Freedom in the Mind, Faith in the words, Pride in our hearts, Memories in our souls, On this occasion of great pride and honor, I take immense pleasure to wish you all a Happy Independence Day. Day. We celebrate the day with utmost serenity and commitment because the Indian independence movement is studded with contribution of many individuals who laid down their lives for the cause of India. FLAG HOISTING Irrespective of our culture, civilization, caste, creed and religion, the most important binding factor is our National Flag. The Tricolor symbolizes courage, truth and prosperity. May I request our revered Chairman to hoist the national flag. Let’s raise
our voices in unison and sing our National Anthem.

On this day our first thoughts go to the architect of this freedom, the Father of our Nation, M.K.Gandhi, who embodying the old spirit of India held aloft the torch of freedom and lighted up the darkness that surrounded us. I take immense pleasure in requesting our revered chairman, the sculptor of determination and self-confidence, Arutselvar Dr.N.Mahalingam, an honorable person of valor and values to deliver the Independence Day address.
