"f es! then onl next book can be issued. "f not! then onl next book issued. "f not! then a fine is to be paid.
Scope of system %he different areas where we use this application are& '. An educational sstem (. %echnolog which used frontend language like H%ML! )A*A and backend language. +. Application which convert manual to ,nline. -ustomied data used in this application. /ser does not have the rights to enter an information into book. "t provides reading services to members. An person can become member of librar b filling form. %he can get the 0ook issue .%he can take it home 1 return it.

!"ct !indin# $echni%&es %he specific methods used for collecting data about re4uirements are called fact finding %echni4ues. %his techni4ue gives us basic re4uirement of our project.
6ecords include writer polic manual! regulations and standard operating procedures used b the organiation. 6ecords inspection can be done at the beginning. 6ecords and 6eports provide the valuable information. %his was the most beneficial techni4ue for us while making our database. We studied the existing file structures! documents used and generated in the organiation. 5or ever individual piece of information in these files or register we tried to identif its significance! need! relation with other data item and an other features.

We used this techni4ue fre4uentl in the sstem analsis after 4uestionnaires. %he interviews were unstructured. "nterview was unstructured. Mr........

(> How the process of librar goes? @@'.,ur librar contains man books. According to the different categories like novels magaine reference book the books and categories into different section and according to different subject so when anone comes to borrow the book! then searching for the particular book is become easier job and it has become time saving also. (. We take care of maintenance of all books! because improper handling of books causes wear and tear of books which ends up in extreme bad condition of books! so purchasing new books and maintenance of them can be avoided. +. We also have to do the job of fine calculation when borrower does not return the issued books in the fixed time span or in intact manner.

%he techni4ue includes a se4uence of 7uestions to collect information mostl from a large number of people who ma or ma not be using the sstem .so several of people are gathered to identif problems faced b the sstem. We used this techni4ue in the initial and final phases of our project. "n the initial phases we prepared 4uestionnaires to get some basic information about the current sstem. 7uestions asked were both open ended and close ended. Which were related to users interaction with current sstem!updation and rules for record maintenance! report generated b current sstem complication in the sstem as per the user.
Observ"tion
While finding the facts we keenl observation all the activities in the organiation. We paid attention to the transaction! usage of files and documents! %he record keeping and handling of 4ueries in the existing sstem. ,bservation helped us in finding out the actual wa functioning apart from the ideal or desired. %his helped us mainl in interface design.

%he feasibilit stud is useful to evaluate the cost and benefits of the sstem re4uested. %he feasibilit stud tries to anticipate future scenarios of software development. %he feasibilit stud is carried out b a group of people who are familiar with the information sstem techni4ues! understand a part of the business that will be involved in the project and are skilled in the sstem analsis and design process. "t is carried out to understand that whether the re4uested sstem is feasible.
%he %echnical 5easibilit alwas focuses on the existing computer on the existing computer hardware! software and the other components. "t also includes the need above and possibilit of installing such facilit. "t goes into the details like can be the work for the project with the current e4uipment#hardware! existing software technolog and available manpower.
)conomic"l !e"sibility
%his stud deals with are there sufficient benefits in creating the sstem to make the cost acceptable or is the cost of not creating the sstem so great that the project has to be undertaken.
