Cummins HPI System testing solution requires using the new KO1846 Solenoid Reaction Time Testing Module or the customers who already have KO1751 Solenoid Reaction Time Module can upgrade their modules using KO1751. UPGRD SRT upgrade kit for Cummins HPI Testing. The testing solution is designed to use original Cummins Actuators as part of the testing procedure for HPI Injectors. Customers can order MO1195M and MO1195T Original Cummins Actuators or as well they can use their own original actuators provided that they are reliable and fully functional.
UTS1004’s those were produced earlier than serial number 188 (excluding) have to upgrade to higher pressure transfer system using MO1196 High Pressure Test Oil Supply Kit. They also need to change their Main Controller Board with AR2662 Cummins HPI Compliant Driver Board. Needless to say that the control software of those test equipment must be upgraded to the latest version before starting to test Cummins HPI injectors.
