1. Overview This document shows how to upgrade the old firmware to 2.22.04.01
2. Upgrade to 2.01.02.03 If current version under or equal to 2.01.02.03, you need upgrade to the last 2.01.02.03 first. 1) Open the Tools>>>>>Firmware Upload page.
2) Upgrade the Software and Web. Choose the Software file dwgapparm.ldf and upload. Choose the Web file dwgwebarm.ldf and upload. 3) Reboot the device to effect the firmware 4) Upgrade the DSP. Choose the DSP file gdspb.withtools.ldf and upload. After upload successful, u need wait 3 mins(MUST WAIT!!!!) 5) Reboot the device to effect the firmware

3. Upgrade to 2.22.04.01 If current version above to 2.01.02.03, you can upgrade to 2.22.04.01 directly. 1) Open the Tools>>>>>Firmware Upload page.
2) Upgrade the Software and Web. Choose the Software file dwgapparm.ldf and upload. Choose the Web file dwgwebarm.ldf and upload. 3) Reboot the device to effect the firmware 4) After reboot, you should see new option Driver.
Choose the Driver file driver_0817.ldf and upload. 5) Reboot the device to effect the firmware 6) After reboot, Please open the Tools>>>>>User Board Upload page.

Select the “User Board 0”, Choose the User Board upgrade file userboard_v3_2081410.ldf and upload. If the device has 16 channels, you should upgrade the “User Board 1” also. 7) Reboot the device to affect the firmware. Note: if the DWG as termination without registered, you should modify all channels use the same port 5060. Or else the DWG will channel 0 work only.
