CBK Power Company Limited A partnership between two Japanese companies – the Electric Power Development Company Ltd. (JPower), a power wholesaler and power proect developer, and !"mitomo Corporation, an inte#rated b"siness enterprise both in Japan and overseas – the C$% Power Company Limited (C$% PCL) was created to implement the $"ild& 'ehabilitate&perate&rans*er ($') A#reement between C$% and the +ational Power Corporation (+PC). nder the a#reement, C$% plants will provide ancillary services and electricity *or +PC and will trans*er the plants to +PC at no cost at the end o* the cooperation period in --/. C9EPP shares the Caliraya 'eservoir with the %alayaan P"mped !tora#e Power Plant.
