Accused, x------------------------------------------x INFORMAT ION The undersigned accuses ELMER FUDD y SWINE, of the crime of Murder, committed as follows: That on the 18th day of February 2009, at or about 10:00 p.m, in Pegasus Bar, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the aforementio aforementioned ned accused accused did then and there, with malice aforethought, aforethought, taking advantage advantage of the night time and with treachery, treachery, did then and there willfully willfully,, unlawfully unlawfully and feloniously attack BUGS BUNNY y WABBIT with a broadsword, while the latter was fixing his automobile in the parking area of Pegasus Bar, first inflicting three fatal stab wounds upon the right dorsal to middle portion of his lower back, and afterwards, when enfeebled to defend himself, inflicted fourteen fatal stab wounds upon the victim’s upper to lower abdomen portions, portions, all wounds being necessarily necessarily mortal, thereby causing the victim’s direct and immediate death.
