going on, that s the best, doing all of this without judgment so that they can !

learn how to handle all their emotions themselves. Just guide them to sort it out. I know a family that wasn t getting along. They used the active communication where they let their daughter just vent. The mom had the awareness that she really needed to do this. So the mom asked the child to tell her everything she thought about life in the family and she just sat there, didn t judge, held her opinion and every time ti me the kid said something she s go, “OK, is there anything else you don t like?” She just kept asking her, “Alright, is there anything else you don t like? She kept doing that until basically the kid let it all out. Kids are really resilient; once the kid let it all out she was done with it. Mostly what the mom learned was that the child wanted to share her feelings and she didn t have the space in the house to really be heard. Now they do this every Sunday. They just really check in with each other: How are you, how are you really? !

The key to doing this and getting your kids to do this, is the have to know that you re not going to judge them, that you re just going to keep your energy open and go, “Alright, what else?” !

How often do you openly express your gratitude and appreciation to the children in your life? I know a family who every time they eat together, they make sure to tell each member of the family what they feel blessed about or what they wish for somebody else at the table. I m grateful for you and what I really wish for you is that your life look like this. Or, what I really wish for you is that you get this in your life. Or, what I m really appreciative of and grateful for is... And they do this by way of exchanging love around the table. !

Do you have a tendency to project your burdens onto the family and especially your children? Or do you give them a lift? So now you have some intuitive skills and some spiritual skills in your toolkit, you can use your intuition to solve a lot of issues and you don t necessarily have to some home with them. And you can use all your other time to just be present and have really good, fun conversations with your kids which will also bring you aligned with a lot more joy in yourself. !

Do you have a balanced set of rules designed for your child s best interest? Do you enforce them consistently? Or do you find yourself giving in to demands and letting it slide? Balanced discipline is important. Have some bottom line rules about what s appropriate and then just really be secure enough in making sure you enforce them. !

They want to know that you care enough to pay attention. Kindness, caring and love; again, those are higher vibrational fields of energy and your child will feel that from you. They want to be supported, they want to learn how to generate these feelings for themselves, they want to love you and they want to be loved. MEDITATION:
This meditation is to open and awaken your heart center. Get in a comfortable position and when you are ready close your eyes. Take a deep breath and relax. Take Take another deep breath and relax. Look up; go up to where you can connect and feel the light. Allow the light to come into your body and fill your head... fill your face, fill you ears, fill your brain... let the light move into your throat, your shoulders... Allow this liquid light to move through your arms, your elbows and out your hands. Allow this light to continue from your throat and to your chest and into your heart space. Feel it going deep into your rib cage, your abdomen, filling up all the nooks and crannies with light. Allow this light to move into your hips, your thighs, move the light into your knees, your calves and your feet. Allow this energy, energy, this light, to move into the ground and send a beam of light through the earth and connect to the center of the planet where it feels the happiest. Just get a holistic sense of you and your family interacting as a group. Sense the family s atmosphere as fun, compassionate and joyful. !
See this scene in your daily life where everyone is in the great atmosphere, interacting with ease and joy and love. What would these family members be saying to each other if they were getting along? What would these family members be saying if they were doing gratitude to each other? What other thing do you notice in your perfect family scene? Know that the more vibrantly you align this energy, the brighter the colors, the more vibrant the energy feeling in your body, that it will easier to manifest. So ask one member of the family to come forward and mentally ask this person: what do you need from me? After you have received the answer, mentally show them the way you would really like to see the normal interaction between the two of you. Show them in a way that is clear, bright and bold. Mentally say: let this be so... now. Thank them for all the blessings they bring to you in your life. Tell them one thing you love about them. In return as them what is one thing they love about you. When you re ready they can step back into the family circle and ask another family member to step forward. Mentally ask this person: What do you need from me? After you have received the answer, mentally show them the way !

Now for a moment I would like you to join the family group and to imagine your perfect family life from the holistic viewpoint. See all members of your family interacting with pure love and joy. Ask that all the resources, all the energy, all the knowledge, all the tools, all the earthly things you need to live this way show upon in your universe now. Let s ask for a releasing of everything in the way of this and call in and allow all the gifts and abundance and tools to be brought to you swiftly. !
Sense each member living in harmony, getting all their needs met. All members of the family allow all other members to have that for themselves. Sense prosperity, abundance and love in all ways, infusing all members of the family. Sense that all members live in true wisdom, allowing themselves to have all the good they deserve. They deserve good in all ways. Sense your family making excellent choices that move them to their brightest path and most fulfilling life for them. They make choices that fulfil them. Sense your family members in excellent health, making daily choices that keep their body fit and youthful. Sense your family moving in circles of people and friends that add to their life.
