Petrov met Dr Grabovoi (as stated in the former's book, Creation of the Universe) , he realized that both of them had been accessing the information about the new knowledge independently. Dr Petrov and Igor respect Dr Grabovoi immensely and look up to him. All three men work closely together to develop further this New Knowledge from Russia and to disseminate it. The three men and many of their students are blessed with objective, controlled clairvoyance, i.e. all of them see and receive the same information, even when they are diagnosing a patient. They apply the techniques to specific conditions and then validate the results through medical diagnostic systems such as ultra sound, MRI, laboratory tests etc.
Cell regeneration is one of the most fascinating processes and a great gift to humanity. One does not have to have a degree in science to understand and use this mind blowing technology. The techniques are easy to learn and use from the first day of instruction and produce rapid results in most people. One of our students who attended the course told us that he had cancer of the kidney and the doctor had advised immediate removal of this organ. Instead, he decided to attend the course. He reported that from the first day of the course, with the very first technique, the pain and bleeding from the kidney (which he had been experiencing for months) stopped. He told us that the tumour has reduced considerably and the improvement has been confirmed by medical diagnostic instruments and pathology tests. It is evident that our planet Earth is going through a strong evolutionary phase. The Light that is entering our planet can be accessed easily, using these simple, easy to learn techniques. Light is information and we can all access the informational matrix of the Universe to restore ourselves. If nature can regenerate so can we and we can all restore the Divine prototype of a human intended by the Creator. Everything is possible and scientific instruments are not able to keep up with the higher frequencies of information as the machines have a lower frequency. That does not mean that transformational energies are not entering our planet! The very fact, that people such as Igor Arepjev, Dr Petrov and Dr Grabovoi and many of their students have controlled clairvoyance and X'ray vision is proof enough that all of us have dormant abilities that are encoded in our DNA and which are awakening with the new technology of cell regeneration . Our planet Earth is on the brink of entering the Golden Age. The greater the number of people who commit to save others, the more stable the real physical world will become. Consequently, the consciousness will become more expanded, leading to a fuller realization of help and salvation processes and greater access to information. Thus, development will step up to a higher and more qualitative level, to continuity of creation, to structuring of consciousness and to acceleration of learning.”
There are three streams of this New Knowledge from Russia. Dr Grabovoi specializes in the Structure of the Consciousness. Igor Arepjev specializes in the Structure of the Spirit . Dr Petrov specializes in the Structure of the Soul. Dr Petrov states that the techniques from these three streams must not be presented as a "hotch potch" in one course. The three streams are interrelated and each stream has an underlying structure and philosophy that must be explained comprehensively and the techniques applied to develop the Consciousness, the Spirit and the Soul. Dr Petrov courses focus on developing the Tree of Life or the Structure of the Soul, which is the highest form of development.

Dr Grabovoi’s goal is “Rescue and harmonious development of the World." The intention of the new knowledge from Russia is to regenerate and rejuvenate human beings through tested and validated (through medical diagnostic systems) techniques to experience a new consciousness level and to create a new reality within and without. Internal harmonization in each individual will create a ‘tonic harmonization’ of the environment and lead to harmonious development of our world. This will result in our long-awaited freedom, a freedom provided to us by the Creator. We are the creators of our own reality, making us a center point of creation. Powerful abilities, through personal expanded consciousness levels, are awakened during the courses. According to Dr Grabovoi, collective effort will prevent a disaster of global proportions when people learn control of the human consciousness levels. This goal can be achieved by the active participation of every individual to assume a conscious and honest responsibility. On the one hand, our planet Earth is dangerously strewn with highly destructive potential, with weapons, wars, hunger, poverty, natural disasters and suppression of people. On the other hand, we can experience a new consciousness level, filled with well being at all levels. The bio-energy informational techniques of the New Knowledge shared by these internationally acclaimed, leading Russian scientists will harmonize planet Earth and help it to evolve to the level of other higher dimensions.
The Creator designed a perfect hologram, created not only for every one of us but also for our beautiful planet Earth. If only we could return to that hologram, we would then have the possibility to improve both our environment and our health. Dr Petrov states that “We are all in the frame of certain beliefs. There are medical truths. We were hammered by them in kindergarten, schools and institutes, we all refer to authorities. Overview of the Dr Petrov Basic course:
The Basic Dr Petrov Tree of Life and cell regeneration course is presented by Dr Hazel Wardha. She has been trained personally and issued a licence by Dr Petrov to teach this course globally and to run his center in Australia and translate and publish his works in English.
The material in the Basic course provides techniques and information to initiate the processes of cell regeneration, clear the consciousness and activation of DNA in the body. The concepts are related to the techniques for the development of the Tree of Life , which is the structure of the Soul and the highest form of development in a human.
