Great for mana hungry high multi-AA (auto-attack) heroes. e.g. Reina, Roi, Gladi (PvE) Note: High multi-AA refers to high auto-attack heroes like Reina that has 5 hits per combo.
Christmas Star Ornament
Used in PvP on higher mana skill heroes as opposed to soul spring water as an opeing artifact. e.g. Maria, Laias
Cross Pumpkin Head
General tank artifact. Can also be used on hp build DPS tank heroes.
Dice of Magical Letters
Unless your hero can do 100 auto-attacks in a second, don't even bother this one.
Drinking Horn of Ancient Cow
General PvE artifact for multi-AA heroes that benefit from atkspd boost. e.g. Theo
Earth Core
General artifact that can be used on any hero. Think of it as a bonus T5 light.
Earth Protection
PvP artifact to bait an opeing dispell or gain momentary advatage of being immune to CC and bonus DEF.
Fancy Traditional Pendant
Great early game/general PvE artifact to fill in the lacking Crit and bonus Critdmg.
Frost Giant Mask
Use it on DPS heroes against Frost Giants.
Golden Apple of a Goddess
Great early game artifact for oopsies, can also be used in PvP. e.g. Epis
Golden Cat Statue
PvP/PvE artifact for auto-attack heroes to gain momentary atkspd boost. e.g. Nyx
Golden Mask of Ancient King
Tanking artifact to gain RnG immunity. Good for PvP and mass-enemy PvE.
Guardian Crystal of the Deep
The DEF version of BoE. Currently not useful on any heroes.
Insignia of Iron Conviction
Biased to taking magic damage and takes forever to 50 stacks, too many superior choices to this artifact.
Judgment of Light Bracelet
Great PvP arifact to ensure CC skills hit. Used to counter high CCres and Dodge characters. e.g. Cass, Leo
Madame's Bronze Mirrors
Useful tankinig artifact for magic contents due to rarity of m.block.
Mask of Dark Elf
Great on DPS heroes to deal more damage on Dark Elf and receive reduced damage. e.g. Challenge Raids, GRH

Same, but for Goblins.
Mask of Harpy
Same, but for Harpies.

Pocket Watch of Ancient Civilizatio Great for support heroes to cast quicker skills. e.g. Annette, Kaulah Primer for the Heroes
Useful for gaining damage & damage reduction when low health. Once an extremely strong artifact when paired with Arch in PvP.
Roaring Tiger Statue
PvP debuff artifact that knocks away enemies when reaching low health. Can be situationally used on healers or squishy frontline.
Sealed Chain of Ancient God
RnG dispell artifact. Can be used in PvP, or PvE contents that require dispell. e.g. ToC floor 62, GRH Orc, BDH
Sorcerous Black Dagger
RnG PvP mana reduction artifact. Due to low amount of mana removal, RnG trigger and cooldown, it's generally not used at all.
Soul Spring Water
Burst PvP mana-gain artifact for low mana skills. e.g. Luna, Epis
Spellbound Ring of the Deep
RnG opening artifact to debuff atkspd and atk. While not a bad design, there are better uses for your WB coins so don't bother.
Talismans of Resistance
1 time insta-dispell when receiving debuffs. Great for backline PvP, ch7, etc.
The Ancient Scope
Pretty useless artifact. You don't gain mana fast early game, nor do you need crit late game with built gears.
Tome of Black Magic
Insignificant effect unless high star, with still better choices. Just don't bother.
Trident of the Deep
Good on paper, but not as great in practice. By the time it activates you're already halfway through the stage. Situational artifact that only works on specific heroes. e.g. Aisha, Nyx

Whoever made this meme artifact needs to up his designing skills.
